I dont really like writing reviews for non-local "chains" typically unless one in particular was great or really terrible. This Jiffy Lube is pretty great! I've gone here several times, they have always been honest with me, talked me out of services I didn't need and in some cases didn't charge me for some basic quick repair. They are really close to my house and one of my first stops for car care. Especially when I have no idea what's wrong. They never feel pushy either when offering additional services which I have felt at other Jiffy Lubes. I will definitely be back. read more

Been going here for years as it was the spot, and I'm will to change this review but within reason. After I got my oil change I got my car detailed and they checked my tires were at 37 psi and the recommend is at 32 psi, then the detailed checker my cabin air filter and it was disgusting. Wondering why the heck Jiffy pumped it to 37 and don't tell me about cabin air filter in their signature check I, they did tell my my air filter was fine. Service was quick. Staff was polite. I noticed that I was noted as declining Service that come with my oil change that the car next to me was offered while they stayed in their car. I was asked to exit mine and go inside. No problem. However, if I do not decline services that come with my oil change, please don't inform someone next to me that it come with their service as if it does not come with mine. Only the front of my interior was vacuumed and again noted that this service was declined. I did not decline what i paid for. The value was decent at best due to an online coupon. I will be returning back to the dealership for future oil changes. Guys, if you do not wish to provide the services that come with the signature oil changes, that's ok. Put that on the write up, not that paying customers declined services without anyone speaking to us. Took my Dodge Dart in for service and it was Absolutely the best service experience I have had at a Jiffy Lube. Quick, friendly servicemen who were honest about what was and was not needed. I wasn't going to leave a review but I was thinking back on my experience here and it just irks me, they tried to up-charge me with a bunch of random repairs when i came in for a routine oil change, they charged me 110$ for a damn oil change and that was AFTER i used a THIRTY dollar off discount (which is the only reason i even went, usually i use walmarts oil care and its like 70-80$ with no discounts) their oil change reminder stickers dont tell you what kind of oil is in your car which isnt required but it is yet another thing that has turned me off to jiffy lube bcs yet again walmart does it and its cheaper. HOWEVER service fee's and complaints aside they had a young man changing my oil who was pretty blatantly flirting with me in front of my boyfriend and genuinely proceeded to call MY boyfriend "gay" which is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Im also a woman and if any other women have been to a mechanic you know that they will try to upcharge you and fool you into paying for more services they THINK you dont understand anything about, this whole experience was unprofessional condescending and i would not recommend this location, maybe other jiffy locations are nice ive had people who have good experiences at other stores but this one i will NEVER be returning to. 110$ for an oil change without quoting me the price before is a whole other type of scam that disgusts me to no end. read more

Jiffy Lube is a mixed bag. I decided to give them a shot since I was in the neighborhood and driving to the dealership wasn't terribly convenient at the time. I'll go back to the dealership next time. The good: 1. I was in and out of there very quickly. 2. Technicians were courteous and competent 3. They offered an "all lights check" for no additional charge The not so good: 1. Jiffy Lube is EXPENSIVE, almost double what I pay at the dealership, and price isn't given until after your oil has already been drained 2. There was more pressure than expected to "upgrade" to synthetic oil, and I shudder to think of what the charge would be for that 3. They seemed overly eager to change my cabin air filter and engine air filter. I do these myself because it is easy, quick, and saves a lot of money. Less pressure would have made for a better experience 3. This one really bugs me: Their mileage sticker has me scheduled to return in thee months or 3,000 miles, and both of these are double the service schedule published by my vehicle's manufacturer. read more

Called in to see if I could just get my filter replaced (I had a filter in hand) because I lost my oil filter wrench. Dude named just was hella arrogant and rude. Proceeded to brag that he's been there for 10 years and is the assistant manager and then told me to fuck off. I just needed my oil filter housing opened I would've paid. I drive a Fiat 500x I went there to get an oil change before a road trip and they were the only place open on a Sunday. They told me they don't service my model of Fiats and Land Rovers since they have broken them taking off the oil filter (the oil filter was locked in) a few times and caused a $500 repair they had to cover. I'm not sure about the legitimacy since I don't usually have an issue getting my oil changed and I couldn't find any reference to this issue online. I probably won't be taking any of my other cars to this place since they have an issue with breaking things. read more

