I chose my oil and pulled the car into the bay and then they did a quick inspection of everything from my lights to my fluid levels. Then broke everything down for me right there and what the price of each thing would be, suggested what I should work on next or do today. I chose to get an oil change and a new air filter. It ran me about $145, which is pretty high for an oil change imo, especially as someone who typically does it at home. BUT for the service, the breaking everything down to make it simple and just the quality of the service. I would pay the price again. After that I talked with them and said I could not continue with their service if it was going to take so long. Several times afterward, the service was reasonable. But today with a scheduled appointment, after an hour, I asked why they had not started. Their explanation was, they were busy and got behind. I was never updated about the delay. I don't understand how they schedule work with their service technician but just appears to be disorganized. These people do good work and I will recommend this part of my experience but beware that you may be sitting for a long time. As for me, I collected my car key and left. I will not be back.
