Do not use Milford Ma Jiffy Lube. Employee Will kept swearing saturday when he couldnt get my headlight bracket off. Then Anthony got it so I said "Anthony can do anything" to which the other employee Will said "Im not touching this fucking car" actually 3 times he said it to Anthony. At which point - I, as the customer who is sitting in my car listeningsaid to him "you should really relax with your mouth, I can hear you" To which point we got into a verbal altercation in which the manager had to tell WILL to go take a break. Well he decided to come back to my car (check the cameras Jiffy Lube) and said to me "YOU REALLY SHOULD WATCH HOW YOU SPEAK TO PEOPLE WHO ARE SERVICING YOUR VEHICLE" Well I just lost it and took that as a verbal threat and was ready to call the police. He walked away and called me a Fucking Bitch.... Real nice!! Manager Dalton said the kids a hot head - well... hot heads do not belong working with the public. Great, and quick oil change experience but a lasting impression from the guys! Shayne is absolutely adored for how efficient he works and how fun he made my stop in. Very knowledgeable, and delegated staff to their zones respectfully. Andrew was cool, as well. Both made my time there a good one and will most definitely return for other services! Thanks Guys! Wish I can give them more stars! read more

Always great service! Quick in and out. These guys are great and have been taking care of my fleet car for a while now.

Thank you for the wonderful customer service this morning. Around 9 am. No wait! The three gentlemen who were there to help me this morning at Milford MA. They were efficient, hard working, knowledgeable and super friendly!!! I got my oil changed, air filter and engine filter changed. They also refilled my windshield wipers fluids and checked a few other things for my car. All done under 20 mins! Their suggestions were super relevant! Thank you for a pleasant experience! Will definitely come back for my next oil change!!! read more

Always a pleasure at the Milford location. Jay was the associate who greeted me. He was pleasant and very thorough. I was in for a top off of oil and other fluids. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes and got all of my questions answered. Thank you to Jay and Nick for another great experience. read more

Expensive but very quick service and nice guys! Always have a good experience here at Jiffy Lube

The Milford MA Jiffy Lube is a location to obtain friendly , reliable and professional place for oil changes and auto service. Had an oil change yesterday and was well informed throughout the quick and efficient process of my oil change. Also what really impressed me is that while I was waiting for my car , I heard a phone call double checking that parts were being obtained from a supplier on time for another customer later that day - which shows planning and efficiency for their work overall. Really happy with my treatment there read more

I had my oil changed on June 17. I went at 8:30 am. Drove right in - no wait. The techs were friendly and efficient. They didn't waste any time. I will definitely go there again. read more

I visited this establishment in order to get my 2013 VW Touareg serviced before loaning it to my Son in NYC. First off, the Jiffy's did not have an oil filter for this vehicle, so I went to an auto part store and bought one myself. A few days after the service, when the car is already in NYC, a low oil message came up. Adding oil helped for a day. A visit to the local VW dealer revealed that the Jiffy's did not install an oil seal (crush washer), causing a major oil leak. The repair bill was over $300 - all documented. An inquiry to the company customer service left unanswered, at which point a complaint has been submitted through the Best Business Bureau in Texas, where the home office is. The refused to compensate me for the damage and wouldn't even refund the charge for their own service which had to be done over a few days later by professionals. I think it's appalling that a large company fights a customer in a battle they know they are wrong, over $150. It is even more appalling that they don't take responsibility for their own wrong doing. It is, of course, most unfortunate that such a wide spread business which is offering services to so many people, is so unprofessional. If you care about your car, look elsewhere. read more

I have always gone to people I know for auto work, but I was 1,000 miles over since my last oil change and desperate. I Googled 'oil changes near me' and they popped up and had awesome reviews, so we gave it a try. It was the quickest and easiest experience that I've ever had. The customer service was TOP NOTCH and I couldn't have been more satisfied. It was even kinda fun! Now we found our new place for oil and filter changes for all of our vehicles! Thank you guys, see you on the next one! read more

Tried to charge me $150 for an oil change. Yes synthetic costs more but for a filter and oil should not cost that much (maybe $120 at absolute MOST). Would not recommend coming here if you are a woman, seems like I was being taken advantage of here. Will not be coming back. read more

Prompt service - excellent communication - clean & professional! Have been a customer for years and continue to be impressed

Nice, speedy service. I would recommend for anybody who wants an oil change done quickly.

