Went in for a tire rotation, but they told me it would be a waste of money so they wouldn't do it. Honest.

It took us only 20 min for an oil change to be done... They check all your light, tire pressure and liquids in your car. It was fast and technicians are friendly. We will definitely come back for an oil change again... Highly recommended read more

Jeremy and the whole staff was really friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and good with the services I needed. They have new management now and I will definitely return to this location. This was about $25 more for an oil change from Where I usually go. They kept suggesting that my car needed a bunch of things and were gonna charge me over $100 when it didn't need all those things. Not sure if it's because I'm a woman but I had to decline the other things they were trying to do multiple times. read more

Don't ever get your tires rotated at this place as they tend to continue to use an impact wrench to remove your tires. This wouldn't be a problem if they hadn't held onto the trigger listening to it not rotate. You can tell when a lug-nut isn't coming off yet they continued to use the impact wrench which in the end stripped my lug-nut severely. Then I was told they couldn't do anything as they "didn't have" the resources there to fix this. Be that as it may... I had to pay almost a thousand dollars to get this fixed elsewhere because the auto shop that could fix this had to BURN my lug nuts of which meant I needed a new wheel bearing and more. Don't ever go here for your tires. read more

In all fairness, my interaction with them was brief. But after reading these reviews, I thought I could get my headlight bulb changed for a reasonable price (one review here says $9.99). I showed up there asking for help and even brought the replacement bulb - I just needed help installing it. The guy I asked bluntly said "$39.99". No thanks. Nowhere in the world is that a reasonable price for the labor required (again, I had the replacement bulb already). Needed an oil change soon but not getting it here. read more

I really appreciate how respectful and honest the employees are at this location. I have gone in a couple times for an oil change(at the mileage that my sticker says) and they showed me that I was not really in need of an oil change at the time. They still checked all of my fluids and tire pressure even though I did not need a full service. Many places I feel want to upsell and recommend services which aren't even needed but every time I go here I can trust they are giving me accurate and honest information about my car! I love this place! They are always super nice and not pushy which is key for me. Gary was the last service technician and he was especially pleasant! They always vacuum my rugs and do the windows too. I just appreciate a quick oil change service that's convenient, clean, and courteous. They always have fresh coffee, magazines, and a bathroom too. I came in today for an oil change with my baby sleeping in his car seat in the backseat. All of the men at this location were highly respectful of my sleeping bean and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I was offered add on services but they were incredibly kind when I politely declined. One of the mechanics stood by the door after they pulled my car out to (presumably) keep an eye on my car with my kiddo sleeping in it as I kept glancing over my shoulder while checking out. Fast service. My oil change is $39.99. They're replacing my brake light today. Not sure what that usually goes for but they charge $9.99--not mad at that. This location is in a plaza with ***Alchemy***, Scrambler Marie's and Crest, so you can grab food while you wait. The same plaza also has CVS and a gym. read more

They are very quick and the staff is exceedingly friendly and helpful. As a woman, I often have men talk down to me when discussing my car. The five stars is as compared to other Jiffy Lubes. This place is pretty new, and the staff is friendly. They do try to offer you a bunch of extra services, but they actually have a nice display that gives you the manufacturer's recommended mileages for transmission flush, air filter change, etc. I didn't feel pressured to buy any of them. Service was quick. I also like that they clean your windows and vacuum your floors as part of the service. Overall, I was very satisfied with this location. read more

This is the second time (over a year apart) that I took my car to get an oil change. Last year my car was fine when I dropped it off, but after I picked it up I noticed my tail light was out. I called to ask about this and the manager told me I could bring it in and have it replaced for a ridiculous amount of money. I refused of course, but told him I wouldn't be back. A year and a different car later, I was in need of an oil change before going out of town, so I stopped by omw to work since it's so close. I appreciated them getting me in right away and the man was very nice. It's $$ to get the synthetic oil, but they include topping off fluids, tire rotation, and a few other extras. When I picked up my car, I noticed that the floors had not been vacuumed (as marked on the sheet that this had been completed)I went and asked about this, and they said they couldn't move anything off of the floor to vacuum. There was the smallest corner of a wrapper on the floor next to a bunch of crumbs, and the man said he was not allowed to throw anything away or decide what was trash and what wasn't. So therefore, he didn't vacuum it at all. I complained and he did not offer to do anything for me and even argued with me. I will not be back even though it is a convenient location for me. read more

Such a scam!! Went in for an oil change, knowing exactly what I wanted and was told my car's manufacturer recommended a premium synthetic oil - when I questioned this and argued that I'd prefer not to have the synthetic oil, I was told I ran the risk of breaking my warranty and could run into issues with getting repairs in the future for going against manufacturer recommendations. I even specifically asked: "Would choosing to not use synthetic oil damage my car?" and was told: "It might!" I stupidly agreed to have the "recommended" oil for fear of breaking a warranty policy, and come to find out when I check my owner's manual later, it states:: "You MAY use synthetic oil..." It's not even a recommendation! I totally feel taken advantage of for being a girl with little car knowledge - there's no reason my car should have needed the services they were suggesting. But I do know how to read a manual and won't be making this mistake again!! It's sad that you can't trust anyone to give you sound advice without trying to squeeze more money out of you. Would not go back - I don't trust anything these employees would say to me anymore. read more
