Great customer service. Zackary is knowledgeable, kind, and extremely helpful and competent. What a refreshing change from other businesses that I have taken my vehicle to. Thank you so much. Top-tier service. 10 stars! read more

Drove in at 8:45am on a Saturday, got help immediately. Juston behind the counter was super nice and explained everything to a T. Broke down what the different types of oil do for my car and didn't try to push any on me. I chose my oil and pulled the car into the bay and then they did a quick inspection of everything from my lights to my fluid levels. Then broke everything down for me right there and what the price of each thing would be, suggested what I should work on next or do today. I chose to get an oil change and a new air filter. It ran me about $145, which is pretty high for an oil change imo, especially as someone who typically does it at home. BUT for the service, the breaking everything down to make it simple and just the quality of the service. I would pay the price again. Sean was also part of the crew working on my car, he was a nice and cool guy too. Thanks Jiffy Lube! read more

The gent who performed the work went above and beyond. I believe that his name is Justin he always has a smile and is always very helpful. Jiffy lube in Warrensburg is the only place I will bring my vehicles. Thankyou all so much!! You truly set the mark in service read more

I have NEVER experienced such great service at Jiffy Lube. They were more than willing to help and explain anything to me, and fill me in on what services they offer. I have told everyone I know to come see Juston, Nathan, and Walter!!! Super happy :-) read more

Rude people they do not do tires I don't know what they do I don't touch these lube or jiffy places with a 12 foot pole because there trash but the fact that I don't know what his job is and when I ask if they do tires he gets snarky for no reason and says they don't do tires I was like what the. He basically said we will not do our job because we will get sued. We will not look at your tires even if you pay us but we will give you the tools and let you do it yourself. I could smell him through the phone and it make me barf read more

The staff here were so friendly and thorough. We had our dogs with us and they let us all stay in the car as they serviced it. Our dogs got treats and the staff seemed like they were having a good time just doing their job, literally whistled while they worked. They had me cracking up. They let us know what needed to be serviced and did great job. read more

Went to get my oil changed and new window wipers on. They were polite and got everything done in a timely manner.

great experience for 2 years. they add different checks from time to time. getting a light replaced as I type this. Also checked every tire and added air as needed and a stem cap. Again - worth it! read more

If I could give this business 0 stars I would. The fact that you can't get an oil change without them getting it all all over your engine is past me. I left with my car smoking this morning. Never again will they have my business. Wow. read more

Took my car here for a tire rotation. They broke a lug bolt on the first wheel they tried to remove then refused to complete the rotation. I will never return. Update: Jiffy Lube accepted responsibility for my damages immediately upon reading my initial review and reached out to me to negotiate settlement. I forwarded my receipts for parts and labor performed by my local mechanic to fix the damage and complete the tire rotation and received a check via FedEx from Jiffy Lube for payment in full on 3/3/19. I do appreciate their efforts and will likely return someday. read more

I hardly give 5 Star Reviews but I have to for the service I received at Jiffy Lube. After a botched oil change at Walmart, I called Jiffy Lube at 6:40 to find out what time they closed- and told them my predicament. They closed in 20 minutes but told me to come on over- and when I got there, they talked me through my issue and told me to pull my car around for a consultation- and then proceeded to fix th damage that Walmart had done! This also meant that they go off late from work, but it really impressed me how they would help a lady out who doesn't know anything about cars. A big thanks to them. I will be bringing my car back to Jiffy Lube exclusively now for oil changes. read more

Getting one's oil changed isn't high on anyone's Can't-Wait-To-Do-It list, but Jiffy Lube makes it as painless as possible. Clean waiting area, pleasant staff, good service. On my last visit (a Monday after work) I had no wait, was in & out in half an hour. Sign up for the coupons via email, they send them out frequently & it'll save you a few bucks over the course of a year. read more

Our brake line was mysteriously split when they changed the oil and most of the brake fluid drained out. Another mechanic said the line had been cut. When I called to talk to them, one of them went down the street and threatened the other shop with loss of business if they didn't recant what they said. It cost us $250 for repairs and towing. What lying assholes. If it happened while you had the car, you're responsible. Incompetent jerks. read more

Everyone was super nice here and made sure I got the best help possible. I came in to get my oil changed, and they informed me of prices before even taking my information to make sure it was the right price for me. I was helped mainly by a worker named Marvin, and he was very kind and funny. I enjoyed my visit. read more

Recently moved here and purchased a new car, came to jiffy lube several times now and I always have a great experience. The employees are always friendly and I don't ever feel they're trying to rip me off. They offer military discounts and very helpful advice for my car. The prices may be a bit high for some, but definitely high quality service in this small town. Only place I'll go to for car service. read more

I've been coming to this place for four years and every single time- they have been absolutely wonderful. they're never patronizing to female customers, the workers are always kind, and the service really is quick. I reuse to go anywhere else!! read more

Sent my son over to get a signiture service oil change. I also printed hiim a $15 coupon to use so that the oil change would be a little cheaper. I get a call about 20 minutes later that I did not send enough money with my son. Now, I called ahead and asked the guy (Brian) what the oil change cost, and he stated $39.95 with a $15.00 coupon that would be $24.95 so I sent $40 with my son. When my son called he explained that they wanted to and did use high milage oil so the change cost more, in fact it ended up being $48.00 after the $15 coupon. I feel that these people prayed on my son, not knowing that they took advantage of him by selling him the High Milage oil. I will never use these thieves again, and would suggest you go to walmart and get your work done around here. for Oil changes anyway. read more

I am generally the last person that you would hear complain but I am very unsatisfied with my service in jiffy lube. When I first arrived everything was fine but we were rushed, (which is understandable for fast service) but it was a rude rushed. We were set inside and offered coffee and reading material and were told we would be helped momentarily. The young man assisting me talked very fast and it was hard for me to understand him, I told him the the only thing that I would like done today was my oil changed and some new wiper fluid. When ringing me up he again talked very fast and one second we were talking about oil and the next thing I know I'm agreeing to a radiator flush. I understand that some of this was my fault for not paying closer attention so I let that go. A while passed and I glance at my truck to see another employee lifting up on my truck by the brush guard. At this point I am ready to leave I have been here for 30 minutes and seeing this irritated me. When checking out what I thought was going to be a $60-$100 expense totaled to $185. It is safe to say that I will not be returning here again. read more
