I only come late so I can get a sandwich for lunch the next day. I always get #16. The new crew at night the past couple weeks it top notch. I make a couple small requests and they are on top of it I forgot the workers name but worth a good review. read more

Delivery service is outstanding! The one guy that brings our sandwiches is awesome. The manager on duty 5:21 pm was not helpful Gyro sandwich is tasty- my complaint is the FAR FROM THE DESCRIPTION (New Greek Cucumber Salad Experience bold Mediterranean flavor with a crisp, refreshing mix of cucumbers, tzatziki, sliced pickles and onions.)! I actually got one small thin slice of onion and it does not say brined pickles included! If it had I would not have ordered it!! Manager FAIL. It wad was disappointing. Watery, tasteless a waste of money.I recommend never ordering any salad from JIMMY JOHNS read more

Jimmy John's - Don't buy this! Why they have green pickles in here ‍ - Sandwiches Near Me - Burnsville, Minnesota

Jimmy John never tastes better than after a little gaming session with the cousin. Eaten on the floor, eaten on the side to ensure I get a good balance of every topping in every bite. When it is Jimmy Johns, it always has to be for the perfect evening, eaten in the perfect way. YUM. read more

Jimmy John's - Sandwich - Sandwiches Near Me - Burnsville, Minnesota

I ordered the new Bourbon Club Turkey sandwich for delivery at work at 10:40am. The delivery driver came around 11:20, which was fine but he brought me the wrong sandwich. I phoned the store who said they will remake it and send the correct sandwich out. It is now 1:15pm and no sandwich. I phoned again and the manager said they will issue a store credit on my account for next time, and if it doesn't show up by tomorrow to call back. I understand mistakes happen, but this is terrible service. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this Jimmy John's unless you're standing there watching them make it and hand it directly to you. read more

Walked in to meet my wife for lunch and thought I walked in to a "Who" concert the music was so loud. We're talking like sitting in front of an amp at an AC/DC concert. I love loud hard rock as much as the next person but not when I have to scream over it to talk to the person I am having lunch with. Needless to say, walked out as fast as I walked in and gave my money to a competitor who knows where the volume dial is. read more

I have ordered online numerous times for pickup and the sandwich is never ready when I am there to pick it up. As of the last time when I arrived no one was up front and I stood there for about 5 minutes until someone came to help me. The worker then proceeded to have some sort of remark about no tip on my order of which was very odd to me. I had grabbed a potato salad from their fridge of which was 2 days past the use by date of which I did not realize until I got back to my work to sit down and eat. Overall, I have tried giving them a few tries as I can understand having a bad day, but they are never on par. read more

I purposely don't really go to Jj'S due to facebook postings of the owner posing with killing big game on safaris. The Thai Chicken wrap intrigued me, so I came here last night. Other family members wanted wheat and white turkey subs. The Thai Chicken didn't seem to be made correctly. I got a ton of messy sauce on one side, dried out chicken in the middle and some crunch. Maybe blend the sauce with mayo and mix with chicken. It was very disappointing and around $9 something. I don't recommend. read more

I have bought subs here for years. A few days ago, I went there to get 3 subs to go. There were no customers inside when I arrived. I placed my order, and went to the area where the finished sandwiches are handed to the customers. The workers made a sub, then another, and 2 more. They put the first single sub in a bag, set it aside, and put the other subs in bags to be picked up. I asked about my sandwiches, and was told that they were just starting to make them. I was still the only customer in the place. They made my subs, and I asked why my subs weren't made first. They said that they make the pickup orders first. I explained that I was actually in the place, waiting for my food, and someone that ordered online for pickup might not be here for 20 minutes. I was told that they still had to make online orders first, and I decided that I will go to another Jimmy Johns in the future. Good thing I wasted money on a good tip when I ordered my food. read more

Absolute amazing JJs the service and management are unmatched! What more can you ask for!

Disappointing. Slow, confused, stoned? Usually this store is OK, not great but ok. Today they looked like they could barely function. I hope they get better. read more

I've ordered from this location a couple of times and each experience has been poor. The first time I ordered from this location, it took over an hour to receive my food. I understand restaurants having busy periods and being short staffed at times, so that's what I thought the situation was. The second time I ordered from them the same thing happened. This last time ordering with them was my final time. I placed my order for 1 sandwich at 1:00pm. At 1:45pm the app said my food was finally out for delivery. At 2:30pm the app said my order had been delivered. So it took them an hour and a half to make and "deliver" my food. I went outside to grab my order and it was no where to be found. I asked that they deliver to my front door. I looked around, I even waited a little bit incase the driver were still on the way (trying to give the benefit of the doubt). Still nothing. I called the store to see where my order was. The guy who answered the phone said he would call the driver to see. When he came back on the line, he said the driver didn't know if he delivered my order or to where and that they would cancel my order and refund my money because he didn't know what else to do. They cancelled my order, however they kept the money I left for a tip, and I never got my food. To keep the tip on an order I never received is terrible. Safe to say, I'll never order from this location again. read more

They got the order wrong, then the replacement sandwich had a hair on it which was very clearly from the guy on the sandwich line. They get an extra star for customer service... very quick to replace, then refund my meal. Still won't go back though. read more

For a sandwich that's known for its bread being fresh, this was awful. Actually, one of the worst subs I've had in ages. The bread was so dried out, it tasted like it was from two days ago. I usually love the Turkey Tom, but not this one. There was also barely any mayo on the sandwich. If we'd eaten it in the restaurant, I'd have returned it. read more

