I got to where when I'd call I'd say "You'll send Tip Top for me, won't you?" and they would. During the icy Christmas weekend, I got stuck and again AAA called Tip Top for me. This time it took a little longer than usual (an hour), but they had me out in about 3 minutes. I'm sure I wasn't the only person having car issues that day so an hour isn't bad considering I was 15 minutes away from Warrensburg anyway. I've always felt confident in the service they provide and that they'll do their best to help me out of a situation.

I chose my oil and pulled the car into the bay and then they did a quick inspection of everything from my lights to my fluid levels. Then broke everything down for me right there and what the price of each thing would be, suggested what I should work on next or do today. I chose to get an oil change and a new air filter. It ran me about $145, which is pretty high for an oil change imo, especially as someone who typically does it at home. BUT for the service, the breaking everything down to make it simple and just the quality of the service. I would pay the price again.
