It needed a new camshaft and rockers arms on one cylinder head. Runs great now. No fault codes. They refused to partially refund the repair they did nothing. Variable valve lift and variable valve timing (cam phaser) are completely unrelated mechanical systems. It never had a cam phase fault, but that's the part they replaced. They lost a customer for life.

I barely felt like I had to wait, but even if I did... the waiting area was cozy and comfortable. I felt like I was treated with respect and kindness... even though my vehicle has been neglected due to unforeseen circumstances ... and I was pretty embarrassed about that, however; they didn't bat an eye about it in fact; they made sure my vehicle was safe to drive for me and my "littles". I would definitely go back to this place, and I recommend them to others.

We were put in a position to pay over $15k for a new engine which we deemed not to do furthermore forcing us into purchasing a new vehicle. We requested a full refund on the work that had been done and were denied that request. We were offered 3 free oil changes which we politely declined as this is not an appropriate alternative to losing a truck that had low mileage on it. We will never have our cars serviced here again and have shared this information with all of our family and friends.