He gave updates on how long it would take to be seen, offered to vacuum my car and even showed me how to turn the service light off. I had my oil changed at the beginning of March and paid roughly $80. I use and have used jiffy lube quite a few times in the past, much to my husbands wishes. It's easy and quick for me. I was in and out in probably 30 minutes or less. Super friendly staff. Nice guys. I had no issues. Fast forward a couple weeks and I noticed something leaking on my driveway from my car. I thought it was just water from the A/C running but the leak never disappeared from the driveway. I went back to jiffy lube to tell them that something was had been leaking since I had my oil changed. They looked at it and said my oil pan gasket was leaking and needed repair. They gave us a quote of nearly $350 to have it replaced. $80 for the part and the rest in labor. I decided that was way too much and found someone else to do it. Come to find out, my oil also needed to be changed "again" because the oil was completely black. I sent an email to jiffy lube with my concerns and I received a phone call from the "area manager" Jaden Huff in response to a complaint I sent in over the weekend via the website. He stumbled his words and called himself a different position. I had my husband call him back to handle the complaint. When my husband spoke to him he told my husband that he was calling based off a bad review. My husband said yes and then there was an awkward silence and then Jaden asked why the bad review. It wasn't a review, it was a complaint against their service they provided. So as my husband started telling him about what happened, even though he already knew, Jaden said that he watched the video footage and that they did nothing wrong and started getting defensive towards my husband. Then he said they didn't touch the oil pan and in the notes it said there was already an existing leak, which was never discussed with me when I did the oil change that there was an existing leak.  My husband then proceeded to tell him that he was in the automotive industry and took my car to someone he knew that could fix the oil pan gasket. My husband then proceeded to say that said video evidence doesn't show that it was done correctly. Jaden replied and said "the video proves we did the oil change correctly and you will not be receiving a refund because it proves we didn't touch your oil pan". My husband then said that the oil was completely black and needed a new oil filter as well. Of which I have documentation from said auto shop with all the work that was completed on my car, including another oil change. Jaden then replied and said that could be down to how the car is driven. My husband then told him he didn't appreciate that he didn't seem too terribly concerned about the service they provided and Jaden basically spoke to him like they could do no wrong. Didn't offer any apologies for the service, regardless of fault and acted like they are perfect and don't make mistakes. My husband then said your disregard for your quality of service has lost you a customer. And his response was "Okay". When sending this back to corporate, they replied back and said the franchise denied the claim and they couldn't do anything and that we needed to reach out to them for further questions. No one contacted us back from the franchise. I'm completely appalled and disappointed in Jiffy Lube for the way this situation has been handled. Not only have my husband and I been treated poorly, this is exactly why my husband didn't want me going there. We always hear about Jiffy Lube being scammers and not doing oil changes and making a profit or talking people into services they don't need. And the reviews for all this franchisee locations seems to either be great or horrible. We will NEVER go back to any jiffy lube location regardless of franchise ownership because jiffy lube as a corporation doesn't care about their customer experiences either. Edited in response to "Business Manager"- My husband never denied looking at the footage. He asked you to send it to him and you said you had no way of doing that and that he had to come to the store. There was no follow up. Looking at the footage doesn't prove anything about my oil pan gasket. There was no leak before I went to jiffy lube and there was a leak after. That's not just a coincidence. And the lack of customer service regardless of fault is ridiculous. Getting defensive and rude to someone about a customer complaint is not the way you talk to someone. Had oil changed on my Toyota Camry. After the oil change I drove home and by the time i made it home my check engine light was on. When i looked under the hood I found the house coming off my filter box was not connected and the filter box was damaged leaving the filter visible. After an $80 oil change this lack of attention to detail and obvious absense of pride in workmanship means that we will never take any of our vehicles to another jiffy lube in town. read more

