Dr Bernadette Aghaji lacks compassion and empathy. She is rude and judgmental towards the patients that she deem as "aid recipients". She doesn't care about what brought you to seek out treatment. She orders a bunch of test, when none may be needed. So essentially, she delays medical care. If whatever you have, doesn't pop up on the bloodwork that she ordered, then she is clueless and her critical thinking skills doesn't turn on. She is sarcastic and condescending, like a grade schooler. She doesn't use available tools to broaden her mind and she doesn't take the time to research things that should be obvious. Because of her lack of basic knowledge, she laughs of serious patients concerns and just walks away, without offering help or a solution. Her resume looks good on paper, but she is dated and lack basic skills to perform her job adequately. What is her purpose if you have to go to another to do the things she should have done on your first visit? She has none. She is a pit stop to get insurance money. This "middleman" needs to be skipped and go find yourself a competent Primary Care Physician.
