It needed a new camshaft and rockers arms on one cylinder head. Runs great now. No fault codes. They refused to partially refund the repair they did nothing. Variable valve lift and variable valve timing (cam phaser) are completely unrelated mechanical systems. It never had a cam phase fault, but that's the part they replaced. They lost a customer for life.

I felt like I was treated with respect and kindness... even though my vehicle has been neglected due to unforeseen circumstances ... and I was pretty embarrassed about that, however; they didn't bat an eye about it in fact; they made sure my vehicle was safe to drive for me and my "littles". I would definitely go back to this place, and I recommend them to others.

The vehicle requires 6 quarts per the manufacture. 6x15 =90 so the 15 minutes to change the oil, per jiffy lube, brings the labor rate to $360 per hour for quick service??? Having been a Dealer in town for 20+ years, I would never mislead the public this way. clean up your advertising disclosures and customers... call for details before wasting your time. I will drive the extra distance to the local dealer in the future because of this experience.

Originally Cornerstone told me I had to replace the condenser and compressor, and probably hoses, which I called around and got quotes for. I ended up getting a second opinion at Pep Boys, and all that had to be replaced was an O-ring on the AC. I just had a small leak, and Cornerstone tried to get me to replace the whole AC system. Definitely downgraded this review, because my fix cost $200... not $1300! Ridiculous over pricing and wrong diagnosis. My AC works perfectly now, for $1100 less than what was originally quoted at Cornerstone. Go get a second opinion or better get, don't go here in the first place.

They even conducted a courtesy check of other minor items (wiper blades and oil level) with no pressure to have them fixed - more of a courtesy inspection and recommendation to have addressed.
