We ordered a club lulu and it had ham and no bacon on it. The picklewhich had one slice of turkey. When I got my food there was no Ranch or pickle in my bag that I ordered and paid for. I waited another 10 mins to get those. Horrible service read more

The food is good but OMG this place is SLOOOOW. I waited way too long in the drive threw....like over 30 minutes! And because there isn't an exit, or a drive out, I was stuck! Most Jimmy johns are speedy quick, this place is not. If you are looking for a quick lunch, go somewhere else, like a sit down restaurant, you will get your food faster and get better service. read more

We called ahead and asked about a tax exempt order. The employee on the phone told us they would be able to do it, no problem. We were asked if we wanted to pay now over the phone, or when we got there. We said either way was fine, and they asked us to pay when we arrived. Okay! Upon arrival, they asked us for "the form". What form? We were not informed about any form. We asked if they had one or could print one off and the boy working toward the back rudely interrupted and said "I could, but I don't have time to help you." Well evidently customer service isn't a priority, and neither is money. We had a large student body, all elementary students, who all went hungry for much longer than need be because of this incident. Highly disappointed. Do better. read more

Really good sandwiches, good service but why, why do es your app ask who it's for then you don't put the names on the sandwiches like before? Why do I have to guess who the numbers are for? And if it's customized, I have to open all the sandwiches? Mind you, I don't order just one and some have same number but is customized. Is it so hard to label the sandwiches as ordered? My sister and I stopped by to try this place out since a few of my coworkers were raving about it. While we walked in we were greeted by the manager who was very nice and asked if it was our first time & then gave us a quick rundown of their most popular sandwiches. It would have been a great experience if it weren't for the 5or6 workers including the cashier who made it super awkward for us by standing around with their mouths open and staring waiting for us to order like we were weird for not knowing what we wanted. I was kind of pissed off but luckily I was hungry. I hate when ppl do stupid shit like that..like back the F off and let ppl take their time. Also we don't need like 5 of you guys to take our order. I also didn't realize that it wasn't like subway...I placed my order and bam! They handed my sandwich right to me when I paid...that kind of left me confused..but whatever. The sandwiches are really good! The bread is delicious! The manager was awesome but I'm opting to order via drive through since this first experience was hella weird with those damn workers staring at us. *eyeroll* but I give the manager extra kudos for dropping by to check if we enjoyed the sandwiches and also giving us two loaves of their delicious bread to take home & enjoy! I really like that they have a drive thru, and they're generally very quick. My only complaint is they frequently skimp on extras like avocado. I literally paid extra for nothing today. At first I thought they had forgotten the avocado altogether, but nope... after I disassembled the entire sandwich, long and behold a pathetically thin green layer. Not happy. read more

Stopped by today for a #12 just to notice that they have once again increased the price. I ordered it with out lettuce and cucumbers and no mayo. When they 1st opened I loved that they had alfa alfa sprouts instead of lettuce. Just not a fan of lettuce it's not like it's the best choice over spinach or romaine. Sandwiches are good because of the bread. The meat is just average and the same with the cheese. It's great for people who love lots of veggies and leas meat. That's just not me but I do like the sandwiches. The price is getting more than what I feel they are worth. The 1 napkin thing with no bag is kinda of annoying but I'm sure it puts more money in there pockets. Yes it is freaky fast. The pickles are good but also going up in price. Service is good never had an issue with this location. Never ordered delivery so I can't speak of that. 3 stars just cuz of price and how cheap they are about the napkins and no bags for orders unless u order 3. That's what I was told. read more

Stay away from this place, management it's horrible, Bad sandwiches Charge extra for cheese and didn't even add the cheese in the sandwich And if you want napkins you should ask for them, because unless you specify you use napkins this restaurant doesn't provide them. read more

They've messed up our order twice now. And won't fix it if we've already partially eaten the sandwich. Which has been both times we've noticed it. They want the sandwich back before they replace it. What??!! What are they going to do with the sandwich they take back?! If we've already eaten into it and we're screwed that's kind of sketchy. Even McDonald's doesn't do that. I order a lot in bountiful at work they've never messed up my order. This location seems to be 50/50. It's disappointing. read more

They gave me the wrong sandwich. I contacted the manager and he told me they would remake the sandwich and give me a jimmy John card. I came in for the replacement and the guy in the window was rude and looked at me as if I was lying. They did not give me the jimmy John card...will not return! read more

Jimmy John's is a great place to get a subway style sandwich. Their market advantage is the speed of service with a high level of food quality. There are many sandwiches on their menu to choose from. I love the Turkey Tom. The difference between them and Subway is they come with specific ingredients and are not custom made. At least from my own experience. There is some customization with adding cucumbers, but that's about it. The bread is very good and the sandwich overall is excellent. They seem a bit smaller than Subway's foot long at about 9 inches, and the price is around $5.00. I would recommend. read more
