Got my oil changed here. When asked about the types, the guy told me the only difference was price. Within a week my car starts sputtering. Turns out my car NEEDS synthetic oil! When I returned, simply looking to pay the difference and remedy the situation, I was told that I had been "properly informed" and needed to pay full price for another oil change. I'm a reasonable guy, but that's not good customer service. Enjoy the extra $40 bucks you got out of me. You won't be seeing me in 5,000 miles. read more

I took my car in to have them fix a leaking drain plug due to a faulty install at a different location. Josh Fiore the manager was swift and extremely helpful. He fixed the plug, checked all fluids and even installed an air intake filter for me as a courtesy. Josh acted like I the customer mattered and took time to thoughtfully discuss the vehicle with me. Even though I had gotten the inital oil change done at a different location, he treated me and my vehicle with 5 star care. I highly recommemd this location and Josh in particular. read more

Great customer service and a good over experience every time I go to get a oil change or maintenance

A great experience from the time I drove in and quickly departed. The team is professional, courteous, fast and exceeded my expectations.

I usually have good service here but this was far from that. I came to get my front brakes done (I had the parts already) and the guy says it'll be an hour before they get to me. I say "ok, I'll just wait in my car until your ready for me". He comes back to me and says he'll take my car (10 minutes later). I get out and go to the lobby. After an hour, I've seen 5 people get work done on their car, but my car hasn't even made it to their workstation yet. I wait a total of 1 hour and 45 minutes before I ask how long it'll take for my car to get worked on. They say it'll be another hour before they get to work on my car... at that point I said forget it. I had no intentions on waiting 3 hours and seeing about 10 people get their cars worked on (including one person who came in after me and got their brakes changed before my car ever got touched,) before I got any service. I went in to Jiffy Lube because my 'brake fluid low' indicator light was on. They told me I had a brake fluid leak and I that needed new front and back rotors and pads and gave me a quote of $1135. They told me that they couldn't let me leave without having the leak and front rotors and pads replaced. I had my brakes checked about a month prior when I had my oil changed and my brakes were good, additionally my brakes were working perfectly fine until the 'brake fluid low' indicator came on the day before. I paid $655 for the front rotors/pads and took my car to another mechanic to have my back brakes checked, needless to say the second mechanic said my back rotors and pads were in good condition and no need to replace wither the pads or rotors. The second opinion validated my original suspicion of being ripped off by jiffy lube, all I needed was the fluid leak fixed and Jiffy Lube got me rotors and brakes. read more

My experience here is normally 5 stars but my recent visit here was 1 star. The company seems thirsty for money. I witness the manager telling his employee that he did a good job selling all the services to the previous customer. Remind you she only came in for an oil change. AVOID this place!!!! read more

worst most arrogant employees. Went in there made me feel like they were doing me a favor. Had my own stabilizer so they wouldn't charge me $10 for and extra quart. The bald skinny guy had no customer skills and from the get go was cursing and saying they "don't do that shit here." read more

Went there to get an oil chance and my fluid levels checked as i have an old car and the jiffy lube in NB told me they suspected slow leaks somewhere a few months ago. I just moved to the area so I figured I would try out this JL since i loved the one in NB so much. Well, NOT the same experience. 5 techs, incl the manager, there and 3 cars. I waited over an hour to find out that 1, i didnt need an oil change yet (which didnt make sense considering it had been a few months) and 2 all my fluid levels were fine. Yet, somehow by the next week my radiator and coolant was completely empty and the radiator had a large visible crack a long it that i spotted instantly upon popping my hood. The crack was not in a place that would have accounted for the significant coolant loss on its own. I confirmed this with a friend who is a mechanic, and the fact that by the time i saw the crack it was about 5inch long indicates that it existed prior to my fluid check with the JL. So they had me wait almost 2 hours while they completely ignored my car. At least they didnt charge me, but had they actually done their job i would have been willing to pay. Will not be returning. read more

Yesterday I went to get an oil change and the staff was very courteous and took the time to explain and show me on the computer the recommended services and everything that they checked. I didn't feel like I had to make an impulsive decision on what to do regarding my car or that they were trying to "upsale" me on anything that wasn't 100% necessary at the time. read more

Very nice staff that cares about you and the services you needed! I don't know much about cars so I went in there and they thoroughly explained everything I needed to do to my car. They even gave me a coupon for being a first time customer! Definitely would recommend this place for oil changes and quick car fixes to anyone. When it comes to oil change and friendly approach these guys are good... But they lied to me in that same friendly manner. They said I needed to replace break pads as I have only 15% left and they would be happy to help. My own trusted mechanic laughed when he checked and I have 60 percent left... So these folks are simply trying to rob those who don't know better. Beware of this place. Not a jiffy lube I want to do business with. read more

I was recently at this location to get my oil changed. While everyone was courteous, they really need to check with the customer FIRST before checking to see what type of oil change was done on the last visit and ASSUMING that this is what the customer wants on their current visit. I asked for an oil change and then when it came time to pay, I was shocked at being charged $50-something dollars. The guy at the counter tells me that he gave me synthetic oil like what was put in the car the last time. Why wouldn't they clear that with you BEFORE they just go ahead and put it in. I was seriously irritated and told them that they need to ask first. What if I had only come in there with the exact amount of money for a standard oil change?! They probably would've been ready to call the police on my if I didn't have enough to pay for this 'upgraded' service. That's it for me as far as this place goes -- I'll take all my oil changes to my regular mechanic first who always checks with me prior to doing any work on my car. read more

I recently moved into the area and I usually take my car to a dealership to get my oil change done. I thought I would try it out because it was extremely close and convenient. I did not wait at all which was great and the wait during the service was not long. My car uses synthetic oil and is an SUV so for what I paid (BTW it was more than what I pay at my usual place which is a dealership) I would think they put in the synthetic like I asked and the proper amount for being an SUV. I have not been driving around at all due to just having a baby and just the other day I am driving my car and my car turns off luckily I was not in a major road and did not get into an accident with my newborn. It seems like I had no oil at all in my car left. Usually I would drive atleast 1000 miles a month due to work obligation and never had this problem but barely driving 100 miles, my oil was diminished. I am never going there again and from talking to my friend and family, I am not the only one who has experienced this. read more
