How the sandwich store gonna run out of bread?! Might be time to give this corner a different business.

This has to be the worst Jimmy John's system-wide. Avoid it if you can. I ordered a sandwich and chips online at 1136 am today. I arrived at the restaurant probably 10 minutes later. And waited. And waited. And waited some more. I saw at least three walk-up customers order, receive their lunches, and leave. No one on staff said a single word to me although they saw me standing there. It appeared that the shop was seriously understaffed, with only two people working behind te counter for all purposes. But that did not excuse them giving special priority to a few of the walk-ups that I witnessed first hand. At 1210 pm, I had seen enough and told them to cancel my order and provide my refund. I was one of those rare customers (in my observation) that would make sure that I a few dollars in my pocket to drop in the tip jar. We are done. Avoid this Jimmy John's and head to one of the many other places in the area that are better run. read more

Every restaurant across from the hospital was packed out, I thought I scored when I walked in here to find nobody in line. The service was mediocre. Not bad not good. The restaurant itself was clean so that was good. I sat in there and had a sandwich. I wish would've known what came on the sandwich because it was very basic and for the same $10 I would've waited in line at any of the neighboring restaurants. The bread at Jimmy John's is always good and it definitely sets the tone, my sandwich was not good. Next time I'm in the area I will opt for another lunch option. I see why the common rating for this location is a two, so I just voted on average with what everyone else did. read more

This is the second time I've been to the store and they have not followed the directions on the order. I unfortunately got my meal this time through Uber eats and my "toasted" beach club came freezer cold. You will never get anyone to answer the phone here. And obviously, now even putting directions on an order don't work. read more

My kids like Jimmy's better than a certain well-known chicken place. This being Atlanta, that's really saying something. Maybe it's that crusty bread they use. These northern sandwich shops are invading the south, and for good reason. A nice hoagie is convenient and tasty as hell. They're fast, too. JJ's can get a sandwich into my fat face in less than three minutes if I'm dining in off-peak. This visit was to the peachtree area, up by piedmont hospital. There's a ton of lunch spots serving healthcare workers there, and I was taking a break from Christmas shopping. I slid into the familiar tongue-in-cheek dining room, ordered a spicy Italian with salt and vinegar chips. Diet Coke though, lolz. I give 'em one fault though. They put automatic mayo on Italian subs. What in the name of Tony Soprano is that all about? I think this could be a midwestern thing (JJ's is headquartered in Illinois). I know people fight about this, but I think a traditional Italiano should have meat, cheese, high quality bread, oil and vinegar. One half slice of turkey on my sandwich. I cannot believe someone actually made this and thought this was okay to serve to someone who paid $8 for this lunch. I also asked for no lettuce so it seems they just didn't care at all about making my sandwich, which means they shouldn't be working. Yesterday I ordered my lunch online from this establishment. My online time said delivery for 1:11pm. Its was after 1:20 and I called the restaurant 404-352-1111 the line just rang so I called back same thing. I waited and thought it was strange because I've never had an issue with an online delivery order. I called back still no answer. I called again and the phone was answered and then hung up. I waited and called back this time I was placed on eternal hold. It is now 2:15 still no order. Lunch hour is well over. I sent an email asking for a refund I no longer wanted the order. Of course it was answered by a Bot. I get a phone call at 3:38 requesting that I meet the driver I told her I no longer wanted the order. She was hostile saying it's not my fault I'm the only driver out here. After I got off from work I went to the establishment it is now 5:05pm. I spoke with the area manager "Memory" and I was met with attitude. She didn't try to understand or sympathize. I understood that the restaurant was short staffed, and if that had been explained from the beginning would've made a difference. But for "Memory" to dismiss my concerns by stating the GM has disappeared and she had to come to this location with a broken foot didn't make things any better. She ended the conversation by saying your item was voided. I'll never return to this location ever. read more

Not even sure how this location is still here. They are always out of important ingredients....like bread. They are also always closed during "open hours". Lights are always off but everyone standing behind the register. So yeah, why is this place even open? read more

This Jimmy John's location on Peachtree Road in Atlanta is a great place to go for delicious and well prepared sandwiches and much more. The location is very convenient and easy to get in and out of when you are in the area. I have been happy with all of the orders that I have made from here. read more

