Waited an hour because there was one technician switching between 2 lines. Got to the front and was supposed to be next but instead he called from the same line he just finished a car on. I told him i was supposed to be next and they're asking who got there first? It shouldn't matter who got there first they're supposed to be switching between the lines and they didn't. I had 2 cars in line behind me and there was none in the other lane because they kept calling from the same lane and not switching back and forth like they're supposed to. Jiffy Lube is legit; I feel like every Jiffy Lube is consistent in the fact that they get the job done within a reasonable amount of time. No BS. We drove up with one car ahead of us in the bay. We were greeted with a smile and guided to the waiting room. Within 20 minutes or so or car was done. Before they handed us our car back, one of the techs went over exactly what they did and asked if we had any questions. Usually this is where they try to up sell you on unnecessary stuff, but we didn't receive that at check out. It was nice for a change. Showed up 2 different times to get an oil change and they didn't have an oil filter for my 2023 Chevy Silverado 2500. The first time they didn't have one the shop manager said she would call when they have them in stock but never heard back. I even waited 50 minutes in line the second time for them to tell me they didn't have it still. read more

I had a check engine light that popped up and Ramon was able to describe in details what was wrong with it, which code it was, and they actually vacuumed my car. First time here and I'd have to say, the customer service at this particular location is by far the best I've been to. For just being a basic maintenance facility, the staff here was kind, caring and really attentive to their customers, making sure they knew they had cold water to drink, and making sure the customer knew the key code to their restroom. Jacob (manager) was by far one of the coolest guys. He made my experience there very comfortable and helped me with advice with something off the menu such as bolts I needed to replace. I went to Jiffy Lube on Wednesday February 2, 2022. I was greeted warmly, the young man was very courteous. And the rest of the also. My light was on to let me know it was time for an oil change. The guys there let me know that I wasn't due and only 1,200 mile on it , they didn't charge me and were very polite. I went to another oil change place before and was charged even though I didn't an oil change yet. So I'm very satisfied with Jiffy Lube on West Lane and will continue to go there. This location feels like a scam. Annette placing blame on other shops. They denied me the first time since they were "out" of the oil my car needed, went to another shop and was told they stripped my oil plug. I called them back and told them my situation, was told to come back since they had enough oil for my car all of the sudden. By the grace of god.... they had an extra BMW oil plug on hand? told me they replaced it for me at no charge. This place is running some type of scam with their customers. Annette offered no apology and can be heard on the shop floor talking about Chris. Chris she hates you and thinks you're an over achiever and wants to write you so you can get fired. Great group of employees, Eli and Javi denied me the first time and had to work on my car the second time either way. Chris is awesome! My husband and I bought in both of our cars for oil changes and their prices are already good but Chris gave us coupons to use to give us an even better deal. He's very knowledgeable and doesn't try to push services on you if not needed.. after the oil changes, they clean windows, vacuum the floor mats and they blowed the leaves that collected under our hoods. We come here all the time and every time service is top notch and always have us out of here less than an hour and with having two cars serviced even with cars ahead of us. James happened to be working there so I was happy to see him again. He asked me how I have been and what services I needed and told me not to worry. He told me to have a seat and will be done shortly. He checked up on me a couple times to inform me about my vehicle and was done in about 25 min. He walked me out and I was on my way. James is really a great technician. Very professional and polite. I trust him with my car and I'll be back asking for him. If you want something done right, do it yourself! Not that I'm going to change my own oil but I continue to be optimistic about their service and they let me down. I have been coming here for years and their signature service was good. Last week I brought my car in for an oil change and they forgot to place the reminder sticker on my windshield. I went today to get my oil changed in my other car and to ask for a window sticker for my car that I brought in last week. Ok, slight oversight and they corrected this by printing me a new sticker. I'm drinking my coffee and reading the paper and my car is ready. The attendant was showing me the fluid levels, there was oil that was dripped on my engine! He was quick to clean it and was actually the person working inside. Ok, no worries. I go to open my door and there are several oily fingerprints on my door. Again, he was very apologetic and cleaned off the oil smudges. As I am driving down the road, I look at the reminder sticker and whaaaaaatt!?!?!? No new reminder sticker in the windshield. I do not understand it at all, I think their "Signature Service," might have become a forgery!! Will not go back here or refer any friends. I think the people at this place are trained to look for something wrong with your car. Don't go here if you just want a quick oil change. If I wanted an analysis, I'd've gone to my trusty mechanic. They tried to tell this lady that she needed her tires rotated and balanced...when she just had that done the day before. Poor lady was there for almost 2 hours. WTF? Great job! I went to another Jiffy Lube in Portland, OR for an oil change before I headed down to Southern CA. The Portland Jiffy Lube did a rushed, bad job. They left the drainage cap loose, causing oil to pour out of my car for 700 miles. They also left the coolant cap completely off. The Stockton Jiffy Lube apologized for the Portland one and assured me I would be completely taken care of. The employees were respectful, helpful and quick. They tightened the loose cap, topped off my oil, and refilled my coolant. They told me everything they were going to do to my car and were very patient with me as I questioned and confirmed that everything was done the right way this time. I left feeling good about my car, very taken care of and pleased. And a week later, it's still running great! read more
