What a great bunch of human beings and hard workers. You will have fun with them. They CARE about you and your vehicle and it is apparent. There is no reason to go anywhere else. I think they had to be stoned. I watched a guy methodically fold paper towel to clean the windshield on the car in front of me. You would think he was difussing a bomb. They seemed to finish. Put her hood down and she sat there another 15 minutes. Everyone was walking like they were sedated. I eventually backed out and went to Valvaline after sitting there watching them for 25 minutes. So I've been to this Jiffy Lube several times mainly due to the fact that I usually get it done at Walmart because it's cheaper but I've had a few unpleasant experiences at Walmart. Every time I come, the service is very fast. I've been in the day and at night. Recently when I went for an oil change, due to Covid, they have wait in your car service. Now I know you're probably thinking, "sit in my car while it's not running in Florida heat?" They have a huge air conditioner that they stick in your back window to keep things cool while you wait. I thought that was really cool. I actually would've preferred this on prior visits as the waiting room gets a little lonely. You won't be waiting long though since they are so quick. I think the little sticker they put in my window usually has a gap of about 6000 miles and I genuinely feel like my car starts acting up at around 3000 miles which is usually what Walmart puts on their stickers, so I tend to get oil changes more frequent. I don't like my car feeling sluggish at around 4000 miles. I didn't feel like I was being upsold. They usually simply ask whether or not I want a certain service or not and I tell them yes or no. They have never said you should get this done rather than do you want this service. And I like that. They aren't the cheapest place around for a oil change but they're good if you need to have an oil change done. read more

One of the worst decisions I've made: So on Friday, I decided to take my car to Jiffy Lube because I was heading to Georgia the following morning and Tampa Honda had already closed. I wanted to ensure a reliable ride to and from Georgia. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. To my surprise, when I gained possession of my car, I was able to drive approximately 5 to 10 miles before my dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree ! My car also wouldn't accelerate over 9mph. I immediately pulled over and called Michael and another worker from jiffy Lube who met me at a nearby store. I spent approximately 2 additional hours waiting on them to figure out the errors they needed to correct from the services they provided. Fast forward, 2 hours later my car seemed to be performing to its expectations. However, that changed quickly, after taking possession of my car for the 2nd time and driving approximately 10 miles, it reverted and began to perform poorly as it did prior. I had one of the most MISERABLE drives at 9mph trying to get to Tampa Honda. There was no way I could've made it home, because I live in the Spring Hill area. So finally, I made it to Tampa Honda around 1am. and left my car and took a 50.00 Uber home. The next morning, I had to Uber back to Tampa Honda to have a diagnostic completed on the car. The result, of that diagnostic is that the 3 spark plugs that were replaced were not the correct spark plugs for the car and the 4th spark plug was indeed one of my old spark plugs. Another service rendered was tire rotation and rear brakes. Read below to see the corrections Tampa Honda had to provide for this service. Now after taking to the GM. Freddy. He stated that they do not reimburse for share rides but it's THEIR fault I was without my car. Also, they only reimburse 33.00 per day for a rental car. Now please let me know where I would find a rental car for 33.00 per day and furthermore, why am I being held FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE for JIFFY LUBE's incompetency in a minor tune up and inconveniencing me? Finally, they will NOT pay Tampa Honda for a service rendered in FIXING THEIR MISTAKE which I was Forced to pay out money to have my car fixed. This is ridiculous to charge me over 1400 dollars, inconvenience me, and not properly fix my car. Pictures and videos will be posted below. For the record, I give zero stars!! I had to TAKE MY CAR BACK TO TAMPA HONDA to get my brakes replaced, because aftermarket brakes were put on my car causing it to make a really loud rotational noises from the rear brakes! Tampa Honda has again fixed another error caused by Jiffy Lube costing me an additional 506.73. In the process of changing the rotors and pads, it was noted the right rear stud was damaged due to cross threading. Replacing the right stud cost me 288.89. Again, I didn't have ANY PROBLEMS with my car before taking it to Jiffy Lube. I take very good care of my car and have the necessary paperwork as proof. Jiffy Lube has stated that I AM INDEED FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR MISHANDLING OF MY VEHICLE. Jiffy Lube will not pay the additional out of pocket money that I had to pay Honda. I wouldn't be in a situation where I was forced to pay additional money out of pocket if Jiffy Lube would have properly serviced my vehicle. After paying Jiffy Lube over 1400 dollars, I still had to come out of pocket an additional 1557.00 to pay Honda, Uber, and for a rental car! Tyler, the district manager called to say they could pay me 33.00 for the rental, and what they charged me for the repairs, but want me to bring their parts back! I stay in Spring Hill. Therefore, that's a drive. They said nothing about reimbursement for my time, miles, and gas! It's zero stars for me! I will add the pictures below! So jiffy lube responded back to my google review and asked me to call them. However, when I CALLED NUMEROUS TIMES, my call WAS SENT TO VOICEMAIL. The only communication I had with the number I was requested to call was VIA TEXT, to inform me the information I forwarded to them will be redirected to the Tampa office! You have to be kidding me! He added a cleaner I didn't ask for, stripped my oil plug and added it to my bill! and at the end said someone else stripped it. All lies! Ending up at $90 for a regular oil change! I usually read reviews before I go into any type of service, but I was craving chick fil a and they were right next door so I thought, "lunch and an oil change?! Let's do this!" I rolled up and was asked what oil I usually take... "ummm normal? I don't know different oils. Maybe I should know this... note to self" I asked if they could look it up, and they did and then they went to work. They then came over and listed a series of things my car needed in addition to the oil change and the cost would be over $500. I went to have my spark plugs changed, they changed them, but 2 days later my car was towed to my dealer for overheating. when the dealer looked my car over they recommended spark plugs, when I told them they had been replaced 2 days prior they stated my car had a valve cover leak and my spark plugs had oil in them, something I wasn't told by jiffy lube. I always receive coupons in the mail for jiffy lube which is one reason I go there. Typically the service is fine. I like that I can stay in my car, the oil change is quick, I don't usually wait long, and with the coupons it's not too bad. The workers are usually friendly, get to the point and of course they try to get you to include a bunch of other services but if you say no, they leave you alone. Unfortunately that was not the case yesterday with this one worker. From the beginning he was joking too much and I did the short polite laugh at first but then I was just answering his questions and saying no to the recommendations for additional services. He said I should replace my brakes right this minute because they're bad, I said I actually have a mechanic that does a lot of work on my car and I'll let him know and he then responds by saying, why don't I let my mechanic do my oil change then but quickly said, just kidding. I was already getting irritated. He then proceeded to say something to the effect that my mechanic is a slop but again, he said just kidding. The topper was when finally it was time to pay and get the heck away from this dude, he says to me, "are you paying with cash, card, or EBT (food stamp card)? I said "excuse me?!" But of course he says yes joking, he wishes he had an EBT card because he's hungry. Now I'm a black woman and to imply that I have an EBT card and that I'd be here paying for an oil change with that is disrespectful and absurd. We are not "homies." I'm utilizing a business and paying my money and should be treated with respect and not offensive, racist, disrespectful jokes. And yes he was a Caucasian man. I guarantee that he would not have made those same jokes to a white man in a suit. Treat all of your customers with respect, I'm not your homegirl. I was proud of myself for not going off on him but honestly I was so shocked, I really had no words and once I processed what happened, I was really upset. So I went to Jiffy Lube with a Groupon 64$ full synthetic Saturday. I purchased a Groupon for my cousin who drove from Texas trying to get to her dying mother in Virginia ,manager told me the Groupon machine was broken to which I responded what is a Groupon machine? We were the only customers there but there was a full staff of 4 employees with zero customers- then the manager said the Internet was down then they said they couldn't do the oil change because the bolts stripped then they said we will call Seffner location and maybe they can take your Groupon . If the Internet was down then that meant you could not take any customer because they would have to issue payment so I politely refused there excuses and sat there and said I want my oil change and it wasn't even my car my cousin was trying to get home to her dying mother in Virginia ,long story short she made it to Vero Beach and had to take her vehicle to the Mazda dealership and they said it was a bolt and drain plug which Jiffy Lube could have fixed on the spot this is now cost tons of money and it's all due to maybe be a resentment about a Groupon sad. I thought coupons were meant to bring business in and not scare business away safe to say Jiffy Lube will not get anybody's business and whatever you do don't buy a Groupon or go to Jiffy Lube. read more

