Originally, I was assisted by Margaret, therapist, who has since retired, but now I have a new therapist, Iesha, who has provided me with the type of care that I appreciate. The office administrative staff is great, especially Ayesha and Jen, the office manager who both meet and greet me with a smile and make me feel "at home", every time I come in. Once in a while, I get a notification that I have an unpaid bill; but they quickly realize that it is an error and remove the debt from my account. If you have a problem with the person that is assigned to you - don't worry - you have the option to change to another therapist who is more empathetic to your needs..... Just Ask! Give them a try; you might find that they are very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting you with your issues that you are dealing with.

Instantly as soon as I walked in, the place smelled like a mixture of cigarettes and a dingy basement. Not a good environment to take a 7-year-old for therapy. I showed up with an EAP code and the receptionist didn't even know what it was. She acted like we were bothering her and couldn't even make eye contact. She scanned it and said she would include it in his file. I went home and I thought about it, decided not to return. It was not a good fit for us. They are scammers, they billed my insurance for services they did not provide to my son. The description of services they claimed was INTERACTIVE COMPLEXICTY ADD ON USE (PLAY THERAPY, TEST RESULTS, EQUIPTMENT (their spelling, not mine), TRANSLATOR, REPORT ABUSE/NEGLECT. None of this happened. I called their billing department, and they said the charge is for the evaluation appointment. I asked the person on the phone what's the point of the EAP code then? He couldn't answer the question... Do not go here!!

Just make sure YOU call your insurance and find out if they'll cover it, don't let the office check.

On average, to get a hold of a RECEPTIONIST or get an update, it takes between 7 & 10 phone calls & emails. Then once you formally complain about feeling like you're a burden to the office/doctor, they tell you to find a new provider without any warning. Then just to add fuel to the fire & just give that final blow, they change your medication doses without reason, & even if you've been on the same dose of medication for 10+ years, they make you feel like a total criminal for wanting your maintenance dose of medication. They made me take a drug test with ZERO EXPLANATION, & there was zero confidentiality because the door was wide open, & she handed me the cup in front of the entire waiting room. The doctor I saw is completely petty & has only jeopardized my mental health for no other reason than she must not have liked that I complained about the office's lack of unprofessional communication & lack of accountability. I managed a medical office for years, & I can tell you that I have never seen an office operated with such a lack of care for their patients. I will absolutely be filing a complaint with the better business bureau & the medical board for the inexcusable treatment I received. So if you're looking for a medical office to help you while you suffer from mental health issues during your darkest hours, DO NOT GO HERE. Seek help literally ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!

Had a referral from dr. They called and gave me the wrong number. I called and she tried arguing…read morewith me when I have the vm. Arrived at my appointment today. Receptionist was rude. The nurse who did the initial intake was even worse than the receptionist. The atmosphere is outdated and makes it sketchy. Appointment was at noon and the dr walks in the door 41 minutes after our appointment and called us back at 12:50. Our appointment was at noon!!! They have signs all Over and in the paperwork that no shows will be billed and if you arrive late then they may not see you. Sorry they feel your time is not as important as yours. For a mental health facility the staff looks pretty miserable.
