Matt (or whoever my rep was) has the same name as me so I didn't want to come down on him, but he has been so useless and even threatened me with bills when I took a week or so to get receipts for my claim, and I felt so pressured that I never disputed the claim and I feel like this was on purpose. It took me probably 3 weeks to get a rental, hating these guys every day in between, and now I have to pay more bills because f-cking Matt couldn't call me back because he's such a busy guy. I struggle to say the rude feelings I have for this company, despite already having posted a nice paragraph of hate. I had an accident with one of Geico customers back in May 2025. Geico accepted 100% liability…read more Geico told me I could rent a car while mine was being fixed. The rental was returned to Enterprise in June. Apparently the invoice was not sent in by my insurer or by Enterprise so I sent it in. I called and was told it was received. Here we are Sept and no reimbursement. I've sent emails to Geico with no response. I may not be a customer but the customer service from Claims is not professional enough to respond. It's really unacceptable and wish they would honor their responsibility for reimbursement. I'm contemplating notifying the Attorney General and filing a complain with Better Business Bureau. Just sign off on this and be done...ease!
