Every experience has been top notch from communication on the phone to service (parts on hand), and the waiting area (and restroom) is very clean! I've always felt they gave me honest feedback and didn't try to upsell me. For example my tire pressure light was on and they told me the sensor is broken and needs replacement but the tires are correct pressure so I don't need to do anything unless I want to spend the money. I've kept up the maintenance and brought it in for an oil leak, oil change and to clean out the carburetor. I should have listened to my gut and walked out when they wanted a $1500 deposit before they even looked under the hood. Several months later and several THOUSAND dollars down the tube, I have a non-stock, electric radiator that doesn't fit, that bent the fan and caused smoke and sparks the second I drove 2 blocks from their shop, it drains my battery, to the point that now I can't drive it as it overheats or kills my battery and I still have the original oil leak. They promised me over and over again that they'd make it right. The owner went so far as stating he's a Christian but after three or four times trying to schedule it to come back in, he totally ghosted me. If you have a car you care about, avoid this place. I wish I had.

Popped in and told the guy I needed oil which I knew I needed 2 quarts, and if he could just basically tell me the air pressure so I could do it myself etc. I usually have an air pressure gadget in my door but that also had been borrowed by my son apparently. Without saying anything and ignoring what I already said about I had checked the oil, he walked out and I opened the hood and he pulled the dipstick out as I said yeah I already have done that and then went inside and got the 2 quarts that I had already put on the counter. He poured them quickly in and then put air in three of the tires and all of this took about three minutes total. He then proceeded to charge me $25 for that! Absolutely appalling and terrible business practice and honestly just rude on top of everything. To ignore a 69-year-old woman that way and then rip her off was disgusting at best. I will never go back there and I honestly suspect he has had friends/family and locals put these reviews in because he absolutely does not deserve them. I have never been charged for air pressure over the years and I've also never had somebody ignore that I am perfectly capable of pouring the oil in myself and pushing ahead and then slamming me with a $25 bill. I'm very tired of people behave this way! Gross. There have to be more honest well-meaning gas station people in the area.
