I noticed those around us had just their fried chicken with no sauce so they probably figured out it arrives soggy. And it was lukewarm in temperature and not hot out of the fryer. Service was friendly though when they were taking our order. The restaurant is pretty much self serve where you get your own water, and utensils and return your plates to the designated area. The two stars are for the sides and service--not the chicken. If you want good fried chicken that is a reasonable to large size and where the fried batter still remains crispy after having sauce poured over it, I recommend Chikin Lickin.
