My oil was down about 1/2 quart and the washer fluid was half empty. apparently I was something called the top off limit. And there was going to be a charge for the . I have never in my life heard of a limit. Obviously when you go past your 3000 of course that's an oil change not a top off. This place is already too expensive. There's probably 30 other places to go to get my oil changed. This will never be one of them again.

For reference, I drive a 2022 Honda civic with less than 40k miles on it, so my car is very well taken care of. If I take it to the dealership it typically costs me about $75 for an oil change. I was charged $90 here and they forgot to turn off the check light as well, so I had to go back inside to request they turn it off. I felt like I was taken advantage of here, they were not transparent with their prices, and did not even fully complete the job. About 6 months ago I received an oil change and tire rotation on my car at the #500 Greenville, NC…read morelocation on Greenville Blvd. The service performed at the time seemed acceptable and I was pleased. Recently, when it was time to receive my next oil change and tire rotation, I was told by a Jiffy Lube associate, at a Raleigh, NC location, he was unable to perform the tire rotation due to me not having the wheel lock. The only reason to come to my mind why I would not have the wheel lock is the Greenville location did not return the lock back into my car. This lead me to call the Greenville location today (January 17th, 2014) to find out if they have a wheel lock they are unsure where it came from. The manager, Jason, who answered was able to find a random wheel lock. He was not able to guarantee the lock was mine, but I had good reason to believe it was since it went missing after they handled my car. He offered for me to come in to see if it was the correct lock for my tire. Ordinarily, this would of been an acceptable offer but due to the fact I live in Charlotte, NC (4.5 hours away), this would be unreasonable. I asked if he would be able to mail it to me or if I could take a picture of my lock and send it to him. He was unwilling to help or try to figure out different alternatives. He simple said, "There is nothing we can do, unless you come in." To summarize, there are two complaints I would like to make. First, the Greenville, NC location did not return my wheel lock after completing the tire rotation job. Secondly, the same location would not cooperate or help resolve the situation.

This is my 5/6th time using this mechanic shop and I have nothing but good things to say about it. Mr. Andy is the best in Greenville. Don't get caught out there with the rest. My car gut and wallet won't let me go anywhere else. Trust the best. Prices are fair. I quantify value in peace of mind. Realizing your car has been in the hands of a knowledgeable and experienced professional cuts down on the anxiety I once felt about getting work done.
