I go in and ask the girl for a Lox and Bagel. She replied that she did not know what that was and what I like something else. I actually find this kind of funny because whoever was rolling the bagels really needs to take a class on how to do it correctly because they resembled horseshoes and not a bagel. The manager of the location chuckled and stated they ran Einstein's bagels out of business and I simply replied I surely don't know how because you guys also don't have a clue.
