Terrible, I called ahead of time to see if they did transmission oil exchange on my Altima and they said yes. So I ca.e and waiting in line I told the guy there at least 3 times I wanted granny oil exchange. when the worker came in I asked if the oil was pretty dirty he said I did nt do it. And asked again you did the granny fluid right and he came back in and said no the oil. I said 3 times I wanted .you granny done . Then the store manager came in and said you agreed to an oil change and I said I didn't. Then he started to accuse me of changing my story and basically lying. I,,'m an older person and I don't lie. He said his men would never say they could do granny oil changes on a altima. He was so vicious and didn't have the Backbone to admit they were wrong. Took my infiniti there to get serviced. Drove there 100% fine, leaving there it started sputtering, and now it's now running. In the process of fixing their wrongs, but hell is to be raised. Maybe even a lawsuit. read more

Was immediately greeted by a very friendly staff woman wearing a mask who inquired about my oil change - was very knowledgeable & helped me pick the correct oil! No appointments ahead, so waited for about 25 minutes. Was able to sit inside my car while being serviced, since lobby was closed due to covid. Checked all my lights. Also took my air filter out & showed me. I asked for their honest opinion, & they said it looked good and could wait until the next round. Full synthetic oil change was $103 (which I thought was pricey), but hopefully worth it. read more

I've always had my truck serviced at the dealer but I thought I'd give my business to somewhere in town with everything going on right now. Got my truck's oil changed and walked out to a huge puddle of oil coming from the oil filter just a couple days later. I took it back in and it turned out the tech did not tighten the oil filter down properly and the truck lost three quarts of oil. The manager did take care of me so I will give them the benefit of the doubt here but it was an unnecessary waste of time over a pretty simple task. Had I not noticed, this situation could have caused some serious damage to the vehicle. read more

They placed the wrong battery on my vehicle so it was bouncing around and overcharged me $200 instead of $100 for a Toyota Camry. then when I couldn't find my receipt, they denied my refund. I'm still trying to get ahold of a manager because the rep that called me was contradicting what the technician admitted was clearly the wrong battery size. My car literally died on me and I ended up having to replace the alternator possibly as a direct result of this and the previous incorrect battery. Ended up spending around $700 just for a new battery for a car. read more

Had my 2014 Ram 2500 6.7 Cummins fuel filters replace at this location on 8/13/19 327,741 miles on the truck at the time. Today 11/7/19 342,055 I am having a mechanic replace my fuel filters and the cap on the fuel filter housing is so tight from previous installer that it can not be loosened. The mechanic then removes the housing to have better access to the cap. He places the housing into a vice to hole so he can put a socket and ratchet on the cap to remove and still can not get it loose. Now the housing had been damaged due to the cap being over tightened. I contacted the last location to touch the fuel filters which is this location and talked to the store manager Trish and informed her of the issue and to see about having them pay for the part that is damaged due to being over tightened. She said she had to get with the General Manager Garrett to see how to handle this since the part was almost $1,000 after taxes and shipping and she does not have authorization to approve that amount. Trish then calls me back to inform me that they will agree to refund me the $180.38 I paid to have them replace the filter originally and that was all they were will to do since their warranty was only good for 90 days or 3,000 miles whichever comes first. The fuel filter are recommended to be replaced at 15,000 miles so why would I want to replace before. I do not recommend anyone to do business with this location as they don't stand behind their work. This is not good customer service and I have had this happen in the past and the two other shops have paid for the mistake. I have a hotshot company and 15 trucks and none of which will do business with this location or any Jiffy Lubes in the future. I do not recommend anyone doing business with this location!!! Update!!! So today 11/15/19 I have yet to receive a call back from the general manager/owner Garrett and I have called every other day for him to call me back. I see on the previous yelp reviews when it's good feed back he will reply but not to a bad review. This should show you what type of business this is and how much their customers matter to them. I have since had my truck repaired out of my pocket and don't expect to ever hear from Garrett. I would stay clear of this business and have your vehicle serviced elsewhere. Update!!! 11/15/19 Garrett did call me back today and explain to me since I did not go to a dealer to have the repairs completed nor give them the opportunity to repair the part(I live in Houston Texas), that all they were willing to do is refund the amount I paid for the service originally. I will say I don't 100% agree but I do understand the reasoning. I did not replace the part with factory parts since I have had so many issues with this in the last year with this happening. It cost me about $775 in parts and labor to get my truck repaired. I am being reimbursed $180.38 for the original service. My truck received a upgrade and hopefully this problem does not happen again to my truck being the bad design part is no longer on the truck. Would I use this shop again? I am not sure. My reason would be I am not sure I want to have to go into a dealer and pay those rates if don't need to or if I am not in Williston ND I would have to travel back for repairs in order not to have to pay the expensive dealer prices. read more

The oil change was very fast and they were very friendly, but the cost was twice what the local box store auto center charges and they left the steering wheel and arm rests oily. I only tried Jiffy Lube because the other auto center did not have an oil filter for my car. I won't go back to Jiffy Lube because of their high prices. read more

My son in law had his Tahoe in for an oil change and tire rotation recently. After my own bad experiences with one in Billings, I had an interest in seeing how this went. Employees were polite, the oil change was done in a short time, but I was alarmed to see them ram the lug nuts home with an impact gun- a huge no-no. After rattling the lug nuts down tight several times around on each wheel, they made the pretense of "torquing" the lug nuts with a torque wrench. I guess it fools the ordinary person. Then my son in law was told the coolant reservoir was down three quarts (it doesn't hold that much, empty), and upon his approval, they "filled" the reservoir in about three seconds from a partial jug, through a kitchen-size funnel with about a half inch hole. The check off sheet said they vacuumed the floors (didn't), cleaned the glass (didn't), and checked the lights (again, didn't). I went up to pay my bill they showed me the work they did. It stated I declined to have my car vacuumed and windshield cleaned. I requested they do them. They stated the person that vacuums was not in. They literally had three people standing around. They need to train more people to vacuum. I wonder what else they did not do? read more
