The had a great customer service many people working on different areas always aware of what customer would need. After 45 minutes of deciding we get the cashier to find out that one of the pairs that my friend chooses doesn't have the same size for both feet and guess what? It was the last pair! So the didn't had de 6.5 or 7 for both feet and the can't sell it my friend ask the cashier to sell it that way because she was ok with it (even better for her actually) but they said no so instead they offer to get the right pair in another store and 20% off (not bad for a $100 pair) He called the nearest store, ask about the shoes, the hold it, we drive 15min, got the pair and the discount! Everybody happy! I love when things like this happen.

She obviously wasn't happy and while hastily putting away the bag she said "well you have to have money in order to know about these things" ("hay que tener dinero para saber de estas cosas"). When I tried to better describe what I was looking for she just walked away from me. I didn't want to waste the energy to get offended today but it was unpleasant to say the least. The shop is divided into different rooms featuring well-selected items, pants, dresses, shirts, décor, and even Christmas ornaments. There's also a men's section with dress shirts and suits, plus a secluded room with designer clothing that's slightly pricier but definitely worth checking out. What impressed me the most was how clean, organized, and welcoming the whole place feels. The staff is wonderful, and I was delighted to learn that it's a nonprofit organization run by formerly incarcerated individuals, helping support their reintegration into society. On top of that, shopping here promotes sustainable clothing demand and supply. I absolutely love this initiative and look forward to continuing to support them.
