They were, but didn't need replacing according to Machens, 5 mm pad left. Today's oil change, at 86,000 miles I suggested they check the rear pads. When they did, they told me they were at 7 mm, meaning after 6,000 miles of driving, they actually got thicker. So, when I called them out on this, they filled out the paper work at 6 mm. SMH How can you trust them? I really can't. You shouldn't either. Never be afraid to question them and their work.

I recently had trouble with the electrical and took my 2018 to an Audi dealership. They fixed the electrical system, but not the underlying problem which was a leak in my spare tire compartment. After a heavy rain, I took it into Tom's to have a go at the problem and within 15 minutes, Fender (his actual name) had diagnosed the problem and placed a temporary fix. He then contacted Audi to effect a permanent fix to the problem. He also didn't charge me for the evaluation. Of course, I was very impressed. Needless to say, Tom's now has a lifelong customer!!

Each time, the service took far less time than was estimated. I asked if my tires could be rotated was told they couldn't perform that service on my vehicle. I was told my vehicle has a check engine light on. It does not. Overall, very underwhelmed and my business seemed to be a real inconvenience to the staff. Another review on google was met with 'please give us your contact info'. Did same and never got a response.
