I went a few months ago, and they performed services on my car I didn't need. I complained and they refunded one of them. I had to complain again and they refunded the second one. They comped me an oil change, and the sticker they gave me said I had to get an oil change in three months. Its SIX MONTHS. And I realized that they pulled that trick the last time I was there. They are pleasant and attentive, but if you aren't careful they will rob you blind. My advice. Go to Les Schwab next door. That is what I am going to do. read more

The service at jiffy lube is great. They did exactly what I wanted and fixed my car very fast.

DO NOT get vehicle serviced here. Had radiator service on 4/18/25, fan belt started squealing 4/19/25. Returned 4/21/25, hose clamp replaced. Mechanic said colleague left ajar and overtightened clamp cracking radiator arm flooding entire engine compartment. Radiator replaced at Certified Subaru location, cost over $1100.00. Sent documents to Jiffy Lube from Subaru asking for reimbursement and notes, refused to provide. Told him I'd take them to court, owner said he's a lawyer and looked forward to it! THEN CALLED BACK APOLOGIZING FOR "AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOUR". Don't go here, 3 colleagues have stated similar experience. read more

Guys here today provided great customer service going above and beyond for me when they didn't have to. Much appreciated

Don't bother bringing in your own parts to this jiffy lube apparently they don't just do service you have to use their parts

Didn't even get my oil changed because they told me everything looked clean and they topped off the oil free of charge! I used synthetic and they explained even though the light came on with that oil I still had three thousand or so miles to go! Love when people are honest and helpful! I will only use these guys. read more

My second visit here, traveling from of state. I wondered how the service would compare to 11 months ago. Once again this crew met my expectations. Fast, courteous and professional. read more

Wanted to make an appointment with the dealership for an oil change but they were booked until the day we are suppose to be leaving on vacation. So decided to come to Jiffy Lube because I had a coupon. I was greeted by Royce, letting me know that the lobby was closed and that I needed to remain in my van the whole time they were doing the oil change. I handed Royce my coupon for $7 off and he said for some reason it wasn't working so he was gonna give me $9 off instead. I also got RainX wipers because well... I live in OR and it rains from time to time. ;0) I was told by Les Schwab that I needed a tire alignment and needed to do it ASAP. I asked Royce about his opinion, he told me that I should use a place in Lebanon because it was much cheaper. I also asked if he thought I needed it, he looked the tires over and said no. He also asked if I wanted my free car wash now or later. I looked at the weather report and told him I would come back before we leave for vacation because rain was in the forecast before than. I came back that Thursday and used my free car wash with ease and right when I came out. Royce greeted me again and we chatted about our plans for the 4th, and I was on my way. This is how you get repeat customers, with amazing customer service, honesty, and helpful advice. I will definitely be back. read more

Got a Groupon for my daughter. She went there and they told her they were not honoring it and proceeded to charge her full price. They told her they would email her to help with the refund and never did. A total scam. read more

My fiancé took his truck and later in the day, my car, to this Jiffy Lube on 7/31/2020. He was very impressed with the staff working this day and described them all as professional, efficient and helpful. I had called him when he was there with his truck because I had found they had a Groupon for an oil change and tire rotation (which is exactly what I needed!) and the guy he was speaking with was able to assist us so I knew which Groupon option to purchase for when he took my car in later that day while I was working. My fiancé like I said was really impressed, he kept telling me to write a review, which he never does! We will definitely be back! read more

This is a little late in coming but I'm giving this place 5+ stars. Brian J. and Royce B. were fantastic. They made sure I really needed their service. To make a long story short, I use synthetic oil which gives longer service intervals so they were concerned that I was unnecessarily changing the oil. You don't see this kind of service often. I highly recommend this place. read more

I have never had such a wonderful experience going for an oil change. I'm one of those people who puts it off until the last minute and am truly not a fan of having to take my car in. This time, however, as soon as I pulled up, 4 guys immediately started to help and look at the car while one gentleman, Aaron, took me inside to get everything set up. He was friendly, offered coffee and chocolate, and I barely had my coffee in the cup before they said they were finished. I'm sure part of the reason they were so fast is that there wasn't anyone else waiting at the moment. But I've never pulled up to an oil change place and had so many people eager to help. I know I could pull in to another place and it wouldn't have been nearly as fast no matter how many people were waiting. From now on, this is where I'm getting my oil changed. And, on a sidenote, this is the first review I've ever left on yelp. And I've been using Yelp for at least six or seven years. Thank you, Aaron and the amazing Jiffy Lube team!! Katie read more

