LOVE SIPS. I've been back in town three days and have already had Sips two of them…read more.. Prices, fabulously affordable. Drinks, well crafted and fun. Cookies, to die for. (...except the chocolate cheesecake cookie... Not my fav.) I find myself ordering the Madster (Dr. Pepper w/vanilla, creme, and coconut) most regularly as well as the Twisted sugar cookie (sugar cookie with coconut frosting and a lime wedge to squeeze on top). My punch card is going to fill up too quickly than I'd like to admit.. especially since they do double stamps in their happy hour times later in the evening. My prime time, haha

Nuh uh. No way! We…read morewent through the drive through, asked for double chocolate fudge cookies. The lady says they're discontinued, even though the sign still has it. Then we try a different kind of cookie. "We're all out of those." We end up buying one of like, six cookies they actually had. On the "plus" side, she overcharged us the price on the menu! And had the audacity to ask for a tip! I don't want to be a Karen, but this was WAY too far! Never coming back to this location! (The food is pretty good if you don't mind being misled about your cookie choices and then being overcharged)

We stopped here for a quick breakfast sandwich a couple of weeks ago while traveling. While we…read morewere waiting, the head baker (could have been the manager) offered us a taste of the latest breads/scones he'd been experimenting with. We were expecting a tiny taste, but he gave me an entire slab of the most delicious coconut bread I've ever tasted, and my traveling partner received an entire maple bacon scone that he devoured in no time. While our sandwiches were being made, he kept making sure we were okay and if we needed anything. Not only did he have a great personality, but his concern for his customers was obvious. Should we pass through Twin Falls again, we will definitely make this one of our stops.

I'm giving Pieces of Heaven Cupcakery 2 stars, not because of the quality of the cupcakes, but…read morebecause of the quality of service. My husband and I ordered a cake and cupcakes for our wedding in June. The cake and the cupcakes tasted great, which was why we went with them to begin with. Costumer service started out splendid, but as soon as an issue arose, the service quickly went downhill. The cake and the cupcakes were late on the wedding date, doesn't matter why or by how much time, the point is: THEY WERE LATE. Discussed this with the owner and had been promised a refund and still, nearly 2 months later, have not received one. They are a fairly new business so I understand that some hiccups may arise, but 2 months late is absurd. It should only have taken 1 week, if that. If costumer service matters to you, I would recommend looking elsewhere. If all you want is great tasting cupcakes, then go right in.

I spotted this shop when running next door for lunch and had to stop. The concept is smart: change the menu weekly. Every week 4 new cookies are introduced for that week only. Then they go away for nearly 9 months. So you gotta go try it, right? Missing the dirt cake or the banana cream would be wrong. I can't promise every cookie is a 5 star but usually 1-2 of them are. That's part of the fun, reviewing cookies each week and comparing with others. What's fun for some may be an addiction to others. Most harm it can do is to your scale so enjoy a little.
