I was moving cross country and needed an oil change. Service took more that hour and half and then when i paid cash they didnt have change for 20 minutes. Kept worrying remainder of the trip that they messed something up and if i should stop at another shop for a check read more

I usually don't go to this quick oil change places. However, I decided to try Jiffy Lube since they are across the street from my job. I will say I was pleasantly surprised! Very kind and attentive staff. The cost was a little more than I normally pay, but I work across the street and this was super convenient so I was ok paying a little extra. read more

Very professional and fast. Great group of men working there. I would recommend this place to everyone.

They could not be so rude. Even when you called, they're rude on the phone. They act like your bothering them.

Stopped by for routine servicing today. Fast, efficient, professional. Didn't try to up-sale; just gave me the facts and the recommendations. Overall an excellent experience. read more

This place was great! They got me in and out really quickly and all the employees were polite and helpful. They did a full inspection and let me know about some potential areas I may need serviced, but weren't pushy. Thanks to Benjamin and the team for great service. read more

Great service!! Everyone was so pleasant, Caleb and Bobby were our guys and they were both very helpful. In and out in 15 minutes.

Everyone there was very polite, friendly and helpful. No one tried to upsell me into getting more than what I actually needed done to my car. As a female this happens very often but it has never been done when I go to this Jiffy Lube. I absolutely trust them! Derrick S., Cortland P. and Athena F. Are The Best! read more

i drive my car everyday and never noticed this until i left Jiffy Lube. on the inside of my back window it says "HELP". my kids are 1 and 2 and obviously did not write this. my husband says he didn't do it. it's odd that i notice this after i get an oil change.... read more

Went in for a tire rotation, but they told me it would be a waste of money so they wouldn't do it. Honest.

It took us only 20 min for an oil change to be done... They check all your light, tire pressure and liquids in your car. It was fast and technicians are friendly. We will definitely come back for an oil change again... Highly recommended read more

Jeremy and the whole staff was really friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and good with the services I needed. They have new management now and I will definitely return to this location. If anyone is worried about getting taken advantage of, I don't believe this staff would do that, they seemed honest, kind and offered many discounts to all while I was there waiting. read more

This was about $25 more for an oil change from Where I usually go. They kept suggesting that my car needed a bunch of things and were gonna charge me over $100 when it didn't need all those things. Not sure if it's because I'm a woman but I had to decline the other things they were trying to do multiple times. read more

Great employees quick helpful and communicate well with each other and customers. Seem to take pride in their work-- great experience at this specific Jiffy Lube! Our guys were Caleb, Gary, Michael, and Jason. Thank you! read more

Don't ever get your tires rotated at this place as they tend to continue to use an impact wrench to remove your tires. This wouldn't be a problem if they hadn't held onto the trigger listening to it not rotate. You can tell when a lug-nut isn't coming off yet they continued to use the impact wrench which in the end stripped my lug-nut severely. Then I was told they couldn't do anything as they "didn't have" the resources there to fix this. Be that as it may... I had to pay almost a thousand dollars to get this fixed elsewhere because the auto shop that could fix this had to BURN my lug nuts of which meant I needed a new wheel bearing and more. Don't ever go here for your tires. read more

I went for an oil change. They went over everything that might need fixed and gave me the option if I wanted to My car was done in ten minutes. Not only that but they had swept it out and believe me it was a mess. Great customer service. read more

In all fairness, my interaction with them was brief. But after reading these reviews, I thought I could get my headlight bulb changed for a reasonable price (one review here says $9.99). I showed up there asking for help and even brought the replacement bulb - I just needed help installing it. The guy I asked bluntly said "$39.99". No thanks. Nowhere in the world is that a reasonable price for the labor required (again, I had the replacement bulb already). Needed an oil change soon but not getting it here. read more

I really appreciate how respectful and honest the employees are at this location. I have gone in a couple times for an oil change(at the mileage that my sticker says) and they showed me that I was not really in need of an oil change at the time. They still checked all of my fluids and tire pressure even though I did not need a full service. Many places I feel want to upsell and recommend services which aren't even needed but every time I go here I can trust they are giving me accurate and honest information about my car! Thank you!! read more

I love this place! They are always super nice and not pushy which is key for me. Gary was the last service technician and he was especially pleasant! They always vacuum my rugs and do the windows too. I just appreciate a quick oil change service that's convenient, clean, and courteous. They always have fresh coffee, magazines, and a bathroom too. I used to go to the Jiffy Lube in Grandview until they left my oil cap off right before I left on a long distance trip. Loyal to the Livingston location now! read more

Jiffy Lubes in general do a great expedient job normally but this 1 is exceptional. Gary who was working there was super helpful & informative. My oil change was done in 10 minutes. Amazing. Highly recommended! read more

This was not my usual Jiffy Lube and it's a little out of my way, but I was impressed with the service and staff. The gentleman that helped me was extremely cordial, and it was very refreshing. I need to explore more everyday resources like this in downtown Columbus! read more

Great customer service!!! One of the guys found money in my car and made sure they returned it! Very friendly and not too pushy!