I came in for a synthetic oil change on my Ford Escape. They got me in right away, were very thorough and professional. I felt completely safe in my car while they did the service. They also replaced my air filter. I figured after all the smoke from the fires, it would be a good time to do it. They even gave me a quote on tires. I didn't even know they did tires! I appreciated the work that they did so much, that I have come back for A/C repair and many other things! The guys at the shop really took care of me today. I had an oil change a cabin filter and air filter changed. One of the parts had to be delivered and caused a major delay but the workers there really took care of me they continually apologized for something that I knew was out of their control and made sure I knew I wasn't forgotten about. Even with COVID protocols they were very welcoming and beyond polite. What a SCAM. I went in to get an oil change. One thing. When I get in they start to tell me a long list of pressing issues that need to be fixed including my brakes. They told me brakes were basically down to the metal and were going to fail any minute now. Of course this is extremely worrying because brakes failing can cause a serious car accident and I was about to drive for several hours on the freeway later that day. They continued to add things and I said ok until about $1100 worth of repairs was reached. I then started to think this is a lot of money, is all this really wrong with my car? They continued to push me for different things including now my front brakes which were apparently not a problem before and to get all of my tires replaced. The total bill would have been over $2000! I decided not to do anything except an oil change and filter change. I went to a car mechanic and explained the situation and asked them to look into everything. Low and behold, my brakes are completely fine, my fluids are all full, my tires are fine, in fact, there is absolutely NOTHING wrong with my car AT ALL. WOW. I cannot believe they feel comfortable scaring customers into spending $1000s of dollars. I will never be returning to any Jiffy Lube and will continue to spread the word of what a completely dishonest and ill intentioned company this is! read more

the service is always incredible; these employees are the definition of fast and friendly. i live close so it became my regular fix up spot but the guys are so lovely and accommodating i started taking all my cars there to keep my services current. they explain things clearly and do everything to keep you comfortable during the process. very knowledgeable and high standards from all the employees. the services offered are convenient, great pre-roadtrip one-stop. I went in Friday the 19th of November 2021 to have my oil changed. There were people ahead of me so I waited. I wasn't much time at all and I got in and was assisted by Dakota and Kelly. They were both really great! They made the rest of the time waiting for the completion of my oil change go by Super fast as they were both so friendly and nice. They informed me of all the services they provide now days and I was really surprised at all they do. I've gone to this store since it first opened, 14409 NE FourthPlain Blvd Vancouver, WA, and at that time the business seemed very interested in customer service. Now it seems they are more interested in up-selling even if they have to bend the truth. I was approached telling me that things I had already recently changed were needed again: An air cabin filter, a flush, more expensive synthetic oil supposedly required by the manufacturer. When I let them know it was not required by the manufacturer, he changed his message and said it was suggested by the company that produces the oil product, but... after it had already been placed in my car. As far as other services he suggested, I referred to my account which would have a history of services they had already done. In addition to this, the person that was helping me offered to "vacuum" the interior of my car. I was surprised, but he said it was part of the service. After a hard week and a half at work, there was a little trash to remove which he said he would do. When I returned to the car when it was ready, it was not vacuumed or in any way cleaned up on the inside. When I asked him about it, he said to my face that he did vacuum the car. Clearly, it hadn't been touched. They might have dusted the dashboard a bit as it seemed a little less dusty, but the rest of it was not touched. My experience the other day is one that will send me to a competitor. read more

Brought in for oil change of course. Was told my front brake pads were dangerously low. They said they measured the pads at 1mm and that 3mm is usually the point where you get a warning to replace them. It was going to cost me 300 bucks to replace them. Not being mechanically inclined, I really thought about it. I decided against it though and was warned to be careful driving out of here with such low pads. The reason I declined their offer was just a feeling. Luckily, I also have a buddy who does brakes professionally and he agreed to look at them. He measured them to be at about 4mm, and to be fair is still low, but he told me I would be ok for a couple months if I choose not to replace them immediately. Obviously going to replace them immediately, and at half the price I was quoted at jiffy lube. I do not appreciate the exaggerated claim that my pads were dangerously low and that I because I decided against replacing the pads, that I should be extremely careful driving around. That is downright shady. read more