I Love this Jimmy Johns. I am in and out of this place and back to work in under 15 min. They Truly are freaky fast! The sandwiches are made well and everyone is very friendly. It always puts you in a good mood when you go in to a place and everyone is lively and upbeat. My complaint, they get so busy that they don't answer the phone or I am on hold a long time! I have given up trying to call in and I just order when I get there. read more

Your run of the mill sandwich shop. A huge plus for delivery so I have more options other than Chinese or Pizza. They visit my business at least twice daily and the delivery girl is always friendly. read more

This location sucks. Never get the order right. Go somewhere else. Now I have to add lore info because yelp requires me to add more info. I would go to another sandwich shop if you're in the area. They are also rude here. read more

The commercials tell the truth about how fast they deliver. It isn't freaky, it is downright WEIRD! I ordered from them online and no joke they were at my door with food in 8 minutes. The subs were really good and fresh. The chips are bagged chips so they are neither here nor there. The bread is awesome... crispy flaky on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside. This seems to be a really good location as far as employees go. read more

Great staff, always super friendly! Also very impressed with how clean the lobby and eating area are and the bathrooms are spotless!!

Came here yesterday for Customer Appreciation Day. ($1.00 subs) You just can't beat that. Line was out the door and I thought I would be waiting for a while however they are as advertised. Freaky fast and freaky good. I was in line no more than 5-8 mins tops. I've waited much longer at other sub sandwich shops with half the line so I was very impressed. Employees kept their cool and were very friendly even with all the chaos with the customer's around. read more

I would like to thank your restaurant and staff for making a terrible situation so much better! They were super friendly and quick to provide service. I was in and out in less than a minute. I had terrible service at Burger Jones next door and they literally made my dinner better! I got my sub freaky fast and they listened! It was much appreciated! I got my sub and even finished eating by the time the rest of our party left Burger Jones! I am very thankful you were next door! read more

I do there delivery everything is always fresh. I always get an extra sandwich there bread holds up to being in the fridge overnight for sure. They were not freaky fast or fucking slow. read more

Will never eat at this or any jimmy johns again because these people can't deliver to somewhere less then two miles away are you kidding me...screw you jj I'll go to subway. They wouldn't let me give you a zero star or I would! read more

True to their claims they are freaky fast, even on a busy night. They are also acceptionally friendly. Their sandwiches leave something to be desired, though, and for the rising costs I expect more. They are tasty subs, don't get me wrong, but something is just missing to give it that extra push to greatness. I've ordered almost every sandwich available on the menu, and while they are completely edible and enjoyable I can never shake the little voice saying "what the heck is missing on this thing?!". read more

It's great that my food is always delivered quickly and everything taste great but when i ask for peppers, no onions, or my bread cut in half it never happens. Iv lost count how many times this has happened and wish the forgetfulness will stop. read more

I just bought 3 sandwiches at this place, I had been there before, I told the guy that they forgot to put a cookie from my last purchase. His response was well you need to tell right away because people claim that just to get a free cookie! What he did was saying was that I must look like a liar, a dishonest person...I left wondering if it had anything to do with my race...I will never go back to that place again...if you are of color consider yourself warned!!! read more

Like the ads on TV they are fast. However we were not impressed with the overall quality/flavor of the sandwich. Pay extra for a pickle? Crazy. Asked for iced tea and found it was that crap from the soda dispenser machine. When I questioned where the fresh brewed tea was all I got was, "We don't have that here. We just have what's in the dispenser." I only gave them two stars because of the fast service certainly NOT for the food. Will not darken their door again. read more

This Jimmy Johns never disappoints me. My sandwiches are perfect every time! Drivers are the very nice.

This was a group order for pickup, delivery wasn't available to a park. Group order option awesome, but this experience was terrible. Gave the store 4 hours to complete order but when we got there they hadn't started (Quote: "Oh yeah, forgot about that"). When we got back to our baseball tournament the orders weren't separated and writing on the sandwiches was illegible. Took 15 minutes to figure out whose was whose with over 30 sandwiches. Had to open many to figure out. Even JJs feedback form sucks, it took 4 times to submit and still not sure it worked. read more

Just ordered two sandwiches from here, the person that answered the phone didn't know how to speak very well and slurred every word. They should not be answering the phone if people have a hard time understanding them. It seemed like she was upset with me because I couldn't understand her poor grammar skills. At the end of my order she hung up very abruptly. However they are typically really good to order from, this just represents this ONE experience. read more

it was freaky fast. delivery driver got a little lost, but all the employees were chill & as always my sandwich is great. thanks JJ's.

So the whole freaky fast thing only works if they know how to use GPS....and basic directions...and landmarks. Ordered online and got a confirmation within 2min. I've ate JJs in the past and it was always "freaky fast", truly. Well today took 55min....yes 55min and that's from the time THEY HAD ON MY RECEIPT. Come on guys 55min to make one sandwich and drive 2.1miles. Guy called and said he couldn't find it. Gave him one land mark and he said got it great and couldn't get me off the phone fast enough. After him driving past the house 3 times I went out and flagged him down but of course I could have walked there and back lol. If the food wasn't good I probably would eat here for a while but am definitely forgoing this specific shop. To top it off the sandwich was made incorrectly and the condiments requested, which were also stated on my receipt, were no where to be found. Super disappointed after the long wait and given I'm used to great service AND food from theses guys. For you JJ lovers out there...stick with your store or at least stay clear of this one. read more
