Warning I haven't been back to this Jiffy Lube in over a year because they busted my tail light rotated my tire which wasn't on camera so they couldn't pay for the cost to repair that! This time I tried to give them a second chance boy was that a mistake. I arrived at 9:30 for routine service also keep in mind at another location on last oil change they ripped my skid plate which is like fiber, anyways waited and waited btw no drinks or snacks while waiting, got my vehicle back at 11:10am and the skid plate was still messed up. They said let get it back inline obviously I said you're crazy I've been here for almost 2 hrs get me my keys. I paid almost 300.00 for my service and am floored at how horrible this jiffy lube is ran!!! read more

I arrived at 10:30 am for a differential fluid change and a radiator flush. It's 1:13 and I'm still here. They did not order the thermostat until they were done with the differential. They were busy but everyone left before me that were here after me. I hope they did a decent job. I will update my review after I see the work. It wasn't exactly cheap either and it definitely wasn't done in a jiffy. This is brutal. My day is wasted sitting here. I used to be a mechanic but I'm getting to old to be climbing under my car in the driveway. Update- The manager called me the same day and offered me $30 off my next visit. I would have preferred $30 off that day. Apparently the person working that day didn't want to admit that the wait time was a problem. So also after driving 2 days my check engine light came on and it was an air intake issue that I self diagnosed. I looked under my hood and they also did not reconnect the MAP sensor. It's a good thing I know how to figure that out as many others might not. read more

I came here because in the past they've always been honest to a fault. Today I came in to get my brakes fixed and oil changed and they chose to screw me on the oil change of all things! Over $800 and they charged for the full synthetic when I asked for the high mileage (middle) option. Then gave me 10% off of the full synthetic oil change to make up for it I guess all I can do is laugh and learn my lesson. read more

They did not put air in my tires or vacuum interior (wouldn't care about this, but it was stated it was done on my receipt). They told me that one of my windshield wipers was torn and asked if I wanted to repair it... I said yes, that wasn't done either. (just checked today and it's still torn) Replace the cabin air filter for $50, do I have confidence this was actually replaced? Nope! Won't be going back. read more

The worst customer service experience of my life! The girl waiting on me was extremely rude and called me names because I didn't want to purchase the items she was attempting to upsell me. I would never recommend anyone using this location, I hope this is an isolated incident to just this location but it makes me wonder how jiffy lube conducts business. Warning!!! I paid $170 for an oil change at this jiffy lube. They put the oil filter in improperly (not the first time based on other reviews). Luckily my husband noticed that my truck was leaking oil so he fixed she filter and we purchased 4 new quarts of synthetic oil for the truck. We called twice and were not called back until I complained online Months later. Instead of even offering me a refund I was offered a gift certificate for an oil change. Since my truck might have been damaged by the first oil change, I obviously didn't want a gift certificate for another round. It's unfortunate to write this review but I feel that i was treated unfairly and unprofessionally and don't want anyone else to be taken advantage of. At the very minimum I should have been given a refund (and been reimbursed for the oil I had to purchase to keep my truck from being damaged by their negligence). read more

