The team was attentive, courteous, fast, and professional--and made the entire experience a pleasure. Hayden and AJ took excellent care of me and my car. They explained everything, offered water and coffee three times, checked all my lights, and showed me my air filter. I especially appreciated their honesty: it didn't need replacing, and they explained when it likely would. They also checked and adjusted my tire pressure and walked me through the information on the sticker inside the driver's door jamb. I got an oil change AND a helpful car-care lesson, all while comfortably sitting in my car! The manager, Rueben, even came out to introduce himself and thank me for choosing them. That personal touch really made me feel valued. And the restroom? Immaculate! I never thought I'd say I enjoyed an oil change, but this team made it happen! If you're looking for friendly, honest, efficient service that makes you feel welcome, give them a try. Five stars all the way!

The alternator was extremely stubborn to remove, and this repair ended up taking closer to 4 hours. What impressed me most was his persistence. He kept working through the difficulty rather than rushing the job or giving up. By the time he finished, it was well into the dark, and he was still there making sure the repair was completed properly. I also appreciated that he was willing to work with the parts I provided and was transparent about the work being performed. He didn't make me feel rushed, and he stayed focused on getting the vehicle repaired. That kind of dedication is hard to find. When a repair doesn't go exactly as planned, you want someone who is willing to put in the extra time and effort to get the job done right.