The Manager at this location was both unprofessional to his staff and to me. piss poor attitude. I'll be looking for a new location to service our four vehicles. read more

I just moved into the area and needed an oil change on Labor Day. Jiffy Lube was open and took me right away. Matt (I believe that's the manager) did a fantastic job overseeing and performing the oil change, with Jonathan assisting. They were lightning fast and I was on my way in no time. They did such a great job I brought my wife's car there later on that day where they did the same great job. Thanks again! read more

I find the location in Milford, MA to be quick, focused, professional, and reasonably priced.

Fast and great service. Friendly staff. Very respectful of any belongings in your car.

Normally I hit my usual mechanic for an oil change but it being a Sunday on a holiday weekend I had to change my plans. So I went here. Turns out that the spring on my hood was bad and the hood wouldn't open. Most other oil change chains would have sent me away. Not here. It might have taken four of their techs to get it open but they did. I was impressed. They are much more expensive than my regular guy but they are a good alternate. read more

This is my second time at this location- great service every time. Really friendly, never pushy on extras. I am a big fan of Jiffy Lube. On the one or two occasions of letting my regular mechanic change the oil, he always misses something; low tire pressure, tail light out.....I feel much better with Jiffy Lube checking everything. read more

The staff here is phenomenal. Super friendly, not jerky like most garages. So kind, no high pressure sales, professional...they literally met me at my car door, walked me inside and offered me coffee...it was pretty impressive because it seemed genuine. Great job. The extremely positive attitude is what sells this place. read more

I had a very pleasant experience at this location. Technicians were friendly and accommodating. They let me know how long a wait to expect and I was in and out pretty quickly! read more

My tire pressure light came on so I came in just to make sure there wasn't a bigger issue. I was greeted at my car and in and out in literally 5 minutes read more

The worst Jiffy lube ever. First time there all bays open but can't help you cause doing tire rotation. Came back all bays open can't help you for 1 hr cause doing oil change read more

Excellent customer service. I've heard so many horror stories about women getting ripped off and disrespected at garages like this so I was nervous going in, but everyone was so respectful and kind and I was in and out quickly with no trouble! Thank you for the great service! read more

This is my usual go-to car place for basic things, oil changes etc. first visit a year or so back was fine. I went back to ask about fixing my AC which didn't get cold at all and the guy working suggested I go somewhere else because getting it fixed there would be way too expensive.... which is nice of him but who says that about the place they work?? Now this last visit I can in to get an oil change and the man working told me to come back a different day and there was not a single car there.. middle of the day so they weren't about to close or anything. He told me that workers had called out. So I went again the next day, still couldn't get my oil changed. Then proceeded to go to the auburn location, turned away again. Then I went to the Natick one!!! Turned down a THIRD TIME. finally got my oil changed in Milford after my what like 6th try a month later. Very discouraged. read more

I stopped in for an oil change. I have a fleet car. The staff there cut through the red tape from the leasing company. They did a great job, including the replacement of the cabin air filter, that's a pain to get at and still had me on my way in 20 minutes. Great job ! read more

They charged $134+ and never did the work. Had to go back, no apologies, just beating around the bush, and all kinds of excuse. Checked when I got home, still not completely done! Don't waste your money!!!! read more

Awesome service, very professional, clean and there were two ladies who were doing the oil changes along with a very excellent young man. Best service! read more

Got ripped off at this place. Charged us almost $100 for an oil change just because we didn't ask for a quote beforehand! We have had good experiences with jiffy lube in other states, so we trusted this one would treat us the same. Turned out to be taken advantage of. Will never go to Jiffy Lube again! Especially this shady one. read more

I have been going to this Jiffy Lube throughout the years and I have never had a bad experience. The staff is always very professional and friendly. The job gets done quickly and they offer to repair other small things that need to be fixed (ie. lights, filters, etc). I will continue to use this location. read more

I'll never go to another place for a oil change these people are awesome and they go above and beyond to make u happy!!!!!!

