I went there to have a specific mechanical problem they said the fix yet proceeded to repair and replace something that entirely diggerent. The morning after my wheels were making weird noise (clacking). By the time I left work I couldn't drive faster than 30mph without all of my tires shaking so bad I was terrified they were going to fly off my car. I called around and no one could see me (I live 35 minutes north of Ironbridge and I knew I couldn't drive 30mph back home (it would take forever) I went to express oil change down the street from them and they told me it was extra grease put on when the brakes were changed. I didn't believe that was the reason. FINALLY, NTB answered the phone and the manager (unfortunately I cannot remember her name) asked me to come in right at that moment. After looking at my car they realized the other company FORGOT to tighten my wheels back in and they were finger tightened... They quite literally saved my life. I felt relieved it was fixed but I also felt comfortable there and will be returning!

If you need an honest mechanic in town, you need to call Mr. Kweleme. My vehicle wasn't feeling…read morethe same after it was serviced. I had it looked at by three different mechanics in Richmond area. All gave me a list of things that needs replaced. Each one's list was different things to be replaced. None of their suggestions sounded right to me. After looking on Yelp I found Mr. Kweleme. Mr. Kweleme replaced two of my vehicle's spark plugs and changed the engine oil and it fixed the issue. I also asked his opinion on the other things mentioned by the previous mechanics, and except one thing, everything else that was told by other mechanics was not necessary. Mr. Kweleme confirmed those parts are in good condition and explained why he thinks they need no replacement. I think Mr. Kweleme is also charges resonably. Thank you Mr. Kweleme!