Jimmy John's, where have you been all my life!? So good. I like JJ's much more than Quiznos, Firehouse, Blimpie, or whatever else you got. I went for the first time yesterday and I'll be coming back a lot more. I ordered the JJ Gargantuan, the creme de la creme of their sammies. Here is the description from the menu: Tons of genoa salami, sliced smoked ham, capicola, roast beef, turkey & provolone, jammed into one of our homemade French buns then smothered with onions, mayo, lettuce, tomato, & our homemade Italian dressing. HOW CAN YOU GO WRONG! The bread is fresh and delicious as well. Apparently you can buy a day old loaf for a quarter there too! To top if off, I think the gargantuan was 7.50 with most other sandwiches being 5.50 or 6.50. Real good deal! Anyways, if you haven't already, give this place a try. I've had Jimmy John's before at other locations and the food was good, but this Jimmy John's really needs to re-evaluate their employee's/management. My fiance ordered us lunch not too far away, maybe 1.5 miles from her office. The manager sent the order for delivery to his employee on a bike... A bicycle... unbelievable. He arrived at the work place with food and drinks in a backpack an hour after placing the order, an hour! That's totally unacceptable. Secondly, the drinks in his backpack were taped closed with masking tape, but that didn't stop them from spilling all over the inside of his backpack and getting all over our sandwiches. Then he had the bright idea of placing all these soda soaked sandwiches and externally soda-laden cups on the reception counter of the office and got soda all over the desk and on the floor, which we had to mop up. We told him just to leave because obviously I'm not going to eat a sandwich soaked in coke. We called the manager and literally he said "I don't know what to do... what should I do?" Incredible. I can't believe how disrespectful the sandwich maker was, I placed an order on door dash at 1pm for a Turkey Tom meal with cookie and drink, I waited a hour before I called to check on my order. Still nothing a worker told me my sandwich was ready but they were waiting on driver to deliver. Maybe I'm missing something but I just don't get it. I didn't really care for the sandwiches here. First, the number of ingredients they're working with is extremely limited. 1 kind of cheese, no mustard and a few other standard things that one might expect. Its basically just turkey, ham or roast beef or tuna and then you can have lettuce, tomato, alfalfa, mayo or provolone cheese. Thats pretty much it. I tried to order custom sandwiches and they acted like I was a little crazy and tried to shoehorn what I ordered into their cutsey little names so that when I went to go pick up the sandwiches they said "who had the turkey tom and the hunters club". I was like I dunno what that is, I got a turkey and a roast beef sandwich. Its like they were speaking a different language and it made me feel like I was some sort of an idiot for not knowing their special little pet names. This is like Starbucks with their stupid tall, grande and venti instead of simple small medium and large like the rest of the world. The final result was that first, the sandwiches were made wrong. Second, the ingredients were sad looking. It was a pile of wilted sad shredded lettuce with a paper thin strip of meat on a very uninspired piece of bread. Sure, it was made fast but who cares about fast when the end result is wrong and kind of sucks? I came, I tried, I won't be returning. SERVICE. IS. AWFUL. !!!! Second and last time ordering here. The first time my BLT too 45 minutes to deliver. And i have WALKED to this location many times. Nor did they at least give me a reason as to why it took that long. I told the kid making my food that I had never been here before, and he assured me that if HE made my sandwich I would love it. He was sadly mistaken. As the Lancome Lady on MAD Tv used to say, "Cheeaaahhh you know what? Unh uh!" I could tell everything was fresh, don't get me wrong. It just had no flavor. For some reason this place wasn't as good as I expected. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed my sandwich (#14 Bootlegger Club). It tasted like Publix and Jersey Mike's had merged into a black and red store. Why did I think that their subs were toasted? Not sure where I got that idea, but it was in my head when I was handed my non-toasted sub and that might have had something to do with my reaction. Anyway, the staff here is nice and even though parking appeared difficult it was relatively easy. Took over 2 and 1/2 hours for my food to be delivered across the street. When I spoke to the manager about this he asked if I was "getting smart with him" Over the course of an hour and a half I spoke to the manager 4 different times and every time he told me he was making my food next. This location is consistently terrible. Delivery is always slow, and I think today will be my last try. I cancelled my order after an hour had passed and it still hadn't even been made. This store is less than a mile from my house, it shouldn't take over an hour to get a sandwich. I would give this location ZERO STARS if I could. I ordered a sandwich and chips for delivery at 1 PM - at 2 PM it hadn't arrived so I called the shop and requested an ETA. The girl who answered the phone said she "didn't understand what I was asking." Yikes. After explaining my question again I was told it was on the way. At 3 PM the sandwich still hadn't arrived, I called for an update and was told the sandwich was already on it's way. I could see in the app that it left for it's destination at 2:19 and mentioned that, but no explanation was offered. 3:30 PM rolls around, still no sandwich. At this point, I'm ready to call and cancel, so I call and am told they already cancelled my order! I told the manager I certainly did not cancel it and repeated the information she previously gave me about the ordering being on the way. She said she would send a sandwich out now but couldn't provide an ETA or any sort of priority delivery (not that I should have to request that as it has been 2.5 hours.) Great sub and the best part is they deliver so when I am lazy or watching the game they bring it right to me! The delivery method is freaky fast like they advertise!