Best oil change experience I've ever had. I stopped mid road trip and would drive the hour here for an oil change in the future. The guys working were really respectful and not pushy or rude like the Salem locations. Worthwhile if you're anywhere near. read more

Stopped in for a quick oil change. Staff are friendly and quick to get you in and the prices are competitive. However the waiting room could use some attention. The customer waiting area is cold, dank, and smells like something I'm not quite sure...felt more like what I would imagine sitting in a booking a room at a jail feels like. Lets just leave it at that it needs a little attention, namely a few new chairs that are a little more comfortable, some fresh coffee and maybe a glade plug-in. read more

My first time to go have an oil change in Jiffy Lube, Albany since my husband is usually the one that brings the car to them. They've been very helpful. I showed them a voucher as my payment and honored it and gave me the high mileage oil without charging me more than what I already paid for. Such a great savings for us. read more

Everyone was friendly and helpful when I took my grandson's car in, I used the car wash after getting the oil changed it was ok. I brought my pickup in to have it done too and you had some days left to go through the car wash. The only problem I had was finding the place the first time I went the sign is blocked by a tree you don't see the sign till you are by the driveway. I know where it is now so I didn't have a problem finding it the second time. read more

Jiffy Lube, tried to tell me that my car needed to be serviced and they were trying to get me to pay money for something that didn't need to be fixed. I feel that their good customer service was just a way for them to screw me over. I just had my car worked on a month prior at Oil Can Henrys and was getting my oil changed at Jiffy Lube because of the low price. This guy told me my car needed worked on and I told him my dad had just serviced it at Oil Can Henrys a month ago. I asked him to run a test to prove to me that it needed work. After a short time the guy came back into the lobby with a test strip showing my PH level which was extremely high and he kept pushing me to get my car serviced now. I was hesitant so I told him that I would call my dad after I got my oil changed. I called my dad and he told me to go to Oil Can Henrys to talk to them about not servicing my car properly, according to what Jiffy Lube had told me. I went there and they were very nice me. They guy ran two test on my fluid that had been tested at Jiffy Lube, but unlike Jiffy Lube he did the test with my fluid right in front of my face instead of sending me into a separate room where they brought me my results. He did the same test with the PH strip and it was no where near high and the color was completely different from what Jiffy Lube and showed me. I was being scammed and they were trying to screw me out of my hard earned money on something that didn't need to be done to my car. Jiffy Lube does did not take care of me honestly as a customer and I will never go there again. read more

Always the nicest, fastest, and most informative service. They don't try to up sell services and get my car done fast. I will not get my cars oil changed anywhere else. They even offer to go out with you and look under the hood to make sure you are happy with their work. Very professional and respectful as well. Come here and you will see for yourself! read more

I'll never use them again. Until today my car had a beige cloth interior. Now it has grease/oil on the seat, the drivers arm rest, the passenger arm rest and the glove compartment door. I've both worked at service stations and used, many times, various auto services, but I've never experienced one which made no attempt to protect the customers vehicle. Never again at Jiffy-Lube. read more

I took my Subaru in to get the oil changed. I bought the ultra synthetic oil and got two new filters installed. The service was fine they were nice enough and everything. Took about 35 minutes for the whole process which I don't consider really long. My problem is that I drove it over the mountain for thanksgiving and it has been leaking oil. So I took it to the jiffy lube in Bend (which they were amazing) to check it out. They put in the wrong washer. Subaru's apparently need a crushed washer rather than a normal one. Doing oil changes are their main business and they couldn't differentiate the right washer for a very common car? That seems like something no oil changing company should make a mistake on. I will not be going back to the Albany Jiffy lube if they are incompetent enough to put in the wrong washer in my car. read more

As a woman, sometimes going to get your car worked on/serviced is an intimidating endeavor (in my opinion/experience at least...), but the guys at Jiffy Lube are awesome. They are super friendly, informative and helpful! I've never felt pressured into a sales pitch (like I have at most other places) and they always go above and beyond to make my 15-30 minutes there comfortable. Free popcorn, coffee and hot chocolate! They even vacuum your car and give you mint ;) read more

Great customer service. The manager really knows his stuff. And I love how they just let you know what's recommend by your manufacturer and when and if you don't want it done they move on. Very little pressure just great service! Plus they always remember me by name! read more

They put the wrong transmission fluid in my truck that had under 40,000 miles on it. I know, I'm an idiot for falling for their high pressure tactics. Drove the truck for a few months and heard someone on Car Talk talking about transmission fluid. Thought I'd better check mine, and it was empty. I checked their receipt and noticed that they put in the wrong fluid. I wrote the company; they sent it to the owners of the Albany Jiffy Lube and I never heard back from them. Don't trust this company if you want your vehicle to last. read more

