So I ca.e and waiting in line I told the guy there at least 3 times I wanted granny oil exchange. when the worker came in I asked if the oil was pretty dirty he said I did nt do it. And asked again you did the granny fluid right and he came back in and said no the oil. I said 3 times I wanted .you granny done . Then the store manager came in and said you agreed to an oil change and I said I didn't. Then he started to accuse me of changing my story and basically lying. I,,'m an older person and I don't lie. He said his men would never say they could do granny oil changes on a altima. He was so vicious and didn't have the Backbone to admit they were wrong.
