Eric and Adrien did a great fast last car of the day job. I appreciated their honest fast service.

I went there for my annual emissions inspection. The technician was Ryan. He was friendly, quick, and efficient. The entire visit took less than 30 minutes. I was very pleased with the quality of service I received and the positive attitude of the employees. read more

New to the area. Needed an oil change and someone was standing on the street with a sign. Pulled in and service was quick and great. Taking my wife's truck soon! "Under new management" read more

I must say that Jiffy Lube has been my go to oil change place in last 15-20 years with the fastest service, some of the best managers, including the new manager there Allen. He started doing things like having me check my lights, my brakes and other things that I've never had done there before, he said it should had always been done. He also explained to me everything they were going to do before they did it. He went above and beyond making me the customer happy. He also gave me my discount that I had which the value was worth every bit of the courtesy and job done. I also wanna shout out one of the employees that was super nice and friendly and did a great job on changing my oil Samir. He is a great benefit to Jiffy Lube. Long time Customer and Will always have my oil changed at this Jiffy Lube. Thank You Donna Biondi read more

3rd time here and has been a great experience every-time, i had the honor to be serviced by Adrian for an oil change today he was very professional and communicative i look forward to coming back here !!! read more

I've been going to Jiffy Lube off I20, on Bardin and Matlock for as long as they have been open, maybe 25 years. After a recent oil change the manager Joel, at the time, gave me a price for a brake fluid change he said I needed. I told him I'd come back as I didn't have the money for anything else right now. Went back about three weeks later to find a new manager. Adam. I explained the conversation with Joel but he would not honor the price. Said the price had gone up since then. I laughed at him because I think he was scamming me. Adam is a very poor manager to loose a long standing, regular customer to put it mildly. I will never go back. read more

This is THE place to go if you're in the area. Arrived around 9:15 for an oil change and was out of there by 9:30. They handled my car with such professionalism and care, I was even treated by them to cleaning my headlights for me since I mentioned I just inherited this car from my dad, and they did it to perfection! Thank you Jiffy Lube for getting us back on the road in no time! read more

Richard M. And Noah A. were amazing! They did my oil change super quick and didn't push any extra services on me. This was the first time I haven't gone to a dealership for my service and the price was a fraction of what I would normally pay. read more

Richard is amazing and very knowledgeable! I appreciate you explaining everything and getting the job done quickly!!

Got me in and out pretty quickly, too bad they're compressor was out. So they couldn't check my tires, but gave me a discount and said "come back in a few days by then it should be up and running." read more

Noah & Charles (and other coworkers I was unable to get the name of) made the oil change dread quick, efficient, and friendly. Will continue coming back solely because of the team members at this location. read more

I came in on the 4th of July thinking it wouldn't be very busy and I was right about that . Nobody was here and they got me in immediately. I wasn't greeted with a hello from either employee on shift so I greeted them and told them I need an oil change. They don't seem to know is exactly what they're doing because they're getting confused and checking the computer a lot and didn't even know the year of my truck . I hope everything is going well under there !! I'm usually asked what kind of oil I want and that hasn't happened yet. No supervisor on duty . These guys took 10min to find my oil filter and can't even get it off ! I should be in the system but since the guy is new he doesn't know the computer system so they don't know what usually get at the other location on Pioneer which I'll be going back to next time , I just happened to be close to this location. The interior is messy and the floors are sticky. I had a coupon but they said it wouldn't work but told me they'd still take off the 15$ but ten stuck in a non taxable labor charge that I've never seen before! I also had to ask for a new sticker to put on my windshield to remind me when the next oil change is due and they did not clean my windshield or vacuum out my truck like the other location always does.! I'll never be back here again! read more

I've said it before, and I'll say it again, all I'm looking for in an oil change spot, is fast, friendly, and don't up sell me, period. That's it. And, the Jiffy Lube abides. I was in and out of here in about 15 minutes. While the cost was a bit high because I had to run synthetic through my girlfriend's SUV, you can get an oil change for about $25 bucks. But, when I did my WTF face, the manager gave me $15 off, which made it a little less crazy. So,customer service was great too. All in all, I recommend this spot, but don't be fooled by the price on the ad because if you need synthetic, you're looking at about $90. read more