Can't give No Stars. This location has rapidly declined with service. Never had the oil for my vehicle anymore, have to get next option up which is conveniently not in price. Now all of a sudden doesn't fill up DEF either. Lied to and said we haven't done that here in forever. Showed a couple months ago a service I did that they did too it off. These fuck heads here are just worthless and lazy. Never again will go to this location and I'd advise everyone else to not go their either. Let's all shut this location down for good. Nine AM Saturday. First they want me to get out of the car. Why? Isn't the point of instant oil change that you don't have to get out? I just want a brake light bulb. They say they "have a couple ahead" of me. They are changing the oil in one car. No other car in sight. Two employees working, two yakking. Then three yakking while the guy in the pit throws trash at their feet and the owner of the oil change car is pacing in the waiting room. I drive off. Wish I could give them zero stars. Went to Valvoline where four employees (same number as at Jiffy Lube) were changing oil in two cars and yet used their third bay to get me out of there in four minutes. I timed it. I will no longer take my car to the Jiffy Lube on Southern. The new store manager Joe did my brakes and was supposed to resurface my rotors over a month ago. He said we may hear some noise when braking for bit when we drive it around which I thought was weird, but we went along with it. Well the noise never subsided and continued to get louder after a week and a half of driving it. My husband took the car back to have them look at the brakes and rotors and fix whatever was making the noise. The tech drove my car around multiple times and claimed he did not hear anything or see a problem. My husband asked him to look everything over again, drive it and fix the problem, and the tech said he can't fix anything if there isn't a problem. After going back and forth about the issue, he told us if you take the car somewhere else to get looked at and they find a problem, have them write up the issue, bring it back and we will either fix it or give you a refund. So we took our car to firestone to have them look over everything and they told us the brakes were bad and the rotors were never resurfaced. My husband had firestone fix the brakes and rotors and we didn't hear the noise again. We took the write up back to Jiffy Lube explaining that there was a problem and they did not do their job right. So to shorten this story up, we have been getting the run around for 2 months from the new store manager (Joe) and district manager (Steve) including bad customer service, catching the store manager in a lie, saying that he called the manager at firestone and she told him nothing was wrong with our car. We went up to that firestone and talked to the manager and she told us that she did not say that to him, she reprinted the write up and she said take that back to him again. We took the write up back to him and he told us we are still not getting a refund. On top of that he threatened to call the police because we came to get our money back with proof that he messed up our breaks and rotors. On top of that, after calling corporate for the 5th time, the district manager called my husband and got a nasty attitude with him and accused my husband of threatening the store manager which he never did because we simply wanted our refund back. Now we are close to $900 out of pocket for fixing something twice that should have been done right in the first place and corporate, the store manager, and district manager refuse to own up to their mistakes and give us our refund. They did their job well so far as I can tell, they were working hard in the heat and that's not easy to do. Waiting area was nice and clean with refreshments and popcorn. My only complaint was that I wasn't even acknowledged for about 20-30 minutes while they did everything but say "welcome to jiffy lube, we will be right with you." I literally just sat in a chair till they decided to acknowledge me. I came to this store to get the shocks and struts replaced in my 2007 Honda Civic. The job was to take 3.5 hours, but instead took about eight hours because of a whole host of problems and mistakes. When I was leaving they made no attempt to take responsibility for wasting my time other than to say ''we're sorry for the delay". Several days later a headlight went out, and I went back figuring they had an off day. Their work lasted two days before the light blew out again. The staff at this location are incredibly unprofessional. I could not bring up my coupon on my phone so they could scan it for my oil change so rather than just give the discount that they and everyone else knows is current they had me sit in the lobby for 25 minutes looking for a coupon. I brought enough cash for the oil change 31.00 with coupon I didn't have the 44.00. Other locations don't make you jump through hoops to use a damn coupon, I will tell everyone to avoid this location. It's a shame that a few ignorant associates make a huge business look bad. When I asked why the simply can't run the 15.00 off with out the barcode the associate Bryce says that his managers don't allow anyone to do anything of the sorts or they will get fired!! i went to get my coolant topped off then legate the unfortunate news that i would have to spend $1,300 on my coolant system. that's not the problem, the problem came after when i got my car and keys back. when i examined my car keys i noticed that they were not in the condition i turned them in. the key chain accessory i had on it was destroyed with parts of it stolen. as well as all of that, the settings i had were completely changed. worst experience i've ever had with a Jiffylube in my life. i downloaded this app, just for this review. read more

Jiffy lube has always had fast service at every one I've ever been to, but this one takes the cake! They had me in and out in about 20 minutes. Did my oil change and even quoted me on a new windshield! FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER I was not even slightly pressured into any other auto work!! And they had free fountain soda and popcorn to keep the kid entertained! SWEET! read more
