For my drink I had a agua de Nance. Truly refreshing. The food was great but will say the pastelitos were my favorite, crispy on the outside and flavorful in the inside. The carne asada with tajadas was a tad overwhelming with all the sauces just on top and not evenly spread out throughout the plate. Meat had flavor so I think distributing the sauces evenly next time will be good. My waitress was very sweet and kind, I will be returning to try more!

I like their preparation for these plates, a bed of tajadas(fried savory plantain) with shredded cabbage/pickled onions and topped with protein. My plate would've been perfect if the base had more salsa with the tajadas and the chuletas were overcooked for my liking but still enjoyable. Other locations drown the food in sauce making it off putting so I appreciate how this restaurant keeps it light and fresh. I will be returning
