Absolute trash service. They do not value customers. Restaurant is dirty. Food is 4/10. Not worth your time or money.

First look, niche little Bakery with a good variety of items ranging from breads, cookies to cakes. There is also like a weird little gift shop in-store which sells anything from Sweet Bourbon Syrup to napkins. Not too impressed, not sure if they think this place is so bouge it deserves a premium price line, but be prepared. I Stopped in to grab something for a quick breakfast. Got an Iced Mocha and a Chocolate Croissant. Boom $12 gone. Now the Croissant was pretty good, even though it clearly wasn't fresh (day before maybe?!?) The Mocha however, all ice. Literally two sips and my cup was empty. I'd say unless you're looking for "fresh baked" breads, skip this place and just go to Starbucks/Dutch Bros etc. Not a good enough value for me to come back. read more

Arrived at 9 am. Kids have been so excited for French toast. They were out by 9 am. The sign says they serve it all day. Bummer

We went in around 8pm, so an hour before closing, and they were out of all of their soups. Which was disappointing, but we went and just ordered something else. Then, while we were waiting on the food to come out, I noticed that the girl behind the counter went and grabbed our desserts with the same gloves that she was using to mop and clean the counters. After I said something, another girl threw those out and grabbed us new ones, but I was a bit disgusted. The food itself was decent. The club sandwich was good. The avocado and bacon salad only had two pieces of avocado on it. The dessert was okay, but nothing notable. read more

This place is just amazing. A Bakery, pastry shop, restaurant and you can shop for other things. We stopped in to get lunch and we ended up buying a loaf of bread and their own strawberry Jam. They have amazing tasty great bread to take home, great pastries to eat in or order out, awesome lunch sandwiches soups and more... and they do gift baskets and much more... First off the salad prices have went way up to the point it's not worth it. You have to pay extra for protein (what a joke). Also, the left the avocado off of my $14 Turkey bacon "avocado" salad but did include a blackened/molded salad stump. Gross! First of all. Service was friendly, but there was a slight language barrier. I spent $25 for a number three combo lunch. I ordered the chicken salad croissant. I kid you not the croissant was big and beautiful and there was about a teaspoon of chicken salad on each side so I requested a little more and was accommodated, but they told me that they usually portion it out and gave me a little more. ⁉ The Wi-Fi wasn't working, so that was inconvenient because I called ahead and asked if I could sit and eat and work. I think the food here is OK, but the disorganization makes it not even worth going. I recently placed an online order. Number one there is no place to pick up the order. You have to stand in line with everyone else. Once I got to the order, it was half fulfilled. No salads with the sandwich and salad combination, did not have the desserts that came along with it and missing the side of chips. This would be comical and possibly acceptable if you were ordering this from someone's house. Absolutely unacceptable as a restaurant that touts itself as a catering establishment. really need to get some type of organization going here before I would order again. read more

This place is just...meh...the service was fine, but not super efficient and kind of slow, but the people are nice. The bread, is about the quality of grocery store sliced bread. The rye had a weird almost cinnamon flavor. My breakfast sandwich was not really grilled or toasted, just kind of warm. Cheese on the breakfast sandwich was pretty much a Kraft single and the sausage was about McDonald's quality. Over all is wasn't really a $6 breakfast sandwich, it's honestly what I would have thrown together in a hurry at home and maybe not that good. Overall, this is about fast food quality food in a prettier space with higher prices. Nothing exciting or special and for the price, probably better off getting a breakfast at McDonalds or the like. read more

All plastic and paper service, the food is fast food, not as pictured in their menu. I ordered 2 strips of bacon with breakfast and got 2 strips of bacon, 1/2" wide by maybe 4" long... The fruit consisted of 3 slices of a strawberry, not even one strawberry total, and it was dredged in sugar.... The Greek omelette was okay, but we won't be coming here again.... Don't believe the photos posted on their site! My wife had a croissant, it was hard, heavy and more like a bear claw.. read more

First time visiting Twin Falls! Recommended by hotel staff, boy am I glad they did! Walking in the establishment is clean and homey like I walked into grandma baking fresh breads. Hailey makes you feel warm and welcoming. She didn't rush out order, explained different ingredients used and made the ordering experience wonderful. The free samples are amazing and actually made us spend more money than originally intended because we purchased everything we tasted. They even accommodated us by cutting the pastries into fourths. Thank you for making our first morning stop enjoyable. We will return for another visit on our way back home! read more

The food was 7/10 but Very pricey considering what you actually get. They were out of many of the menu items. Service was slow and no one acted like they knew what was going on at all. when our food came we were missing items. when I asked about it, the man told me they were out of the item I had ordered and paid for. he then walked away, not telling me what I was supposed to do. he came back with partial of what I ordered and when I told him it wasn't correct he told me that the item I was asking for was not on my receipt. I let him know that I ordered it with my meal and he would not show me a receipt. I am not a controversial person so I let it go. I will not be returning. Hopefully this place gets shut down and we get a zupas. read more

Southwest BBQ Chicken Salad Ample portion with fresh ingredients. Avocado was ripe and the romaine was crisp. I could do without the red onion, or they could have it sliced a lot thinner so it's not so overwhelming on the palate. Bbq chicken was a bit sweet for my taste. Ordered 2 sandwiches for pick-up. Had to wait 15 mins past the "ready" time which gave me a chance to look at the menu prices. The cost for ordering on-line was $4.30 more than if I ordered in store. That's 20% more, for what? I can see a small difference for website maintenance but 20% is gouging. Asked to speak to manager and after waiting some more, cashier came back and said it's for "fees." Cool little bakery, reminds me of a smaller version of panera bread. The cinnamon bread is really good and cheap ($4.99 a loaf). The eclairs also good but I still don't know if they were considered whipped cream or custard filled. read more

Food is good but ALWAYS have a significant wait, even for pastries when all they to do is put it in a box. Also, their silverware is virtually NEVER clean. The last 4 times we have gone there, someone had dirty silverware and tonight it was 3 of the 4 people in our party. We brought it to their attention and no "we're sorry", just "ok" and then went about their business. Although I like their food, I think we are done here for a while. If and when I ever come back, will be sure to ask for plastic ware and I would advise you to do the same, unless you like having someone else's leftover food and whatever on your silverware. read more

Great sandwiches with bread that stands on it's own and fresh ingredients to fill it. A little salt would elevate the sandwich, but it's available at the drink station so it's no big deal. Soups are also flavorful, but they too want more salt. Portions are more than adequate and prices are in line with this style of sandwich shop. Way better than McAllister's. Panera-ish. read more