I came in today for an oil change with my baby sleeping in his car seat in the backseat. All of the men at this location were highly respectful of my sleeping bean and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I was offered add on services but they were incredibly kind when I politely declined. One of the mechanics stood by the door after they pulled my car out to (presumably) keep an eye on my car with my kiddo sleeping in it as I kept glancing over my shoulder while checking out. Highly highly recommend! read more

Fast service. My oil change is $39.99. They're replacing my brake light today. Not sure what that usually goes for but they charge $9.99--not mad at that. This location is in a plaza with ***Alchemy***, Scrambler Marie's and Crest, so you can grab food while you wait. The same plaza also has CVS and a gym. read more

I had an amazing jiffy lube experience at this location! The staff was incredibly kind and fast and I would 100% come back.

They are very quick and the staff is exceedingly friendly and helpful. As a woman, I often have men talk down to me when discussing my car. I really appreciated that in the two times I have been to this Jiffy Lube, I did not experience this. My experience at this location was significantly better than other Columbus locations. read more

The five stars is as compared to other Jiffy Lubes. This place is pretty new, and the staff is friendly. They do try to offer you a bunch of extra services, but they actually have a nice display that gives you the manufacturer's recommended mileages for transmission flush, air filter change, etc. I didn't feel pressured to buy any of them. Service was quick. I also like that they clean your windows and vacuum your floors as part of the service. Overall, I was very satisfied with this location. read more

Very friendly staff and clean waiting room. They Recommended to me what my car needed without trying to sell me on a bunch of stuff. Quick turn around and job well done. Will go back for sure. read more

This is the second time (over a year apart) that I took my car to get an oil change. Last year my car was fine when I dropped it off, but after I picked it up I noticed my tail light was out. I called to ask about this and the manager told me I could bring it in and have it replaced for a ridiculous amount of money. I refused of course, but told him I wouldn't be back. A year and a different car later, I was in need of an oil change before going out of town, so I stopped by omw to work since it's so close. I appreciated them getting me in right away and the man was very nice. It's $$ to get the synthetic oil, but they include topping off fluids, tire rotation, and a few other extras. When I picked up my car, I noticed that the floors had not been vacuumed (as marked on the sheet that this had been completed)I went and asked about this, and they said they couldn't move anything off of the floor to vacuum. There was the smallest corner of a wrapper on the floor next to a bunch of crumbs, and the man said he was not allowed to throw anything away or decide what was trash and what wasn't. So therefore, he didn't vacuum it at all. I complained and he did not offer to do anything for me and even argued with me. I will not be back even though it is a convenient location for me. read more

I've always had great experiences with the staff here. Sure, they try to sell you other services, but that's their job. They do good work and are always respectful if you decline any extras. The staff has always been very friendly and I really appreciate that. read more

So nice n efficient. Hard working guys here. They weren't too pushy. Suggested I look for coupons online.

Excellent customer service. Above and beyond. I have gone here 5 times in the past 2 years, and they have been fantastic. Highly recommend.

Such a scam!! Went in for an oil change, knowing exactly what I wanted and was told my car's manufacturer recommended a premium synthetic oil - when I questioned this and argued that I'd prefer not to have the synthetic oil, I was told I ran the risk of breaking my warranty and could run into issues with getting repairs in the future for going against manufacturer recommendations. I even specifically asked: "Would choosing to not use synthetic oil damage my car?" and was told: "It might!" I stupidly agreed to have the "recommended" oil for fear of breaking a warranty policy, and come to find out when I check my owner's manual later, it states:: "You MAY use synthetic oil..." It's not even a recommendation! I totally feel taken advantage of for being a girl with little car knowledge - there's no reason my car should have needed the services they were suggesting. But I do know how to read a manual and won't be making this mistake again!! It's sad that you can't trust anyone to give you sound advice without trying to squeeze more money out of you. Would not go back - I don't trust anything these employees would say to me anymore. read more