Been bringing the bay mobile here for a few years- they always have new staff but I've always had a good experience. My boo, Teshania L., told me about her experience and I realized I hadn't reviewed this place yet. And I needed to make a trip in. Sure enough, Julissa was here and ran out to grab my car. I love seeing a chick in here working. Read my review of O'REILLY's down the street. As usualy, they got me in and out quickly and with a smile. read more

If I give zero stars, I would. Drove up to get air in my tires and two workers didn't even walk up to me. They knew I was there, they was looking at me. Terrible service to me, lost me as a customer PERIOD read more

My entire car started smoking because they 'spilled oil' on my exhaust during my oil change. I've had a bunch of oil changes in my life never seen that happen ever. Wtf?! read more

Best jiffy lube I've went to PERIOD. I came once before thinking I needed an oil change and the crew informed me I was too early and they didn't want to take my money when the service wasn't needed. Needless to say I promised to come back when it was time and I did. Johnathan and his team are solid good guys. Got the job done quick and we're very helpful. I recommend this location to anybody who gets serviced by jiffy lube read more

My go to Jiffy Lube for all our vehicles. Great service! Been going here for a while and have never had an issue.

I had a great experience yesterday at Jiffy Lube in Arlington, TX. The man who helped me is named 'Choice' and took great care of my car. I got an oil change and two new (different) air filters in 15 minutes! I highly recommend them to you if you're in the area! read more

Jiffy Lube has been my go-to for years. The Arlington location on Matlock has always provided great service. Great thanks to Rocky, Anthony, and Travis for helping me today! read more

I came in for an oil change yesterday and nobody came out to greet me until 15 mins after I arrived. The greeter had a very nasty attitude and told me to stop, after pulling up to the bay to see if anyone was going to come out the office. I was told I was not able to receive an oil change because they were in the middle of closing. It was 5:15 at that point and that particular location does not close till 6. Mind you, I was the only vehicle there. Had they came out on time after waiting 15 minutes they would've had enough time to change my oil, and still close on time. I've been going to Jiffy Lube for years but after that experience I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. It's ok I took my ass right to TAKE 5 and they changed my oil within 20 minutes and offered me a cold water and fruit snacks while I was was being serviced. The water was a nice gesture in this Texas Heat. Jiffy Lube employee need to offer training to their employees on Customer service they can a learn a thing or two. read more

Went for an oil change on a Wednesday evening and they got me in and out in a timely manner. Told me things they recommended and explained it very well/simply, they weren't pushy with trying to sell things to me at all. This was my first visit with them and I'll definitely return. I also appreciate them staying open until 7 p.m. that really helps! P.s they will top you off complimentary every 1500 miles. Give them a try! read more

My boyfriend likes to take his car to Jiffy Lube for his oil changes so I said I would take it for him since I was off and it was his birthday. That was one of his presents. I arrive at Jiffy Lube I pulled up and a young lady named Julissa (I think she was cute doe lol) asked how could she help me, I told her I needed a oil change. She walked me inside showed me where the restrooms were and the water and coffee. I was very impressed never had service nowhere like that before. Jason rung me up and I told him I had a coupon he said don't worry about it he has one for me. I said Great!! Even better his was more off and he gave me some coupons to go. They open doors and closed doors for me. Thank You Very Much for being very fast and having friendly services great staff!!! read more

Wow. So I was expecting options in my oil change. I've had it done a couple of idk 20-30x so I know what a the price ranges are. If you're looking at conventional in a place that talks about speed about 35 with synthetic up to 60.... homeboy wanted to charge me 70. Period. No options. And we all know after tax and the sneaky extra fees that's 90 bucks. That's after I was waiting 15 minutes for someone to help me. I think I've had it done here once before years ago when I was in a rush and remember it was a lot but I'm not about to drop close to 100 for an oil change and poor service. Prob not coming back here good on them for their good (paid?) reviews... Tldr: that review that said 25 dollars?? It's wrong don't be fooled. read more

From the moment I pulled up, the customer service was excellent. A technician was outside ready to greet me, and It wasn't extremely busy which was a plus . I needed an oil change for my Mercedes Benz and they had the European oil blend that I needed. The restroom was exceptionally clean and the lobby area as well. They put air in my low tire before I could even request it, and I was in and out in less then 20 minutes! I will def be back to this location! Thank you Jeff and Cody! read more

Wait time was less then 5 minutes. They were helpful and did not try to take advantage of me in order to get more money. Quinte took excellent care of my car and made sure it did not hurt my wallet. Go see him! 5 stars for the service! read more

Fast service! Stopped by today for an oil change, The gentlemen working were very curious and helpful, and best of all there was NO wait!