I wanted to recognize Brianna and Tina specifically for their friendly attitude and great customer service. Brianna immediately greeted me at my car, showed me inside and offered water, coffee, and the restroom. Truly the definition of what customer service should be. As a younger woman sometimes getting work done on my car can be a little nerve-wracking, but I really appreciated that Tina made me feel so comfortable and confident in deciding what to move forward with for my car. She wasn't pushy at all on extras and was very knowledgable. The workers here are always extremely kind and helpful and I really appreciate their excellent service and hard work. Definitely earned the five star rating. read more

After only putting in 2qts of oil my engine went into safe mode and shut down (2015 Chevy Cruze LS). AAA discovered the issue. I've been dealing with Numerous emails with the District Manager and Claim Specialist. They recently refused to answer my emails now. They refuse to allow Blackstone Labs to send me the oil information. Contact was set up for "email only" and they called repeatedly and asked to be called repeatedly through email. They do not want "paper trails" !! That is harassment. My car was not leaking. Everything was ok from my part of it. I lost 8 hours on the job. Had to call out of work. They only want to pay for the service/oil I bought (3qts). The harassment and loss of work is on them. I still don't know if my engine is ok. They sent me results that are supposedly from Blackstone Labs. I wanted it directly from the Labs to me not via Jiffy Lube. Jiffy Lube may have altered the figures. Blackstone Labs wants to send me the information but Jiffy Lube is refusing to allow it even though they said they would. There is only one way to get this issue resolved now since Jiffy Lube is not cooperating. Avoid ALL Jiffy Lubes !! Read online the "Numerous Problems" that go on with this business. The employees and staff may be nice people but when they cause problems to your car the company will do "everything to avoid paying you what you deserve". The manager that worked that day was a real nice guy. We had a good conversation about jobs in general. He also mentioned they will hire "anyone" and start them at $15.00 per hour. You don't have to have any experience at all. Those are just some of the people working on your car. Everyone is better off going to their own mechanic who go through years of training. A simple oil change at Jiffy Lube can turn into a legal nightmare. read more

Failed to secure my dipstick, made a mess of my car and property. Promised to take care of everything, they did nothing...stuck me with the headache. Thanks read more

Nice people, but the an oil change cost me $75! And, when I discussed, etc. for some reason the guy on duty chose to show me the dip stick, and all of a sudden, he wasn't sure if the worker had put in any oil! He kept adding more, saying 'no problem, no problem..." I will get a $15 rebate, he said (promotion), but it will end up being a $15 service certifcate. Will I use it? No, I will sell it for $10 to someone waiting in the customer waiting room. Shop around! These guys are very expensive. read more

Stay far away from this Jiffy Lube location. I went there last week for them to top off my fluids. They talked me into a new serpentine belt. When I agreed the auto tech named Michael couldn't seem to get the belt off. After seeing them rocking my car back and forth with 3 employees, I walked out and stopped them. I asked them the problem the technician yelled at me and said I can't get the belt off so I am putting it back on. Meanwhile he told me 40 mins prior the car wasn't safe to drive with the belt. When I questioned him he started to scream at me. Mark the manager was there at the time and said nothing to diffuse or help the situation. He put on the "unsafe belt" back in and I drove immediately to a nearby mechanic who told me that the belt was put on wrong and it would have snapped off very soon. This location just wants to sell people products they don't need and when questioned they become defensive. Again I would go to Valvoline or any other place than this Jiffy Lube. When I got in the car to leave the technician said "it wasn't even the belt it was probably just a spark plug." Which is what made me drive straight to a mechanic that I trust to have the car checked out. These people are crooks, unsafe and rude...BEWARE!!! read more

i really like the folks at this location. they are knowledgeable and not pushy at all. very friendly folks and the main guy is fantastic. they even cleaned the garbage out of my car for me which was above and beyond. read more

I recently had a problem with a service other than an oil change that ended up costing me a considerable amount of money. I wrote the comment on this page. BUT: I must report that the company paid me back for the entire cost of the repair. So regardless of a problem, this company backs itself for providing service that is worthy. A company doing that these days is few and far between. Thank you. read more
