Then said I needed the air filter replaced on my less than two year old car which also happened to be what they told the customer before me. They also charged me $10 more than they quoted me for the filter. I was not impressed with their professionalism and then they removed the marker I use to position my car in my garage and also reset one setting on my dashboard. I used to love and trust this Midas location under the previous owners but will not be returning under this new ownership.

They sold me on a $6k lift and when I took it back to them because the suspension felt loose and it was still under warranty, they kept it for an entire week (did nothing to it) and when I picked it up again they told me the rack and pinions were bad (because of the lift), it was unsafe to drive, that it needed to be replaced ASAP, and the total job would be $3k with $2k paid up front. I took it somewhere else and found that every bolt on the new lift was loose, paid $800 to have their work buttoned up, labor and material that Midas should have warrantied. I wouldn't trust them with a Lego set. They are the stereotype of a crooked auto shop.

I had a diagnostic test at another automotive shop and they told me, "your oil pan is leaking like a sieve". I never got any such indication or information from Clark's Tires. We had a good experience when we purchased our car at Stephanie Morris Nissan (SMN)- HOWEVER - we…read morewere given a warranty brochure by the finance manager and were told this was covered on our car for one year. When we made a claim for the warranty repairs Chevy said we were not covered. Now SMN will not cover the repairs. I have spoken with the current manager (Bron) (the one we had, Ryan, is gone now) and he refuses to honor the coverage we were told came with our purchase. This is NOT unreasonable to expect what we were told by their manager at the time of our purchase. So BEWARE they DO NOT do what they say. Please share with all your friends not to purchase a vehicle there until they have honored our warranty coverage! Bron told me "We will not cover anything, so you can get a lawyer".
