One of my vehicle was(2017 jeep GC) there to diagnoise for minor electrical glitch issue and they couldnt figured out but a week later they informed me my vehicle air suspension leaking and needs airline connector and quoted me around 250$ ...well im not happy because i just bought the vehicle 2weeks ago from a dealership (alberta) with fully inspection done also a week ago OPI done in kelowna without any issue. I went to shop and check my vehicle and the air suspension light is displaced on cluster and cant even hold air and not able to drive which has no issue when i bring in there. I explained them but get their disagreement. ut my vehicle on hoist to checl suspension system but next day when i explained about tire jack mode the manager said the never lifted the vehicle luckly i got witnesses and some evidence for both of thechs and manager words. Eventually next day i pickup the vehicle and im forced to pay 838.62$ and 156$ for original diagnoise fee so i made the my payment under protest. Today the lawyer told me the reach auto is NOT canadian BBB members and i have to go small claim. Watch out this shop. They will not honor their mistakes and will use lies at your face without hesitation. Now i m wasting my holiday time to dealing with the lawyer and documentation...

The manager, a Mr. Harsh Singh insisted that not only did she need an oil change, he upsold her on a "fuel system flush," which consisted of them dumping a bottle of fuel conditioner in her tank and charging her 79 dollars for an item that I can purchase at my local auto supply store for no more than 10-20 dollars. This fine gentleman told her that the 79 dollars was half price. This vehicle has 34000 kilometers on the clock. Avoid this location and probably the company at all costs. They also refused to give my daughter a detailed invoice in an attempt to cover up their dishonest business practices.

They will check fluids, belts, battery (they actually use a tester), filters, headlights, turn signals and tires. As well as look for leaks in the engine compartment and underneath. They still offer a "speedy" car wash, which is the lowest option of car wash, with the oil and filter change. Absolutely best service from beginning to end. Very surprising and appreciated. Downside - They do not carry synthetic blends so expect $135 without any discounts/coupons. Of note, if you just want a car wash, the machine only takes exact amounts (bills, coins) or you can use a credit card. Prices range from $11 to $17. It's a good car wash. If you don't have time to change your oil at home, this is the place I recommend. This is a different oil change business. You'll know what I mean when you get there.

I said how about the transmission fluid tray sample (like they always show me) and guy said there are four bolts and it is a waste of time and don't do that anymore. I had to ask for all lights to be checked, did it finally. Tire pressure not checked and wiper blades not checked (although says it was). The two guys who served me were rude. One guy who worked at the till would talk to me with his back towards me. I have been coming to this location for approx. 10 years and this is the first time I have been extremely disappointed.

The staff is always friendly, prices are completely reasonable, and service was good. A friend that has known them for over 30 years recommended them and I can't say enough good things about my recent experience. They are honest and very knowledgeable. They took the time to thoroughly explain what was wrong and what needed to be done. My car is a 2005 Subaru Outback and feels like a new car again. It's a great feeling having peace of mind that everything was done to perfection and the cost was still reasonable, considering they even went above and beyond. Still trying to determine whether they loosened the AF drain instead of the oil drain. Next time I will install a camera under my car before I visit a quick lube location. This was with me suppling the parts and I removed the carbs from the motorcycle and mailed them to redline. When I got the carbs back several of the linkage bars were damaged with me still needing to install them back into the bike and balance them, taking all the risk. If I had known they were going to charge me this amount I would of taken the whole bike to them or another shop and got them to do the job from start to finish. I can't believe they charged me 450 for throwing them in a ultrasonic cleaner and replacing the rubber gaskets. Two of the choke valves were still stuck. Not what I would call a professional shop. The throttle link bolts still had grime on them which proves they did not look at them. Amateur mechanics at best.
