We stood there waiting -- and waiting -- while we could literally see employees working inside the garage, yet we were completely ignored. After many minutes of being treated like we didn't exist, I knocked on the garage door. Still nothing. Eventually I opened the door myself and a man working on a car finally looked at us. When I mentioned that I wasn't sure if he knew we were out front, he tersely replied, "Yes, I knew. What can I do for you?" When I said we wanted to rent a U-Haul, he looked annoyed and said we would have to wait 30 minutes -- no apology, no explanation, just blatant irritation that we even asked for help. We left and went to another U-Haul location where we were treated respectfully and professionally. This experience was rude, unwelcoming, and completely unacceptable.
