I must say that Jiffy Lube has been my go to oil change place in last 15-20 years with the fastest service, some of the best managers, including the new manager there Allen. He started doing things like having me check my lights, my brakes and other things that I've never had done there before, he said it should had always been done. He also explained to me everything they were going to do before they did it. He went above and beyond making me the customer happy. He also gave me my discount that I had which the value was worth every bit of the courtesy and job done. I've been going to Jiffy Lube off I20, on Bardin and Matlock for as long as they have been open, maybe 25 years. After a recent oil change the manager Joel, at the time, gave me a price for a brake fluid change he said I needed. I told him I'd come back as I didn't have the money for anything else right now. Went back about three weeks later to find a new manager. Adam. I explained the conversation with Joel but he would not honor the price. Said the price had gone up since then. I laughed at him because I think he was scamming me. Adam is a very poor manager to loose a long standing, regular customer to put it mildly. I will never go back. read more

I came in on the 4th of July thinking it wouldn't be very busy and I was right about that . Nobody was here and they got me in immediately. I wasn't greeted with a hello from either employee on shift so I greeted them and told them I need an oil change. They don't seem to know is exactly what they're doing because they're getting confused and checking the computer a lot and didn't even know the year of my truck . I hope everything is going well under there !! I'm usually asked what kind of oil I want and that hasn't happened yet. No supervisor on duty . These guys took 10min to find my oil filter and can't even get it off ! I should be in the system but since the guy is new he doesn't know the computer system so they don't know what usually get at the other location on Pioneer which I'll be going back to next time , I just happened to be close to this location. The interior is messy and the floors are sticky. I had a coupon but they said it wouldn't work but told me they'd still take off the 15$ but ten stuck in a non taxable labor charge that I've never seen before! I also had to ask for a new sticker to put on my windshield to remind me when the next oil change is due and they did not clean my windshield or vacuum out my truck like the other location always does.! I've said it before, and I'll say it again, all I'm looking for in an oil change spot, is fast, friendly, and don't up sell me, period. That's it. And, the Jiffy Lube abides. I was in and out of here in about 15 minutes. While the cost was a bit high because I had to run synthetic through my girlfriend's SUV, you can get an oil change for about $25 bucks. But, when I did my WTF face, the manager gave me $15 off, which made it a little less crazy. So,customer service was great too. All in all, I recommend this spot, but don't be fooled by the price on the ad because if you need synthetic, you're looking at about $90. read more

I came in for an oil change yesterday and nobody came out to greet me until 15 mins after I arrived. The greeter had a very nasty attitude and told me to stop, after pulling up to the bay to see if anyone was going to come out the office. I was told I was not able to receive an oil change because they were in the middle of closing. It was 5:15 at that point and that particular location does not close till 6. Mind you, I was the only vehicle there. Had they came out on time after waiting 15 minutes they would've had enough time to change my oil, and still close on time. I've been going to Jiffy Lube for years but after that experience I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. It's ok I took my ass right to TAKE 5 and they changed my oil within 20 minutes and offered me a cold water and fruit snacks while I was was being serviced. The water was a nice gesture in this Texas Heat. Jiffy Lube employee need to offer training to their employees on Customer service they can a learn a thing or two. read more

Told me things they recommended and explained it very well/simply, they weren't pushy with trying to sell things to me at all. This was my first visit with them and I'll definitely return. Wow. So I was expecting options in my oil change. I've had it done a couple of idk 20-30x so I know what a the price ranges are. If you're looking at conventional in a place that talks about speed about 35 with synthetic up to 60.... homeboy wanted to charge me 70. Period. No options. And we all know after tax and the sneaky extra fees that's 90 bucks. That's after I was waiting 15 minutes for someone to help me. I think I've had it done here once before years ago when I was in a rush and remember it was a lot but I'm not about to drop close to 100 for an oil change and poor service. My boyfriend likes to take his car to Jiffy Lube for his oil changes so I said I would take it for him since I was off and it was his birthday. That was one of his presents. I arrive at Jiffy Lube I pulled up and a young lady named Julissa (I think she was cute doe lol) asked how could she help me, I told her I needed a oil change. She walked me inside showed me where the restrooms were and the water and coffee. I was very impressed never had service nowhere like that before. Jason rung me up and I told him I had a coupon he said don't worry about it he has one for me. I said Great!! Even better his was more off and he gave me some coupons to go. From the moment I pulled up, the customer service was excellent. A technician was outside ready to greet me, and It wasn't extremely busy which was a plus . I needed an oil change for my Mercedes Benz and they had the European oil blend that I needed. The restroom was exceptionally clean and the lobby area as well. Fast service! Stopped by today for an oil change, The gentlemen working were very curious and helpful, and best of all there was NO wait!

Went in for an oil change and to have my tires rotated and air pressure to be fixed. They were unable to rotate my tires saying the lift would not raise my car high enough. I drive an average size car. They said they would fix the air pressure. However, it is reading the same on my dash as before. The oil was changed, but my car was left a mess. Oil/grease all over steering wheel, inside car door and outside in car door. I had to pull over to find napkins to wipe the steering wheel off and the smell is strong. In addition they did not reset the dash light that indicates a need for an oil change. They also do not vacuum or clean windshield as many other places do. Will not be back with all the other options that provide better service. 2 stars because 1 staff member was somewhat friendly. read more

I came bright and early on a Saturday morning to get my State Inspection that needed done in a hurry, and I arrived at 7:55, they opened at 8. There was an employee waiting for the doors to be opened by an Assistant Manager, which never happened. He ended up calling the Manager to come open the doors, now I know NO ONE wants to get up early on there day off and especially a Saturday morning but I did because it needed to be done. So it was good I was the only customer now this was back at the beginning of August so I don't remember how long I ended up waiting for someone to unlock their business doors, but in the end the Manager took care of me and knocked a few dollars off the Inspection which I didn't think it would be possible. FINAL STRAW! This particular store has changed management on several occasions. I took my car there 11/14/15 and was not pleased with the customer service. The young lady at the front desk had a I don't care attitude; dry towards all customers. After my oil was changed.....no sticker was placed in my window indicating my next oil change.....so this uninterested bad attitude copies and writes the miles I ALREADY HAVE ON THE STICKER THAT SHE WAS TO WRITE FOR 3000 MILES LATER!!!! They changed the oil but the rest was super iffy. I stood just outside the bay and watched every thing they did. They didn't check tire pressure, they didn't check differential fluid, power steering fluid, transmission. They didn't fill windshield washer, and they didn't vacuum. All are checked or marked full on my pay sheet, they charged me for it all. I came there on 7/28/20 to get a car inspection and the little man who serviced me was quite snippy with me because I didn't understand his directions as they are not using the bays for inspections. Mr. Jonathan could use some additional CEUs in customer service and speaking courteously to people. If you don't care to be professional then please quit. This is clearly not Jonathan's calling.
