If i could i would give this place a no star rating. First of all they could not deliver to my house which is less than 5 minutes away. Second i ordered a turkey Tom and the guy told me all i can do was pick up. He further offered to put it on a wheat roll for me. I told him i wanted it the normal way on French. Once i arrived i had to find parking and once i went inside they tell me, there is no more French bread. Basically could have told me that over the phone while i places the order. The manager of this location is an older guy, he's extremely rude and does not train his staff properly, they canceled my order 10-15 min before close because they were to lazy to make it, and told me the refund would Be posted in 3 days (lady who told me about this was also rude) 5 days in I call them, get the same rude lady who says the manager is also driving deliveries which is weird, are you a manager or a driver? (This is how understaffed they are) I tell the rude guy On the phone to leave the manager my number for him to call me, 2 hours later no call. I show up. And the manager is trying to avoid me not making eye contact, not even an apology or offer to make me something for the inconvenience, NOTHING not even a sorry or have a good day. Just stone faces silent the whole time with rude tone of voice. I explained to this loser that I spend 300 plus dollars with them in the last 2 months and I am no longer continuing my business. This is not what is expected from a place that delivers "freaky fast". This is unacceptable. This issue needs to be fixed. We live within walking distance and frequent Jimmy Johns often. First, their staff is well trained. From the moment you walk in the door they make you feel welcome and appreciated. They are very helpful when we come in unprepared and when we ask they help us with information so we can quickly make a decision. They quickly bring our account up and voluntarily let us know if we have earned a free product. They are; as the commercial says; most often freaky fast in how quickly they put a sandwich together - often before we can reach the end of the counter to grab and fill our drinks. The sandwiches are great (including any special instructions we may have expressed when ordering). They have many options on chips and drinks (free refills of course). I give them a 10+ in their service and will continue to frequent the establishment - great job guys!! read more