Excellent customer service! The guys always remember me every 3 months and greet you with a smile. They seem to like their job, which is a plus. They never pressure me into buying all the extras. They simply tell u what your car is ready for and simply ask if you want it done. Love this place! read more

This place is very unprofessional. They stand around smoking and make sexually explicit jokes degrading women instead of helping customers. I saw one of them smoking while working on a car. read more

These guys saved my car! After going to a jiffy lube in Roseburg my car started squealing and the coolant level was low. I looked for the closest jiffy lube and these guy were it. They charged me nothing for the coolant and revealed that the other shop had left off the cap and coolant had bubbled up all over my engine. There was basically no coolant left. Had I kept driving my car the engine would have burned up and been totaled. Thank you so much for saving my car. read more

Jiffy Lube is my favorite oil change location in town. The guys are always fast and courteous. While waiting, a lady came in. She didn't realize she still had 1,000 miles to go before she needed her oil changed. The guys told her that she didn't need the oil change right away, so she said she'd wait till it was needed. They then topped off her fluids and got her a free car wash. Such honesty is really appreciated! read more

I came in for an oil change and was told that with the oil I was using I should wait another 1,000 miles to come in. The other location that did my last change said it was past due but now I'm better informed and know that it's a waste of money. After topping everything off I was out the door with a total time of less than 4 minutes. Thank you for your quality service! read more

These guys cannot get any better. Hands down the best customer service I have received from any type of car service place. I told them I got screwed over at a different oil service place and they took care of me 100% got a great discount they even became my taxi while my car was getting serviced. Will never go anywhere else again! Wish I could give them more than 5 stars! read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE. We took my car into Jiffy Lube in Albany and they caused nearly $1000 in damage. We now have a mechanic saying it was them that caused the damage and they are refusing to pay for anything. It took them over a week to even call us back. We took my car in for an oil change and noticed the following day it was leaking oil. I took it back in and they said it would be 10-15 minutes. Over 2 hours later, they finally told me they had stripped the oil pan plug and couldn't get my car to hold oil. When I tried to leave, they refused to allow me to leave unless I signed a recipient saying it wasn't their fault. I am 9 months pregnant and was suppose to be on bedrest. They were horrible. Now we are going to have to go to court over damages to my car, which was FINE until we took it to them. read more

I came here for their $19.99 Oil Change deal. The people are quick and friendly which was pretty nice. They have a place for you to drink coffee, not sure if the coffee was any good. The prices didn't seem that bad and they have other options that cost a bit more, but I choose to get the basic oil change. As soon as I arrived a guy was out to great me and explain to me what was going to happen and where i could wait till my car was done. I went later in the evening so it wasn't as busy which was nice. They were also able to give other suggestions about things that would need possible fixing in the near future.Over all I believe it was a pretty good place for an oil change and will be more than willing to go back for my next one. read more

Chris and Zack(Zach?) are your go to guys, they're honest, transparent, and friendly. They don't push repairs that aren't needed and they offer professional advice and guidance on the parts of your vehicle that are needing attention. They're fast and amazing. I will ONLY come here from now on. I have been to oil can Henry's and valvoline and they're absolute trash compared to this gem. read more

Came back for another oil change, and an AC refill prior to the epic heat wave we are getting this week. Got a great discount, excellent service, and a car wash out of it. The AC refill did make my air a bit cooler, however it did not fix the issue, so the kind folks at Jiffy Lube evacuated the refrigerant for me so that I could replace a small part, and then refilled it. read more

Stopped in to redeem an oil change coupon that was purchased last summer, and I was welcomed graciously by the staff. They were very friendly , and professional!! And.....very fast I might add ! I would highly recommend the Albany store to anyone. read more

We were in a hurry and needed a quick replacement of our windshield wipers so pulled into jiffy lube parking lot and told them we only needed wiper blades. Fifteen minutes later we still didn't have them and in that time two cars had pulled in and they moved them to the service bays. Finally we said 'if you can't get wipers installed in the next few minutes we are leaving' they came out, put them on (it took all of two minutes) and charged us $33. Frustrating and over priced. read more

I've gone to this place several times over the past two years and they've always been capable, friendly, and--well, jiffy. And, frankly, their honesty exceeds my expectations. Today I asked for a tire rotation and after a few minutes Aaron came back saying he'd be happy to do it but I don't need it. He said my tires were so worn they should be replaced instead of rotated. He had me run my fingers over the grooves to prove his point. Thanks, Aaron! read more
