Took my car in for oil change and they dropped the plate to change oil then they did not replace all screws and bolts. The front plate drops down and on the highway makes a bad fluttering noise. Took it back and they said they couldn't fix it basically it's my problem not theirs. Have had my oil changed here for the last six years the past management was great and would do anything to have a satisfied customer. The management couldn't care less. read more

Went in for an oil change and was immediately yelled at for being in the wrong bay, even though there were no clear signs. We moved over, but instead of approaching the window, the employee just shouted, "What do you need?" Despite not being busy, they acted like it was a huge inconvenience to do their job. Excellent service, very professional staff. My daughter took her car there for an oil change months ago and they were very efficient. I had to go back there last week because she lost the receipt and we needed it for our file for warranty purposes. I stopped by about 8:30 am. I noticed as soon as I pulled up a young man came over to my car immediately to greet me. He was very polite. I could see they were extremely busy and I asked for the manager. The manager (I believe his name is Hatch) came over to ask what I needed. He was so helpful and friendly; he looked in this system to print a copy for me. As a woman, I am sometimes leery of being taken advantage of at any car repair place. However, I was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism and integrity everyone at this shop displayed. I will start off by saying that they are very friendly. But I am very disappointed in the service I received 4/17/24. I went in to get an oil change and an inspection. Well the oil change is $49.99 it covers checking fluids and filling them/topping them off. Well to my surprise they did not do what was stated on the invoice. It stated that they checked my power steering and that it checked ok, but it was very low, below the line. They stated they filled my windshield fluid well it was empty when I got home, it was not filled. They charged me a $15.99 battery terminal cleaning fee, well that was not completed. My battery terminals are still very bad/dirty. Then when it is time to inspect my car, they state that they cant do an inspection on my car because my OBD port isn't communicating to their computer. So they told me they could not do an inspection. Well come to find out the reason it wasn't communicating was because they weren't taking the correct steps to connect it. Because I took my car the next day to another shop to get it checked and the repair shop stated to me that they were supposed to turn on my car to get the codes. Wow that tells me that Jiffy Lubes mechanics do not know what they are doing. Very disappointed. I do not recommend this shop to women, they will take advantage of you. read more

Great experience even on a busy Saturday. I needed an oil change and an inspection. Not only did I arrive with two 'to-dos', but I arrived late afternoon. I was immediately greeted by Daniel and escorted to the waiting room. It is a tiny waiting room. It can accomodate about six people. There is coffee and water avilable at no cost. The bathroom is clean and updated. That's in contrast to the waiting room which is dated and worn. Expenses were clearly explained. I did not, at all, feel high pressure sales. From start to finish, we were there no more than 45 minutes. Great first visit and will return. read more

First off when I took my vehicle here to get my inspection I had 2 not ready, when I got here I waited 4 hours by the time they got to my vehicle it was 5:40 by the time it was done it was 6:00 . When it failed and got the papers all of them went from ready to not ready.... This place is a joke, they only want your money don't bother with this place!!! read more

I stop by this location today for oil change. I forgot to ask about the price of oil change. They finished my vehicle quickly. It cost $125 on 20 mins for regular synthetic oil. Service is quick and just ok. I called to shop around and estimated around $60. Watch out to ask for price first guys. read more

First impression is that the waiting area is very tight and all the guys stare but they're all mechanics so just don't make eye contact lol. The attendant came out to me before I was even in park. I waited about an hour for both an oil change. Coupons coupons coupons! The guy who helped me (he didnt have a name tag!) was so nice he hooked me up since I just moved to texas he gave me as many discounts as he could and reviewed information with me about the car just to make sure I knew what I would need soon. I had my oil changed April 30th, everyone was polite but when I got back to Oklahoma City, I found out that they filled my oil a quart to much and the drain plug was not tightened so due to that my oil was leaking, not even a month after the oil was changed. read more

I found this location through Groupon, came here for quick oil change, no appointment is needed for this place first come first serve bases, so it could get busy depending the time your arrival. I'm fairly satisfy with my experience only thing I don't like is the exit from parking lot, you'll have long lines of traffics backup and can't exit. read more

Waited almost an hour with only one car in front of me. Then 20 minutes for oil change. Employees were wandering around like they were clueless. Should not take an hour and 15 minutes. The prices are higher here because you're supposed to be paying for speed of service like a convenience store. Nothing Jiffy about it. Previous visit was the same ordeal. So it was that time for the oil change fairy to visit me. I searched several places and had actually made an appt with Pepboys for my oil change....arrived at the location and dude said it would be a couple of hours because they were behind...I was not fixing to wait a couple of hours for an oil change during the week after work...when I had an appt! Then come to find out...Pepboys can't even service my type of vehicle. Everything happens...happens for a reason. I searched for Jiffy Lube close to my side of town & found this location. Called & spoke with Neal and he gave me the entire breakdown as to what all was included in the oil change....bet I'm on my way. I arrived a little before 5:30pm and was out the door around 6:15...Neal & Alex and the other 2 guys (I didn't get their names) were VERY polite & professional.
