McDonald's was my favorite fast food. It's near my office so every lunch I come here to order some food. They have easy access and free parking. They accept a drive thru and deliver. The place was too clean because every minute there are staff who wipe the floor to maintain its cleanliness. The staff will greet you and give you a warm welcome. They are strict on health protocol and have a sanitizer.  One of my favorites on their menu is their chicken. Their chicken is juicy and flavorful. Some chicken in fast food is too dry. I don't like that kind of chicken. I also like their chicken nuggets. It's good for the rice but it's better with some beer. I love the taste of their hot tea so when I'm not late for work I go here first to order hot tea. It's perfect for the cold weather. Can't wait to taste other food on their menu. read more

This is the worst McDonalds. We all know it and we know that we only put up with it because we don't have a choice on this side or Elgin. It doesn't matter what time of the day you visit really, the line is always long and always takes forever. To make matters worse, people have no decency and love to cut in this drive through line.. the staff is also unfriendly and often gets the orders wrong. Horrible service. My order was taken by someone else. They needed proof of my order. I went back home and got it. A team member had to pay to have my order remade. I contacted their corporate office, they told me the store would issue a refund never happened. 1) they gave me a paying customer a problem because my order was stolen 2) did not remake my order till someone else had paid for it to be remade. 3) manager was clueless on what to do! Remake the damn order for free! It wasn't my fault the crew handed the order out without checking the phone! But to have me show proof it was stolen! I have ordered here before. Always problems but this store is known for mistakes or not getting everything right! GET A GOOD MANAGEMENT STAFF AND CHECK ORDERS! Came to this location at 11:35pm and drove around the location to see them Just standing around talking. Took over 5 minutes to just use there drive through microphone. We where also the only people on line as they where fooling around in the restaurant. We finally received are food at 11:46pm. Thanks McDonald's. read more

They were out of Coke on a Sunday which is just crazy - not sure how a Bear Family McD's wouldn't order enough Coke syrup for the week but I digress. My big issue with this place (and it only seems to be THIS location) is that the app order completion is a nightmare. Every time we try to do it, and park in the spot, we are unable to "check in" be it for location issues (yes, precise location is on), or whatever else, so we have to go in to tell them that we're here and provide an order number provided by the app. And every time we do that, they "can't find" the order. I kind of live by the 3 strikes you're out rule, so we've hit that and won't try again. Also, the fries here are usually either undercooked and lukewarm or just totally undercooked. That said: rarely are my special burger orders ever incorrect - which is why we will still keep going there, and the drive through staff is friendly and efficient, despite the challenges they face. read more

I don't know why I stumbled into a McDonald's. My hubby collected the monopoly game stickers and wanted to redeem them for free items. This review isn't going to be a typical one; it will be a checklist style, so here we go: 1) Was the order-taking process painless? Yes, the manager who took our order allowed us to use multiple stickers in one transaction and was courteous. 2) Was the order arrived in a timely manner? Yes, it was given to us fairly quickly. We orders two (2) orders of medium fries, two (2) orders of Oreo McFlurry, and one (1) order of cheeseburger. 3) Did we find any bug or foreign object in our food? No, unless they existed but couldn't see them because they were than 0.2 microns. 4) Was the location clean? Sure, it was located with the gas station and some local folks hang out here. The crowd looked legit, not shady. 5) Will we recommend this location to friends and family? I was just there and the staff was rude from the get go. I waited in the drive-thru for about 5 min. I noticed that the other window was taking orders because i got there before the other 2 vehicles that passed before me. I pulled up to the window and told them that I had been waiting there and no one seemed to be attending the first window. The cashier who was there was rude and was bothered. When I got to the second window I asked the girl who was there that I needed a cup holder for the 3 drinks. Very rude, rolled her eyes, closed the window said something to the other guy at the first window, opened the window to hand me the 3 drinks( that was my full order). Worst McDonalds visit in a long time, which is sad because Bear Family owned ones are usually good. I ordered through the drive thru. Someone started to take my order, got it wrong and then disappeared. Two people in the opposite line ordered and then my window went live again. I again gave my order, which was incorrectly repeated to me after I said "hello?!" Three times (there was silence for a long time after giving me order). Once I made it to the second window the window girl just repeated my sandwich so I said "no" and gave the entire order to which she replied "well yea, that's what I got". :-| Once I pulled up to window #2 I got my food, but no drink and had to knock on the window to get that. And how was the food you ask??? The fries were luke warm at best and had an old getting-stale taste. My burger, ordered with No onions SURPRISE!! Had onions galore. Jesus...
