It's easy to see why the reviews are so low. I honestly haven't used their services, but I can tell you that my interactions with the person in this place was anything BUT awful. I am currently 7 months pregnant with twins, and I came to get my nails done at the place that's next to this establishment. The parking lot was completely empty, and for convenience purposes, I parked on the front area of the parking lot, which put me in the middle of both establishments. I got out, and before I could make it a few more steps... the lady came out and asked me to move my car. I let her know that I would just be in the nail salon for MAYBE 30-45 mins tops, and if I could just park there for that small amount of time. She again asked me to move, I'm pretty sure she said that she needed the spots for customers. I don't know, there was a language barrier. But again, I asked her if she could just let me stay there since I'm having a hard time moving. And again, she said no. So, I let her know that kindness goes a long way, and she lacked said kindness. Needles to say, even though I was looking for a dry cleaning place to take some of my dresses, THIS WILL NOT BE THE PLACE. read more

Horrible! This place needs to be closed down ASAP!! My mother brought a well loved silk shirt to be dry cleaned that she had had for years and well preserved. She dropped it off 10/2 and was told it would be ready the next day. She waited an extra day to pick up and when she got there they said "it wasn't ready", to wait til Friday. Friday came and "the shirt is not ready...it's not back from downtown." I called on my mother's behalf and it was truly a waste of time. They said the shirt was lost and wait til Monday to get a call back from the owner named "Sayed"-based on the other reviews, I shouldn't hold my breath for a return call. read more

Will never use them again. They totally ruined a queen size comforter. Looks like it was washed in a heavy duty washer. When I told them I would like my money back and they could keep the comforter. They simply said NO Refunds. read more

They did a terrible job at fixing a hole in our comforter. The stitch was a completely different color and it's looks like a 3 year old did it with a sewing machine. I'm not one to complain but I can't believe at how poorly it was done. We will never go back. read more

Terrible work. Ruined two very expensive suit jackets and then tagged them with a note that said "could not remove stain." I didn't bring it in with a stain! We will NOT be using this cleaners ever again. They burned a hole in my husband's shirt and we brought it back to them. She said there was nothing they could do. I asked for the manager to call me personally. After two days with no response from them, my husband went in the store and was told the manager refused to contact us and they would not cover the shirt or even offer store credit. They are terrible!!! They returned one of my shirts with a HUGE blue looking ink stain on the back and said it came in that way.....ya I think I would have noticed that on my shirt. Now I am curently battling them because they lied to us by saying that they had to hold one of our orders because they were stained and then 4 days later when I tried to come pick them up again they tell me that they have lost them. SERIOUSLY? One employee keeps saying one thing and then the owner is now saying that this is the first time anything like this has ever happened. They also have a two week reimbursement policy and will only reimburse you if you have the original receipt from the store where you bought the clothes. That is complete crap. We had to threaten them to get them to agree to reimburse us and now they are still holding this two week policy in effect starting YESTERDAY when they lost our clothes over a week ago! They are terrible, they lie, and their employees are very rude and have no idea what they are doing. DO NOT GO THERE read more

Where to start, I could say that this is the longest wait for any cleaners I have ever been to. Dropped one pair of work pants and one work shirt off Wednesday and was told it wouldn't be ready till Monday. I did get some insignia sewn on to my shirt so I was ok with waiting till Monday. What happens when I show up Monday I find out it's not ready and isn't even altered on sight. The store says ready at 530 because they have alterations done off site. Was not aware of that at all. So it's Tuesday I pick my shirt up and my insignia is sewn on crooked, stitched horribly and this is after I left a picture of another properly done work shirt and spent ten minutes showing them exactly where it should go. I see now why this place makes you pay first. When I asked about getting it fixed I was told it would not be done till next week and that it would cost more!! No thank you, I will never use this and I would never recommend anyone using this place. How this business is still open is beyond comprehension. read more
