She brought her car in for a routine oil change, and the service agents suggested an additional repair, claiming a part needed fixing. After that repair, they suddenly said she needed a new radiator -- which was strange because the car wasn't leaking when it went in. Shortly after leaving, the radiator began leaking badly. When we brought the car back, instead of taking accountability, the staff immediately got defensive and called us "crazy," insisting they never damage vehicles and have never made a mistake -- even though other reviews clearly say otherwise. I had to call corporate just to get any real help. The store manager, Jose, was respectful and did his best to assist my mother, but he wasn't authorized to fix the problem his team created without a fee. He genuinely tried, but it was out of his hands. The district manager, Cristian, on the other hand, was completely unprofessional -- rude, argumentative, and dismissive. Called to get a tire patched. Arrived and was told it can't be patched due to the size of the hole. I was then told I need new tires. I said fine. Later the service manager comes back and tells me they don't service Tesla vehicles. Not sure why they didn't mention that after visually inspecting my car the first time. The service manager then sarcastically asked me if I wanted his tech to risk his life and get electrocuted. I was caught off guard by this comment and felt it was unnecessarily aggressive. He then proceeds to say that technically they're not allowed to put the car on the lift because they need a certification to even put it on the lift. Ok fine, not sure why they just didn't say that the second they saw it was a Tesla. The guy proceeds to tell me they can't do anything and to have a good day. I asked where they normally refer EVs to and they said they don't know. Overall experience was horrendous. A simple statement of oh sorry we can't service electric vehicles would have been fine. The fact that I was being accused of trying to get his tech electrocuted was uncalled for. I went down the road and ended up getting my tire patched for 2/3 the cost of this place. Not professional. I went there because I needed help locating where I pulled my dipstick out from although it sounds crazy I searched long but eventually just went there for help. Anywho, when I arrived the guy who helped me was okay but his co-worker walked up near us, (as I'm standing there) laughed, looked at the guy and says how doesn't she know where she pulled it from? And kept giggling and looking at him as he was locating the place for me. I felt that was very rude and unnecessary making me never want to go back with that behavior rather it's simple or not. THIS LOCATION MESSED UP MY CAR! I want to warn everyone and share my experience. I was here the other day to get oil change and still have the receipt of my visit. I asked Izrael and Gabriel to please make sure covers and screws are put back securely and tight as I am heading out of town. I should not have to ask because this is what they do everyday but since I already had the worst experience in the past with Jiffy lube that didn't secure the screws properly the car started to leak oil and my engine exploded and had to get a new engine. I still gave Jiffy lube another chance thinking that not all locations are bad. So I went to this place before and it was an ok experience until I came back the other day. So this location after doing my oil change didn't screw back the skid plate properly and it gotten ripped as I was driving and had to remove the whole cover out. Also, left the cap for the oil tank loose. So as I was 30 mins into driving I started hearing loud flapping noise under the car so my family and I had too stop on the side of the freeway which was very dangerous and try to stick it back and then comes off again and then put it back again for several times.. as we were in the middle of the dessert and nothing was closeby our location. I decided to call the Jiffy lube spoke to Gabriel the "manager" and was not very helpful and doesn't want to take any accountability for his staff that did a very poor job on my car, he's claiming it was secured when I left but how would he know he was not the one doing the work under my car it was his staff. I lost a lot of oil due to the leaking and damaged skid plate that I now have to replace! Unbelievable!!! THEY HAD ONE SIMPLE JOB "OIL CHANGE" AND THEY COULDN''T DO IT PROPERLY. Windows not wiped, no vacuum, you left my AC filter cover on the floor to be discovered by my wife, and upon having to open the panel myself to replace it, I discover the glove box hasn't been put back correctly with missing latch to support the doors weight and found some other mystery cover piece I've yet to figure out where it goes. This family car is new as I told your techs. My mistake was rushing and trusting your speedy service to handle things professionally,after recommending this Jiffy Lube to my wife. I'd like to see lower prices at Jiffy Lubes in general, but not bad. They checked everything promised for the Signature Service and showed me the new oil and coolant levels. Went in for an oil change. Guy said I needed filters which I agreed to. He said he'd give me a $15 discount on one filter (both filters $35 each, instead of 1 for $35 and 1 for $50). Added the total and although we argued a bit, he said the discount was applied. I insisted it was not. When I got home I did the math and he did NOT apply the discount. I am beyond disturbed and dissatisfied with the nonchalant demenor and unbothered attitude displayed by the employees in this shop. After attempting to swindle me into spending an additional $100 by suggesting an alternate cupon code, your employee became rude and dismissive towards me. Still I continued with the service as my vehicle was already in the midst of being worked on. After spending $766 dollars for said services I thanked the employees and drove off. Less than 2 mintues down the road I felt my car begin to wobble erratically. Luckily I was able too pull to the side of the road and I then discovered that none of the lugs on my 4 brand new tires were tightened on my vehicle, they were so loose in fact, I was able to unthread them with my fingers. When I went back to the shop and explained the issue and how their "simple mistake" could've cost me my life, they were both unmoved and unconcerned. I was left with a simple, bland, "how can I make this right". There was no urgency or empathy for my situation and I was left terrified that their neglegance would land me in a morgue. The audacity they have to ask how they can make the situation right but refuse to provide the number to corporate is enraging. Instead they provided a personal number to some one they say is the GM. I have always used jiffy lube as a quick get it done, when I don't have time , fast oil change. Until I went to Valvoline inc. They were more precessional in every way. They worked as a TEAM! Checking my brake lights turn signals and even my hazards. They kept my car running so they could check my transmission fluid. After shutting the car off they performed an amazing job they even showed me my dip stick to assure it was full. Not at one point did I fell they were ripping me off and I felt that way every time I went to jiffy lube. To who it way concern go to Valvoline for now on. read more

This was not a good experience for me. Initially it was a good start. But they charged me $90 up front, I presented a coupon and at the end of everything still charged me that $90. And when I was leaving they didn't tighten the screws that hold the oil pan etc and as I was leaving I lost screws and it was scraping on the road. Just not a good experience. read more

" oh your air filter is dirty" which I had just changed my self recently. You should get new spark plugs which they said would have cost 150 bucks. If I could give them a negative star I would. We purchased a vehicle in Aug 2023 and the only place we took it for oil changes was Jiffy. The last oil change we had at this location (Nov 2023) our vehicle was leaking oil after we left so we took it back the next day. Well come to find out they did not replace the oil cap and so the motor blew! Now our vehicle is sitting at the dealer with a blown engine which is a $15K repair. We only drove this vehicle for a lil over 4 months! Jiffy Lube was the ONLY ones to touch our vehicle and they are refusing to accept fault. They supposedly conducted an investigation and said someone else touched it. They couldn't say who because there was no one else. THEY ARE THE WHO. We are making payments on a vehicle we can't even drive! Now we have to get a lawyer and sue them as our warranty doesn't cover negligence. I will not allow them to weasel their way out of this. I will call news organizations if I have to, leave reviews on every web page and expose them on every internet platform available to warn everyone about this place. I will also be filing a formal complaint with the BBB. They have incompetent technicians and dishonest management. Can you imagine if this happened to YOU? The stress of this situation is almost unbearable. Avoid this location at all costs unless you want to risk what happened to us. I just went in just to get air on my tires. A young guy with glasses came out told him if he can just put air. Took less than 5 mins but once he was done I asked him where I can an exit. He told me just back it out. I didn't even have a chance to start a sentence when he said I accept tips since I put air on your tires.
