I took my 2015 Dodge Grand caravan to go get an oil change, they told me the price was $59.99 (which includes the filter for most cars) for a semi synthetic blend. I have never been charged for a special filter before... Until today! In addition to whatever percentage of the oil change price included the filter, they claimed that my filter was an additional $15! When I questioned the price, the kid told me that it was at their cost with a slight 20 to 30% markup. I called them out on that, but they said that's what the cost was to them. Imagine my surprise when I get home and look it up, my oil filter from Amazon is $5.80 with subscribe and save... $6.44 if I wanted to buy it immediately. So I'm certain that the company doesn't pay more than $3 for my filter and the $15 up charge was unscrupulous business practices if not exploitively sexist behavior because... That's at least a 200% mark-up if purchased from Amazon but probably a 400-500% mark-up with wholesale pricing! My husband went to get an oil change with them the other week, he owns a Dodge Journey. While his oil filter cost $2+ more than mine cost, they did not charge him a extra $15 claiming that his filter was more expensive than the usual one. I am used to paying for one additional quart of oil (most places $5-$7 extra), because my car uses 6 quarts... Come to find out that they charge $9 for one additional quart of oil. Their conduct is absolutely unethical and questionablr if even legal...

After having my truck for longer than expected, I received a call saying they were unable to bleed my brakes and the new total would be over $1,100! I knew something felt off, and decided to tow my truck elsewhere. A second shop had my brakes bled in less than one hour for a fraction of the cost. I believe the auto industry can have the reputation for upselling and dishonesty due to shops like RPM.

He told me his brother would order the part needed. 2 weeks went by, no call nothing. I called and spoke the the 2nd brother and he had no idea what I was even talking about. Part came in, scheduled repair. Once there we were told there was another part that needed replacing and they wanted to do a complete evaluation prior to ordering. I was also told by the second brother the first brother told me this. Never happened, he obviously lied to his brother. No big deal, I wasn't paying for it. Scheduled evaluation for today so they could order the right part I guess. My wife brings the truck in. They wind up repairing the truck without ordering the part they said they needed. I asked them why it wasn't repaired the first time we were there if it didn't need the 2nd part. The 2nd brother said because it needed to be taken apart. Now I was pissed. The 1st visit to repair it I was told when they took it apart they realized they needed the 2nd part. If that was not the case why am I wasting time and gas. I tried to explain to the 2nd brother they had it apart already ON THE LAST VISIT. He continuously spoke over me and wouldn't let me explain what had happened and why it was not making any sense. Then he hangs up on me. I called back several times for over an hour and they are now ignoring my phone calls. NOONE HERE KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING! THEY ARE RUDE, TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE SHIT AND CAN'T EVEN LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER WITHOUT HIDING BEHIND A TELEPHONE. I am tempted to go down there, but I don't need to spend the night in jail.

To be honest I was drawn by their catchy name. Upon arrival I was greeted by their welcoming staff. The waiting room was clean and offered free beverages. While waiting they popped in to let me know that my air filter didn't need to get replaced and showed it to me as well. While waiting I watched as they inspected my lights and vacuumed my vehicle. And just like that 15 minutes had passed by and my oil change was done. I didn't even get to finish the coffee I brewed! What service! I'll be back in 5k miles for my next oil change.
