I went in today and Fillerberto helped me. He was very kind and even taught me how to check my fluids.

I went to have my oil changed today and let me tell you it was the fastest and friendliest service I've ever experienced at a Jiffy Lube. Five stars to those guys out there today. They were excellent. read more

I came here for a safety check and it was simple and I had to come back within the 20 day window. They were all VERY nice and friendly. Very fast and convenient and I just walked across the street to the shops during the wait. Good location, great Update: came here twice with my partner to get an inspection for him and one day they were short staffed and the next day we were told they were done with safety inspections for the day but they do them from 9-4 and we came at 3 and they said they weren't doing any more for the day. Just don't understand why they couldn't fit us in at 3 for an inspection when there was only one other car in the garage. Just weird. read more

I had the absolute best experience at this Jiffy Lube today! Everyone there was very professional and friendly and I was in and out in no time! I can't recommend them enough! read more

Kid that did our input was nice but the service was poor. They did not do a tire rotation after we had asked for one. Price for oil change was way higher than we typically pay. We will not go back. read more

Had the best experience with Jiffy Lube by far at this location. The cashier, Thomas (I think), was extremely courteous. I was greeted as soon as I pulled up to the line. He opened the doors for me, and made sure I was aware of everything going on along with updates. Everyone working was professional and I will continue to come to this location. read more

While I was waiting, an older man came to get an oil change. The technician, Steve, told the customer that the recommended oil change was at 5000 miles and his vehicle was only at 3000. He asked the man if he wanted to wait and come back. The man left with his fluids be topped off and all of his money still in his wallet. read more

If only we can give 0 stars. I got there shortly after another girl. We were both getting car inspections. Shown into the waiting room and told someone would be there shortly to "check me in", it was just the two of us at first and then slowly the waiting room filled, then emptied as everyone's car was finished including the girl who got there first and still nobody had come in to "check me in". After 40 minutes I was alone in the room and nobody had acknowledged me or checked me in. I STILL HAD MY KEYS! I guess because I was just there for an inspection my business wasn't important enough to care and they wanted to get all the more expensive oil changes done. I got out of there and no one seemed to care. read more

Incredible customer service! Guys took my car right in and were done in 15 minutes!! Checked all levels and filters, rotated tires and recommended what would be good and gave us notes of what to expect for next couple of oil changes. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of all areas. Will be back every time I need an oil change! read more

Been here twice, and both times they've had the worst customer service i've ever experienced. This time, I called and tried to get in for a state inspection; they said "not today, but maybe tomorrow," so i asked to set up an appointment for tomorrow and they said sorry we don't take appointments. This morning (tomorrow) i came in at 8:00, 40 minutes after open, to one man on his phone by himself with literally no customers anywhere, who proceeded to tell me they don't start inspections until 9. What on earth is he getting paid to do for an hour and a half after open? I quite literally took my business right next door to complete auto, and I won't be coming back. The unfortunate thing is i doubt the management reads these, because if he cared enough to do so, I bet he'd care enough to run a better business. read more

I took my car in for a MO required safety inspection, they told me I needed to have work done on my front ball joint. I decided to get a second opinion before I put in the $200+ that they quoted to get the work done. I went to a Honda dealer, because I have a Honda car and they didn't mention a thing about getting the front ball joint replaced. I do not appreciate getting told I need work done that I don't need done. read more

I wish I could give them no stars because I went to them when my hood started smoking. I was in McDonald's parking lot so I went across the street to see what was going on. They put some anti-freeze in my car and sent me on my way saying they didn't see anything wrong with it. THANK GOODNESS I went to my mechanic the next day when they opened bc I needed a new transmission! How can you be a mechanic and not see that's the reason my car was smoking. read more

The absolute worst experience I've had at ANY Jiffy Lube location. I called ahead to see if they could change just my brake pads and the man on the phone said yes and for about $90, but when I got there the man who took my car said they couldn't do just the brake pads. They "had to" do a full tire rotation as well for a total of $130. So already I'm paying $40 more than I was told. I proceeded to get my brakes taken care of and an oil change while I was there. I was told it wouldn't take more than an hour, but somehow I ended up sitting in the waiting area for over 2 hours. Finally got my car back and noticed less than 24 hours later that my brakes are making a grinding noise. I'm back to have them rectify the situation but had to take off work and I'm nowhere near impressed with their service or customer service. I have not had a single problem with my car until I brought it here. If you're considering this location, reconsider. Go somewhere else! Anywhere else!!! read more

Time for an oil change. Pulled up there were three young workers and no other customers. Extremely rude young person. Don't know yet if they are at fault, but the day after I went there my car stopped on the freeway, had to get towed, needs a new engine. Coincidence? read more

Always fast, friendly and curteous! Today when I mentioned I had forgotten my $5 off coupon at home, the gentleman checking me out gave me a $10 discount! read more
