The pastrami was well brined, with good flavor. But, as the photo shows, out of balance. Pastrami on one side, the kraut and dressing on the other side. So, you get a bite of meat or kraut and dressing if you chomp somewhere else. The sandwich was still warm by the time I got it home. My wife's turkey Reuben, was served with real roasted turkey, but on the dry side. Both sandwiches had sauerkraut & 1000 island dressing, just not enough to save the Turkey sandwich.
