The company just tried to milk customers by upselling and deceptive practice and subtle harassment. I went for a car inspection they said it failed because of old wiper blades and said its 29.99 to replace. I think it is ok but then when I try to pay its $29.99 per blade so the total is about $60. I think its a ripoff so I asked them to undo it. Obviously the tech guy was upset and said it would waste my time. I went out to a Walmart near by and bought a pair for $15, installed them and came back, expecting a quick recheck so the inspection would be completed. At that point, I was told they "didn't have time" to look at the wipers again and that I would need to come back another day for a full inspection. Checking wiper blades takes seconds, so this felt less about time and more about being penalized for not purchasing their overpriced parts. This is retaliatory gate keeping. It left a very bad impression. A state inspection should not be used as leverage to pressure customers into unnecessary or overpriced repairs. If you don't buy add-ons here, be prepared for pushback and inconvenience. read more

I thought I already posted this, but I have to say that this was a great experience. I expected the worst, but Dylan and his crew put things right quickly and inexpensively. Well done. read more

Dear Colombia Jiffy Lube Thank you for your moneymaking lies, stop trying to over-service women. Unfortunately you had a woman come in who just replaced 4 out of 6 of the issues herself that you say need servicing. Nice try, maybe try actually helping people next time. Will never be coming back and I'm telling my family to stop bringing the rest of our family here. They also were very confused when I asked for standard oil? Next time hire people that know conventional and standard mean the same thing... This is exactly why I only go to Take 5 where I can watch them work, and I get free coolant top offs and not a wimpy 15% off because they genuinely care. I also won't be getting my 50% off coupon ripped off. My total was $55 and then the total was $40 after? Okay anyways, do not recommend, they do NOT care about their people. Go to Take 5!! read more

Jiffy Lube - 4/6 items just recently replaced... - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Columbia, Missouri

I went to Jiffy Lube on a Sunday afternoon and they got me in and out in less than 10 minutes! I appreciated the friendliness of the staff, and their willingness to answer my questions. I went in for an oil change and all was good on that end. They aired up my tires without me asking and but I did them to look at another minor issue with my car and they provided me with ample recommendations and gave me a temporary solution, without charging me anything! Thank you very much to the Jiffy Lube staff! read more

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in any service industry. I called ahead of time to see if this location would repair glass rock chips and was told that they do as long as the rock chip wasn't too big. When I arrived at the location, I was greeted by a young man named Logan who immediately told me under no circumstances would they do any glasswork whatsoever. When I explained that I had called the location and asked the day before, Logan said that didn't matter and whoever I spoke to was wrong. I then overheard another technician telling Logan that he was the one who spoke to me and that he did tell me that. They then decided to tell me they wouldn't do it because there was "spidering". I was told to come in the bay to show them and Logan even confirmed there was no spidering. Then, Logan tells me they will not be repairing the chip because it was too small. I presented the $15 coupon from Jiffy Lubes website and was told they would not honor that coupon at their location. At this point, I just wanted to leave. Logan then tells me to go to his computer and fill out all my information myself if I wanted to leave or either go back inside. I have NEVER experienced this type of service/attitude/rudeness from ANY establishment. When I completed the survey, the manager from the same location called me and said he would not be allowing me to make the complaint to corporate and to "do whatever I needed to do". Absolutely horrible. read more

Sketchy AF. Clearly zero experience/training/supervision. Two days after 'oil change' vehicle engine light came on. Visited dealer and was advised oil level was dangerously low and engine was about to seize. Do not risk it. read more

It took 1.5 hours for an oil change. There was 1 person who's car had already been started before me me, they couldn't possibly be any slower. Over a 100$ for an oil change now?? GO TO THE DEALER!! It's faster and cheaper... read more

A friend referred me so I called yesterday for pricing of an oil change, the gentleman that answered, ask for the year, make & model of my vehicle. He priced the oil change at $46.89. Thought this was great so I went in today and ask again for pricing, this time I was quoted at $79.89 & possibly $89 + .. well this was not expected, so I kindly exited.. It would greatly help if the team employed here, had the same numbers, I really feel like the worker today, was trying to take advantage of me!! Thanks, no thanks!!! I do not recommend! read more

Horrible service. Horrible Management. They damaged my daughter's car. Then are refusing to hold up their part of the deal. Now it's going to cost me time and money. A major inconvenience because they can't stand by their word. Just bad experience all around. Would not recommend them to anyone. read more

The people are nice but first it took well over an hour and a half for me to finally get my oil changed, when there was literally only 1 person in front of me. I pulled up with the singular car in front of me and went to sit in the waiting room. before they even started the oil change that took an entire hour. The change itself took over 20 minutes. They also tried to sell me multiple different things and they just seem to not have any idea what's going on and are extremely slow working on the cars. Then the oil was extremely expensive compared to where I used to go. read more

I had my oil changed a few weeks ago at Jiffy Lube. The other day I turned my air conditioner on and it made a really weird noise. So I went back in today, and talked to the manager. I think his name is Jordan. Anyway, he took the filter out (behind the glove box) and discovered there were some acorns in there! Problem solved! I'm very impressed he took the time to look into what was causing the noise and fixing it! I'm going to be a returning customer!!!!!! read more

