Let me tell you this place was super fast!!!! I got my oil changed was in and in like 15 minutes. Was little over $100 bucks for my Honda crv but that's going to be expected with synthetic oil and the make and model of the car. I'll definitely be back. Quoted me a price of $113 to change the oil in my new truck. Opened my hood and started then told me they were out of that oil but could offer me different oil at $150 but had a $20 coupon so it would only be $20 more? Seriously? They just ran out of the oil they quoted me? I reluctantly agreed since they're already started. They then took 30min to drain the oil from my car while a technician laid his head on my radiator. (Updated 8/14/2025) - Once again, another excellent visit! Jocelyn greeted me warmly and explained the services clearly, even recommending the special Euro 5W-40 oil that works best for my BMW. Sterling worked quickly and efficiently, and at the end Luis double-checked everything and told me, "Nothing is leaking, so you're good to go" -- how nice is that! As a Marine Corps veteran, I truly appreciate how they take care of military and vets here -- and yes, you get a military discount. Next time, I'll be bringing in my old 1998 Jeep to get the job done as well. I know there are many Jiffy Lube locations because it's a big chain, but what keeps me coming back to this one is Jocelyn, Luis, and the team. They're the reason this place stands out, and I'm sure many other customers feel the same. They truly deserve recognition -- and honestly, a raise wouldn't hurt either. I have been coming here for my oil changes for years and everything has been great. However, I came in without my husband this time and they told me my brakes are at 2mm and need to be replaced urgently. They gave me a quote for this around $600. I took my car to my trusted privately owned mechanic the next day who said they are at 5mm and do not need to be replaced for at least 5,000 more miles. He also said this is Jiffy lubes business model. I will not be going here again and I recommend getting a second option if they try to tell you that you need more than just an oil change. I went at 4:45 pm and it took around 40 minutes for my oil change. I only had one person in front of me. The only downside is they don't carry the batteries for my car which need replacement They didn't try to sell me on anything that I didn't need which is appreciated. read more

BE WARY, THE ONLINE QUOTE AND IN-PERSON PRICES ARE DIFFERENT. I went to get an oil change for my vehicle and the online website quote was $106. However, the service for my oil change ended up being $144 (after a $25 online coupon so the total price was really $169. Yes the oil change was good and normal, however, $106 quoted vs $169 final price is wildly different. I cannot recommend Jiffy Lube because of this. See images. read more

I always get in and out super quick, based on the level of services I'm getting, ie. oil, filters, tire rotations. Tried to get an oil change for my Chevy Colorado at Kearny Mesa Chevrolet after they emailed me an offer for an oil change with a nice price ($59.99 with full synthetic). I got. There and they would not honor the discount because I didn't bring the coupon with me (that they had emailed to me). Kearny Mesa Chevrolet's excuse was that their marketing department is separate from their service department (??) So I went half a mile away to this Jiffy Lube on Convoy across the street from Costco. I got completely great service. The service person was Jocelyn. She honored a discount coupon that I looked up online. She did NOT try to upsell at all, which is very much appreciated. They did the oil change, filter, airfilter and had me in and out in less than fifteen minutes. Totally terrific excellent service. Highly recommend this place. read more

Came here for an oil change after a bad experience at the Honda dealership. The people here are very professional, friendly and don't upsell. I asked if they could also take a look at the brakes and they didn't charge me for it. It's definitely worth the money for an oil change and you don't have to wait for over an hour. Awful! Stay away from this place. They used 'off market' parts and the oil was leaking after. Had to go to the dealership to re-do the oil change with the right parts. They refused to give refund! Also, Jiffy lube's pricing was double of what the dealership charged. They replied that they want to improve their service!! This is a sham response. I first went to the location down the street after they checked me in and said they had my oil filter in stock they informed me they could not find my filter. So they told me I could hurry up and drive down to this location and I did. It was about 9min to 6 and they had two people in line and thankfully they still changed my oil.