I was very impressed with the service I experienced here. I took my car in to get an oil change with synthetic oil and also got a fuel system clean and new air filters. Jamie helped me. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, providing me with five star service. The entire staff here was helpful and friendly. I felt very well taken care of. I highly recommend this establishment. They all went above and beyond in customer service!! Even provided references of where to go to get a tune -up. They don't provide this service or I would get it done here as well. read more

Absolutely the worst. Went in for an oil change while on vacation, they up selled us by saying we needed a transmission fluid change. They used a " universal fluid" instead of what is required for my Ford F-150 and my car transmission was slipping fr gear 3-4. After speaking w a friend mechanic they told me to go back and get it drained and put in the required fluid. It could have ruined my whole transmission! We bought the proper fluid and had them do this luckily we were OK. They said they would be sending us a refund check of $100 even though we spent about $80 purchasing oil to put in the transmission on our own. The check never came in mail and never admitted fault. They broke a part, causing several hundred $ worth of damage and refuse to take any responsibility, saying the part was already broken. The dealer determined otherwise. We were expecting it to be cheap but I understand because we went an extra few miles than we were supposed too. They tired say his lights were out which they weren't. He asked what kind of oil I wanted, I told him I wasn't sure, he then handed me a clip board and asked me to pick a service and fill out the bottom of the page, then walked away, instead of helping choose what was the best effective option. He then later came in with filters from my car stating how dirty they were and recommended that I replace them. I stated, I would do it at a later date. I literally just purchased my vehicle, they weren't THAT bad. He then turned around and flung the door open as if he was annoyed with my response.
