Good selection of footwear from casual , work , leisure, etc and they have all the sizes from small feet to Bigfoot types .Prices ain't cheap but they have a bunch of sales going on and the quality is built to last . I found 2 casual pairs which cost me about 250 for both but they are very comfortable and that matters the most . Clarks gets 4 stars on my yelp meter and the customer service at the queens center mall is also 4 stars plus .

I used to work with this company when it was Bostonian Shoes. They revamped back in 2002. I gave a…read more2 star only because I notice the service level has changed drastically. They still give good service. They bring you the shoe that you ask for and they don't crowd you. In my days, we brought multiple shoes JUST IN CASE. There is not a lot of suggestive selling. They do have good shoes that are comfortable and not costly so that you can afford to buy 2 pairs. They do have discounts available on some shoes and when buy you can sign up for the friends and family and get a great discount off your entire order. They sales staff showed patience and discipline, which is a fine quality for sales. Jason S. Was not in the store, he's the one that trained me and promoted me to manager. I see sandals that I want to purchase next time around.

I love this place! It isn't cheap but they carry high quality Italian leather boots. I am picky…read moreabout shoe leather and a lot of Italian shoe designers have stopped using the really good Italian leather but at Enrica Lossi it was only the best. My daughter has size 11 and doesn't like heels, she is very hard to fit. Her Enrica boots fit her perfectly and are so well-constructed that the medium heel feels like a pair of flats. I ended up buying a pair of shoes as well because they were so well-made they felt like slippers . They have a great selection of men's shoes - and men's shirts. The prices are high but fair. We went for a sale and got some deep discounts. The saleswomen were very helpful.

Poor customer service. Returns are very difficult…read more Their return policy requires customers to take multiple photos of the shoes they wish to return and then upload those photos to the return request before it can be processed. The whole exercise is clearly an attempt by the company to discourage returns.........

Buy from anywhere else. This company is trash. I have shoes, Capri, from here I got as a gift that…read morefit great and are size 10. I recently purchased the Vegan in the same size and are too small. This makes no sense but whatever. I then went to return them and they require a $14 restocking fee and because I got them "on discount" I am only able to get a store credit. Well your whole online store is on discount because the second you go to the website it says get 15% off by signing up for email...so yeah why would I not. That's how they scheme you to essentially never be able to just return for a refund. You should stand by your product and give someone their money back especially when your business if primarily online.

I walked into the adidas store on Broadway fully ready to cosplay as a World Cup superfan... you…read moreknow, the kind that screams at the TV like the coach can hear me through my living room. The store itself? Massive. Clean. Feels like a shrine to sneakers and athletic greatness. You walk in and immediately feel like you should be warming up for a Champions League match instead of heading to brunch. Now let's talk World Cup gear. They definitely had World Cup apparel, but the selection felt like it was going through a mild identity crisis. Some racks were loaded with national team jerseys, scarves, and training gear--Argentina, Germany, Mexico... the usual heavy hitters. But then you'd turn a corner expecting a global soccer explosion and instead find... hoodies. Just hoodies. Regular hoodies. Like the World Cup took a lunch break. If you're hunting for a specific team or player jersey, it's a bit of a gamble. They've got solid staples, but don't expect every country, every kit, every size. It's more "greatest hits album" than full discography. The staff were friendly enough--definitely helpful if you asked--but not aggressively pushing soccer gear like it's stoppage time. Which is nice, but also... I needed someone to yell "GOOOOOAL" when I found my size. Pros: * Clean, well-organized flagship vibe * Solid selection of popular World Cup teams * Plenty of general adidas soccer gear if you just want to look sporty while ordering takeout Cons: * Selection can feel hit-or-miss depending on team/size * Not as soccer-overloaded as you might expect for a NYC flagship Final verdict: If you're in Manhattan and need World Cup gear quickly, this spot will absolutely get you match-ready. But if you're looking for a super deep, every-nation-represented soccer paradise, you might leave feeling like you hit the crossbar instead of the back of the net. 4/5 -- solid, but not quite a hat trick

Hopped on the F train from Queens walked up the stairs and I was standing right out front. I walked in asked a few questions, the boy requested the sambas and we left in like 15 minutes flat with a brand new pair of sambas and a smile. They had many options, it was clean and the staff was super energetic everyone was busy. The store was also super busy but well lit and well stocked. Definitely would highly recommend 5/5.

Then, I ordered a pair for $4.00 and $5.00 shipping, and then sent me the wrong length shoelaces. When I tried to get them to send me the correct ones, they said they were sorry and it was too late because I was a few days outside the 30 day return window. I had left them in the package until I needed to wear the shoes with the bad laces. Terrible customer service, all work from home and nobody cares. I will not do business with them again. So much different from when they had the stores and not taken over by new entity.

Bad Customer Service, Poor Quality, Overpriced & Misleading Website Claims…read more I purchased a pair of Allbirds boots around 11 months ago, advertised as waterproof and all-weather. I've used them very little and taken great care of them. Despite the demonstrations on the website showing water being repelled, the boots have soaked through even in light rain -- while I was under an umbrella. This completely contradicts the claims made in their marketing. I paid £140 for these boots. They are beautiful and comfortable, but the waterproof performance does not match what is being promised. I've attached photos as evidence to the customer service team To make matters worse, I haven't received any response from a human agent. Customer service appears to be virtually non-existent, and the information on the website feels misleading given my experience. I do not expect any compensation based on my experience with this company, but I do want other customers to be aware. Unfortunately, I won't be buying from Allbirds again or recommending the brand to others.
