Upon checkout I gave him my number, confirmed my info and he mentioned that he sent a digital receipt to my email (apparently they don't give out physical receipts anymore; they don't even have bags either). Now this is where things took a turn and I know it's not his fault however two accounts popped up under my name, I only have one. I confirmed my email via the checkout counter. When I got home the receipt was never sent to my email. Reached out to customer care and it was sent to an email I don't even have (hence the account name coming up twice). I then had to call customer care to fix the issue. So my concern is if two accounts come up in store can the cashier double verify which one is yours so this doesn't happen again?? Def a hassle since I added apple care to my purchase and needed proof incase something happened in the future.

I worked it back down a few times, but bubbling got worse. Believing it was still under warranty I took it back in well before the 30 days. The clerk tried to work it back down, but was unsuccessful. I told him to replace it as I was leaving town for several months. He replaced it and advised me it was $12.99 copay. He confirmed that I just had it replaced, but replacement protectors are not covered under the 30 day warranty. This made no sense to me as I just paid the copay and now they are charging me again for their workmanship. Not a good value!

That kind of honesty when they could have just taken my money told me everything I needed to know. Flat fee, genuine Apple part with a year warranty, and seal replacement as standard practice. Part came in early and they turned the repair around in a few hours. Face ID, Apple Watch unlock, and Portrait mode all work perfectly now and the service history shows a genuine TrueDepth camera. Friendly, easy going, and clearly knows this stuff at a level most shops don't. I priced this against a mail in place that quoted me way more and would have meant shipping my phone across the country. Glad I went local. Highly recommend.