Went in for an oil change and to have my tires rotated and air pressure to be fixed. They were unable to rotate my tires saying the lift would not raise my car high enough. I drive an average size car. They said they would fix the air pressure. However, it is reading the same on my dash as before. The oil was changed, but my car was left a mess. Oil/grease all over steering wheel, inside car door and outside in car door. I had to pull over to find napkins to wipe the steering wheel off and the smell is strong. In addition they did not reset the dash light that indicates a need for an oil change. They also do not vacuum or clean windshield as many other places do. Will not be back with all the other options that provide better service. 2 stars because 1 staff member was somewhat friendly. read more

I came bright and early on a Saturday morning to get my State Inspection that needed done in a hurry, and I arrived at 7:55, they opened at 8. There was an employee waiting for the doors to be opened by an Assistant Manager, which never happened. He ended up calling the Manager to come open the doors, now I know NO ONE wants to get up early on there day off and especially a Saturday morning but I did because it needed to be done. So it was good I was the only customer now this was back at the beginning of August so I don't remember how long I ended up waiting for someone to unlock their business doors, but in the end the Manager took care of me and knocked a few dollars off the Inspection which I didn't think it would be possible. SO good looking out on that Jiffy Lube! read more

Great drive through service, the guys Anthony M and Jonathan M were great, quick servicemen. They need a raise!

FINAL STRAW! This particular store has changed management on several occasions. I took my car there 11/14/15 and was not pleased with the customer service. The young lady at the front desk had a I don't care attitude; dry towards all customers. After my oil was changed.....no sticker was placed in my window indicating my next oil change.....so this uninterested bad attitude copies and writes the miles I ALREADY HAVE ON THE STICKER THAT SHE WAS TO WRITE FOR 3000 MILES LATER!!!! I will not....I REPEAT WILL NOT TAKE MY CAR BACK TO THIS JIFFY LUBE....MANAGEMENT CHANGED FOR THE WORST!!!!! Service -0 read more

Took my car in for an oil change and had a bad experience. Soon after I received a call from the store manager, Q. Q explained that he was on vacation during the incident and his delay in calling was due to his time away. He offered me a full refund and a complimentary oil change on a future visit. Q's professionalism and genuine apology will make it easier for me to use Jiffy Lube in Arlington once more. Thank you Q. read more

I was in and out in a matter of minutes. They explained everything to me as we went. Great customer service.

The technicians were respectful and friendly, the work was done quickly, but I'm not sure that the quality was up to par. I got to my house and then realized there was smoke from spilled oil spewing from the filter. I know that it could easily be overflow from the new oil being poured in, but this has never happened before at any other place before. read more

Just visited this location! The staff members here are awesome! They had my car in and out in no time at all. They were courteous. I wanted to sit outside because it was a beautiful day and they pulled a chair out for me! They inspected my vehicle and helped me to get the best for my car! Wendell and the crew had the most upbeat customer service! I've been coming to jiffy lube for years all over the United states and this place is by far the best! read more

They changed the oil but the rest was super iffy. I stood just outside the bay and watched every thing they did. They didn't check tire pressure, they didn't check differential fluid, power steering fluid, transmission. They didn't fill windshield washer, and they didn't vacuum. All are checked or marked full on my pay sheet, they charged me for it all. When I asked the girl who also smoked her e cig while sitting in my truck got indignant, then to top all that off she was texting on her broken phone the whole time she was checking me out. When I asked of customers were that un important she just raised her shoulders and said what? read more

Friendly and fast! Quinte, Jacob, and Kyle are awesome. In and out with reliable service!

Not at all pleased with the customer service from this location. I came there on 7/28/20 to get a car inspection and the little man who serviced me was quite snippy with me because I didn't understand his directions as they are not using the bays for inspections. Mr. Jonathan could use some additional CEUs in customer service and speaking courteously to people. If you don't care to be professional then please quit. This is clearly not Jonathan's calling. Definitely will never be back. read more
