Car wash not service 5 Stars - Better Than Expected!…read more I took my Toyota Tundra through the Minute Lube touchless car wash after three days of misting rain and driving on gravel roads. My truck was absolutely filthy with dried mud and road grime. After reading some mixed reviews, I wasn't expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised. The truck came out looking much cleaner than expected, including the mirrors and windows. Living on a gravel road, I've found that a generous amount of rinse water can sometimes clean better than a small amount of high-pressure water. This wash seemed to do a good job of rinsing away the accumulated dirt. The drying could definitely be better, but that's common with automatic car washes. I always carry a chamois to finish drying the truck anyway. Overall, I was impressed with the results and would use this touchless wash again, especially after driving muddy gravel roads.

So I ca.e and waiting in line I told the guy there at least 3 times I wanted granny oil exchange. when the worker came in I asked if the oil was pretty dirty he said I did nt do it. And asked again you did the granny fluid right and he came back in and said no the oil. I said 3 times I wanted .you granny done . Then the store manager came in and said you agreed to an oil change and I said I didn't. Then he started to accuse me of changing my story and basically lying. I,,'m an older person and I don't lie. He said his men would never say they could do granny oil changes on a altima. He was so vicious and didn't have the Backbone to admit they were wrong. So I left with an oil I didn't need and practically called me a liar and was hurt by being treated that way. This happened at Jiffy Lube 13th Ave S Fargo, ND very disappointed

So I've told my wife I'm in search of a capable, competent, honest, and fair mechanic, and I believe I've found one in DelRoy at DDD AUTO . I was a little apprehensive about going there I'd never heard of them before and they are a little ways out of town but I saw them on the internet and something prompted me to give them a call, they told me to come right out and I did. I was very pleased with DelRoy's promptness and demeanor, maybe not the cheapest but I believe it was fair. I would say "give them a try"! He got my problem solved in a very timely manner!

I am extremely upset and frustrated with how this situation has been handled regarding my 2017 GMC…read moreYukon Denali. I originally brought my vehicle to your shop because the A/C was not working. I was quoted approximately $400 to seal everything that could potentially be leaking because you had already tried to recharge the A/C and it did not help. After the recharge still didn't fix the problem, I was told I needed a new fan. I was quoted $600 for one fan, or $800 for two, and you recommended that I replace both fans, so I agreed. When I picked up my Yukon, I was shocked to find that my bill was $2,100. When I questioned the cost, I was told the fans were almost $700 each. This was a significant difference from what I had originally been quoted, and I was not made aware beforehand that the repair was going to cost anywhere near $2,100. A couple of days later, the A/C still was not working and my temperature gauge was not moving. I drove my Yukon back to your shop, where I waited almost two hours for you to return from a service call. The thermostat sensor was eventually replaced. I was then told I would be charged another $170 for that repair. I was unhappy about being charged additional money for an issue that was still connected to the problems I had originally brought the vehicle in for, so you agreed to waive that charge. Unfortunately, the problems still were not fixed. This past Monday, I took my 2017 Yukon Denali to GMC because the check engine light was on, the A/C still was not working, and the temperature gauge still was not working. My vehicle has now been at GMC for several days, and I received a call today telling me that it is going to cost approximately $4,600 to properly repair it. According to GMC, the vehicle has a bad thermostat, the temperature gauge/sensor issue is still present, the fan is constantly running, and there is an ECM circuit fault. They also told me that the aftermarket fans that were installed are not functioning properly and are contributing to the problem. I am extremely frustrated because I have already paid your shop $2,100 to have these issues repaired, and I am now being told that my vehicle still has the same problems and requires another $4,600 in repairs. I trusted your recommendation to replace the two fans, and I agreed to that repair based on the information and pricing I was given. At this point, I need an explanation as to why I was charged $2,100 for repairs that did not resolve the original problem and why GMC is now finding issues directly related to the aftermarket fans that were installed. I trusted your shop to properly diagnose and repair my vehicle, and I feel like I have been left in a very unfair situation. I should not have to pay thousands of dollars again to fix problems that I had already paid your shop to address. I am asking you to please take this seriously and work with me toward a fair resolution. I would like to discuss what you are willing to do to make this situation right.
