DO NOT COME HERE!!! So unprofessional! As a first time customer this has been thee worst oil change experience I've ever had. For starters when I arrived they asked me what service I needed & I told them an oil change. They proceeded to have me pull my car in & instantly drained my oil. I had no opportunity to ask about pricing or anything. Once that was done i waited about 10-15 minutes until they proceeded to tell me the pricing which was way out of my budget, but again they had already drained my oil so I felt trapped. They were trying to assist me out without filling any of my fluids or putting air in my tires. No water was presented to me even though it was 95 degrees outside. What the website says they offer I did not receive & was charged 108.19 luckily I had a 10$ coupon which really did not help the situation. overall save your time & money! read more

Friendly, professional, caring, and take time to teach you (if you want) and encourage you to stop by anytime, even for a little question. Location over filled the oil and a tech tried to state I had a bad alternator. For all of my extra time and possible engine damage, they offered half off my next oil change. No refund. I do not recommend anyone use the high street location. read more

I stopped in because I was on my way home to Toledo. My car was smoking. I had an oil change the morning before in Toledo not at jiffy lube! So I stopped in and the 2 gentleman were awesome. They told me more than like it was a clamp or heater core. He filled my radiator with fluid and said I should be able to make it home, but to stop and get a gallon of antifreeze and maybe stop in an hour to check it and refill. They did not change me at all. I was at the Bethel Road location in Columbus Oh, store number 1291 today. They severely dented the side of my car and claimed they didn't do anything. I need the video footage. It was not there when I took it in, as I had just checked tire pressures all around my car. Then immediately following they tried to get me to not look at one side of my car and there the huge dent was. Jiffy Lube needs to be responsible for this. Please do not take your car to any Jiffy Lube. Horrible company. read more

They did not check my lights, show me the line to confirm they have successfully filled up the oil or checked my filter. This was my first and last time going to a jiffy lube. My car needed an oil change in short notice and I was in Columbus for a wedding. They took my car is quickly and found that the oil filter had seized and they couldn't remove it. They were able to change the oil, and gave me lots of info on what to tell a service center to make sure I got the filter replaced at a store that could do it. I was very happy with how informational and helpful they were. Me of the mechanics even offered to help me the next day with changing brakes which I didn't have time for that evening! read more

Surprisingly, very good. Go with a coupon from their website and enough knowledge to say no to things you can do yourself, and you should come out happy. If you don't find yourself leaving happy, at least they vacuumed your interior. I expect a high level of up-selling at these quick change locations - you have that here. But it's as respectful as can be; sort of a pro forma 'this is how we stay in business, so let's get you through this as quickly as possible' situation. And they found the few things I knew needed fixed, and even noticed a light that I didn't know was out. If I didn't have the time or interest in taking care of those little maintenance items myself, I would have let them do it for me. Usually jiffy lubes or service centers are pretty easy to review. Their great unless they charge you too much or ruin your car. This place has done neither and to top it off they are always so nice and friendly. A lot if their offerings and speeches can probably be repetitive or robotic to them, but they never show it. They always have a smile on their face, will answer any questions, walk through items slowly, and even crack a few jokes! read more

This place is nothing like the Firestone tire 2 miles up the road on High Street I get my oil change there for under $30 top off all my fluids check on my stuff very friendly don't try to charge me for every single thing they come up with they recommend something at $70 I asked for the most basic 2999 change and I get pulled out in the bay and asked to add other things and add other things if you want to save some money go down the street to Firestone there just closed on Sundays read more

I mean, I wasn't looking for anything else but some new oil when I took my car in for an oil change, but they checked all of my fluids, vacuumed out my front seat floor area, checked my wiper blades, and washed my windows. They were also very nice, patient, and courteous. I do not know very much about cars, but I know when I am being taken advantage of. I never felt like they were taking advantage of me. I know nothing about cars, and I'm okay with that. So I depend on places like this for oil changes and other routine maintenance. This was by far my best experience with an oil change. They replace all sorts of fluids as apart of the service that I've never gotten before elsewhere. They even vacuumed the floor and checked my lights! The manager tried to sell you on lots of services, which I understand is his job, but he was very friendly when I declined all of them but one. I highly recommend this place for oil changes on your car. read more

I would definitely rate zero stars if I could. I had an awful experience with them and left before they even changed my oil. I had called ahead and talked to Mike to ask if they accepted competitor's coupons, which they told me they did. They also explained to me on the phone that they had an oil change for 29.99. When I showed up they told me that I could not use my coupon with the $29.99 oil change because the $29.99 was a current special that they were running. I told them that I had called ahead and asked about using the coupon and I was never told that I wouldn't be able to use it with the $29.99 oil change, and was also not informed that the $29.99 oil change was a special, they acted as if it was a regular price offered because it was a stripped down version with no extras included. Jamall or Jarrell who was currently "helping" us instantly said that he was the one on the phone with us and he was absolute certain that he stated they could not be used in conjunction. He continued to adamantly lie to my face, even after I expressed that I was not informed and I asked to please leave without service. He then said that they had already started working on my car and that I could not leave without paying. I told him that it was not my fault that they had already started working on my car and that their system was flawed. It would have been easy for him to just give me the quoted price however he continued to lie and therefore call me a liar. He never got a manager for me to talk to or even tried to help solve our discrepancy. I was very nice and respectful the entire interaction but became upset that I did not reserve a spot at another oil change facility and it was now too late in the day to do so. I planned my day around what I was told on the phone and then was treated badly when I arrived. Their system of operation is also very skewed and non informative. They make you get out of your car and wait 20 minutes when there is no one in front of you. They originally did not tell us that we needed to go into the front and when we attempted to walk away they yelled at us and said to go check in or else they do not know what kind of service we want. We talked to someone immediately upon pulling up and he took our keys and we told him we would like an oil change and that we had a coupon. Having never been to Jiffy Lube I presumed we would take care of the paperwork once we got back in our car. After the employee would not budge I asked to leave even though my oil had already been drained. I drove 20 feet across the street to Autozone and bought some oil to put in my car. I was not going to give them any of my business. Upon attempting to put the oil in my car I also noticed that they had overly tightened my oil cap, which I'm sure was on purpose. I will never go here even if the oil change was free and I do not nor will not ever recommend it to any of my friends. I'm ashamed that they are located in Clintonville and routinely rip people off as they did not even ask me what level of oil change I wanted nor did they offer me the "current special".
