When rejected one of the services the manager got upset from me and turned his face. they changed one of the parts after the other guy was pushing to change it and he said it is faulty and need to change it will save you gas, they changed it but couldn't install back, I was waiting for the manager to help but he came to help after 15 minutes because he served other car who came after me. They tried to convince me to change the transmission oil and they said it is in bad situation, You know what, I got it changed recently before going to Mr. Lube. But If there is a safety concern like brakes. They will try to hold your car hostage and won't release it. They told me i needed new brakes and the price was way too high. So i told them that i couldn't fit that into my budget and choose not to go with them. So they then told me they would not release my car because it's a safety concern. Which it wasn't because the brakes still had a few months left on them. Either way my normal mechanic is about half the price. So i wanted to take it to him. I was only at Meineke for the cheap oil change they advertised. They wouldn't let me leave and tried keeping my keys, but i had a spare set in my pocket . So i jumped into my car and told them i would drive right through their bay door and said it will cost them a new door. Finally the owner or boss said he would let my car go, but they were not going to be responsible and that they warned me about the brakes. I told them i would never be back because they were sneaky and they charge way to much. He didn't seem to care.

Each time I have been greeted warmly, treated with respect and the work was completed in a timely manner. This morning I stopped by unannounced with a minor concern. Not only did they take my car in immediately and repair it, but they didn't charge me a thing!!! Yes it was a minor issue (disconnected hose) but the way they handled it was far superior to the fancy dealership. If you're tired of being overcharged and treated like a number....visit this team.
