Not a big deal what they do charge like five dollars extra for the thick crust. Example number two was really mind blowing., I just recently ordered some nachos online where I got to specifically make instructions how I wanted it. I showed up to pick them up, and the waitress who is a very sweet girl I'll give her that, but she's like it's your lucky day you get these for free, for two seconds I thought it was my lucky day. But then when I saw what they added on., they put the nacho cheese on the nachos when I specifically said, put it on the side. They added lettuce and jalapeños, which I declined to have because I don't do very good with jalapeños. It was just a disaster. I wish I would've looked at it when I walked out because I would've rather got my money back then try to eat that. I couldn't even eat it because jalapeños make my stomach hurt so bad and the juices just got everywhere. Between my last few orders being a complete failure I'm starting to think there's an issue with her online ordering. Either way when I ordered nachos and they found out that it was wrong they should've gave them to me and said take them. They're free. It's not what I ordered not even close. Why would you make somebody take something they didn't want and then try to glamorize it because it's free. So disappointed.

We started with the crab-stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer, but when they arrived, the centers were still cold. My prime rib came out barely room temperature, and my wife's was ice cold. Her broiled shrimp tasted more like cocktail shrimp that had been sitting on ice, while my deep-fried shrimp were cold, soggy and had a strong old-fryer-oil taste. Even the au jus for the prime rib arrived cold to the touch in the stainless cup, and the butter for my wife's shrimp was already congealing again. Overall, the food quality was absolutely terrible - some of the worst food we've been served at a restaurant in a long time. I do want to give credit where it's due: our server was wonderful. She was kind, attentive, and very understanding of the situation. She offered to comp the meal and even brought us boxes. We boxed up the prime rib with the intention of reheating it at home just to salvage something from the night. However, when the bill arrived, only about 30% was taken off and this was because they gave us a box and we weren't sending it back to have it remade after an hour and a half wait for our food On a $140 bill, that amounted to roughly $34 off - leaving us paying for cold, undercooked food that we had to take home and fix ourselves. We genuinely wanted to support a local business, especially on New Year's Eve, but this was a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

I will not return nor will we recommend this to anyone. What used be a wonderful dining experience is now not worth the drive or money. Save yourself the trouble.