I had my 2021 Silverado Oil, Filter, and Fuel Filter changed at Jiffy as Chevy was booked for 2 weeks. Needed special oil for the oil change, so went to Chevy dealer to purchase these items. To change the oil was quoted at approximately $70. The fuel filter was an additional labor charge that they did not know in advance. Well 15 minutes later it was $60, so roughly $240 an hour. Expressed my unhappiness that fell on deaf ears. Service date 6.28.22, Work Order #2275, Invoice 9474665. FYI they do not post labor rates and for good reason read more

My normal oil change place had a 3-4 hour wait so I thought I'd try this Jiffy Lube. Called ahead and they said they weren't too busy. Got there and was greeted right away which was nice. Said they'd get me in in 15-20 minutes. Great! Liked the location connected to a gas station and there was plenty of room to sit. They had like 8 guys (mix of young and older guys). I was out in under 50 minutes. Not bad. The charges and lack of integrity is where they dropped the ball. I brought my own synthetic oil and new filter: still charged $35 to drain old and dump in new. My "coolant was low" so they topped it off for $6. I watched through the glass and the guy literally couldn't have poured an ounce out of a big, generic, watering can. $6. My KN air filter was dirty (and it was, as shown to me), so they offered to clean it and I accepted. $17 for a good hosing (3-5 minutes) and a few sprays of KN oil to renew the filter. $17. Here's the kicker. "You've got a dim-light out, we can replace it." I literally drive in the dark, nightly and hadn't noticed so I rejected the very expensive HID replacement. I went to get gas next door and checked the lights myself (high beam, low beam, fog, turn signals everything) and they all worked. Sketchy. Any shop can dump and fill fluids/oils. Don't overcharge and please have some integrity. read more

I had the best experience with the girl who works at the front desk. I think it's really cool that this company lets the employees express themselves with different colored hair! The girl was super nice and informative and the service was fast. The other girl who I assumed to be the manager works so hard and you can tell! Felt super comfortable going here because it was a predominantly female worked place! Will come here again! read more

This Jiffy Lube has replaced my headlight two different times when O Reilly's couldn't. Very fast and friendly people.

These guys were awesome. Friendly and polite they had me turned around in under 25 minutes. Daniel helped with a few question i had and didn't try to up sell with high pressure tactics. They even gave me a coupon to use. This will be my go to from now on. read more

Great customer service. My car battery died in the parking lot after filling up my tank and someone from Jiffy Lube came and jumped my car. He was very polite and helpful and would not accept a tip. Thanks for the help!! read more

Terrible place, terrible service. Not only did they take all but FIVE minutes to service my car, but they lost the caps to my tires when they refilled it with air. I will never come back again! read more

I put on a lot of miles, so I am here frequently. I would not go anywhere else. The location is convenient and easy to access. The manager is great at communicating what I need and what may be needed in the future, but is never pushy. It is usually a 15 minute process and they treat my vehicle with care and respect. read more

I've been going to this location for a couple of years now. I have never had anything but polite and professional service, always quick and communicating if there are going to be delays. In the most recent instance I brought my wife's car in for an oil change and the mechanic diagnosed a serious issue with the oil system in the car, told me to take it to a full service mechanic, and didn't charge me as they said "We just looked at it and topped off your fluids." Simply outstanding, and staffed by people who actually care about what they do and the people they provide service for. Cannot recommend enough. read more

Fast, friendly and in informative. I was the only car there with 3 employees. They all chipped in to get me back on the road in 20 minutes! I will be back! read more

I got our van's oil changed at Jiffy Lube a few weeks ago. We noticed it's been leaking oil since then. I took it back in to the same jiffy lube and had them check it out. After waiting about 30 minutes, The manager told me it looked to be transmission fluid, not oil. I took the van home. We spent a few hours trying to get ahold of our dealership/trying to figure out our warranty. Husband takes van to dealership and waits. The service person says it IS oil and it's due to a cracked oil housing unit from over tightening (the person who changed our oil, obviously). Not covered under warranty. $776 to replace. I call jiffy lube back- we have to take it to their people and they can't fix it until Monday (we leave for the lake Monday!). We said our dealership could fix it now- jiffy lube said we'd have to pay out of pocket and wait weeks for a reimbursement check if we went that route. I am beyond unhappy. How does a manager of an oil change place not know what oil looks like? We've wasted hours at this point and we can't drive our van. I am ridiculously unimpressed with jiffy lube and their lack of precision, professionalism, and efficiency in fixing the problem they created. I will never let another jiffy lube service person touch one of our vehicles! The manager also informed us this was a "common" issue... as if negligence is tolerated there? Come on! read more

I've always had wonderful service at every Jiffy Lube I've been to. As someone who doesn't know much about cars, they never try to scam me with unneeded services and charges. I've never been there longer than 30minutes, and they are the friendliest people. read more
