extremely nice and helpful. did everything to help me since my baby was crying. did an excellent job on my truck

Won't take no on an add on service for an answer and the manager will lie about what is actually wrong and the seriousness of the issue to pressure you to add it on. Disappointing to know they will take advantage of elderly customers. read more

didn't do the maintenance that comes with the oil change, but acted like they did! feel like they get mad if they don't convince you for an upsell!! not a good place to go. very uncomfortable read more

Bad Customer service experience with a female employee. I left without any service done. Needs better training.

Quick, Easy & Outstanding Service! Had an excellent experience at Jiffy Lube today! From start to finish, Jimmy and Brianna delivered amazing customer service friendly, informative, and professional. They walked me through everything without rushing, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood the services being done. Compared to my last visit at a different auto shop (where I got the bare minimum and zero explanation), this was a huge upgrade. I really appreciated the transparency and care. It felt like they genuinely wanted to help not just push me through the line. If you're looking for a quick oil change with great customer service and no guesswork, this Jiffy Lube location is where it's at. I'll definitely be back! read more

Came in this morning not knowing what the issue was. Brianna helped diagnose what was wrong, fix the issue, and had me on my way. It was so quick and simple (thankfully) and she was so knowledgeable and helpful! She really made my morning and put my mind at ease. Thank you Brianna+ Jiffy lube team!! read more

Had an oil change this morning. The crew was very, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. It was a good experience.

Came in for an oil change Saturday morning, I left with a much better running car. They pointed out important things I had neglected, Transmission fluid change, the fluid was black, Car filter, air filter, Air is much colder now, windshield wipers. These are things we can penny pinch on that will cost you more money in the long run. It was quick and reasonable priced. Look nobody likes to spend money but money wisely spent is a good investment. They were friendly and understood that I had a budget and worked with me, Thank you! read more

Went to jiffy lube on the 23rd of april and on the 29th my car wouldn't start. I had my private mechanic come to my house and look at my car and he informed I have no oil in my car. and it's impossible for me to have had an oil change. so I called the location where I was serviced and they sent out guys to come look at my car and they proceeded to add more oil. FYI I have no oil in my drive way so that mean I have no leaks. After adding oil my car still won't start. so I had to pay to get it towed to there lantana location to get it checked by a third party. He did the inspection and they refuse to give me my keys to my vehicle I had to pretend like I'm calling the police for them to rush and give me my keys. All they kept doing was giving me the run arounds to give me any information regarding my car. They told me i was going to be provided a copy of the diagnoses of the inspection and it's the 4th of May and they are now telling me that I have to wait on corporate to call me back. read more

Went to Jiffy Lube this morning for my oil change Pedro and his crew were awesome. I got in an out with an oil change flushed my coolant a very professional staff helpful with suggestions on all-around good experience hats off to the guys at Jiffy Lube. Thank you. read more

They have Groupons but still charge you 30-40 extra and don't explain it. Car took 5.9 quarts so I'm paying 33 for one quart? Insane

Stopped by during my commute home, hoping to get a quick oil change that I've been putting off for too long. I was not dissapointed! They had me in and out in 10 minutes. Given, this was the day after the hurricane so there was no one else there, but I'm thankful they were open and acted extremely efficiently and professional. they even hooked me up with a 20 dollar coupon, so extra points there. read more

We dealt with Karen one of the service managers and she was wonderful!!!!! She knew her business and gave us incredible service and gave us confidence that we would come back to her from now on. Everyone was polite, concerned and professional. We live in Delray but I think I will use this one that's in Boynton. Hats off to good management and Staff. read more

Called my neighborhood, Jiffy Lube that I've been to many times as they are a great spot. Ask them about my Groupon that I had saw, they informed me not to buy the Groupon that they would price match in House. After getting a different story from each of the four employees, I was charged in additional amount of money for no reason that they could explain whatsoever. Very bait and switch. This will be the last time that I visit Jiffy Lube with any of mine or our fleet vehicles. read more

We have taken all of our vehicles here to be serviced for several years now. The staff has always been courteous and efficient. A special shout out to Lamar for his efficiency... we were in and out in less than 30 minutes today 8/5/2023. Thanks! read more

I came to this Jiffy Lube to get my oil change with my friend. He got charged but their system kept showing that he didn't. We had to called his bank so he wouldn't have to get charged twice. It was a very stressful and annoying situation because his bank shows the charge and their system apparently doesn't. I had issues with them in the past, in regards to customer service, but after this issue I won't be coming back to this place. read more

Bait and switch. Prior to service I was told an oil change was $89 plus tax. After oil change price was $129 which included $4.83 sales tax. There were around $40 in junk fees added to the bill. My disagreement with the charges only brought a threatening atmospher. I am a Senior Citizen and over matched by 5 or 6 young mechanics. Do what you may, but I sure as heck won't be returning! read more

Waited in line for 1.5 hours and didn't move one bit..... cars that arrived after me were pulling out completed before my truck was touched. I end up leaving.... I've been going here for years, but I'm going to go somewhere else, service has gotten worse Over the years. read more

OVERPRICED! Jiffy Lube charged me way too much for an oil change.

UPSALE for an engine filter. Since I bought a Groupon for oil change $24.99 I agreed. Total was $139.00 plus the Groupon cost. The girl working had some lame explanation as to why they ripped me off. Buyer beware. This place won't accept coupons even tho it's clearly labeled "synthetic oil blend" on the detail/included services. read more

Talking, and walking around not being considerate that there are multiple cars waiting. 3 cars went before me and left as I've been waiting for an hour before getting taken care of. No one even asked me what service I needed or came up to my car for about 45 mins after I got there. read more

Critical: Professionalism, Quality Do not go to this location, they are a bunch of crooks. I brought my car in for an oil change and an air filter. I don't know what kind of oil they used but the oil did not last not even six weeks. The air filter they did not put into my car. I guess somebody else wanted it and took it home. They could've blown out my engine. They refused to give me a refund on the $120 that they charge me for this nonsense. I guess it's because I'm a woman they figure they can take advantage. There is video proof that they did not put in the air filter but there's also video proof that they put in oil that probably is not the oil I paid for. There should be a criminal investigation on this place because I'm sure I'm not the only person that they've done this to . read more

I came here because it was time to get the oil changed and drive back to NY. Do yourself a favor and find a coupon before you go here, otherwise you will be paying a bit more. Another thing you might wanna do is come here midweek or really early on the weekend. The wait is 15 minutes per car, which isn't bad, however they only have 3 car ports and if there is a 5 car wait it adds up. So do the math or call ahead to find out the wait. When I came I was next and didn't wait at all. I liked the fact that they did not push any services to be done. They just asked and when I told them no they just left it at that. Another added bonus is that there are Free Donuts & Coffee while you wait, TV to keep you occupied and a Clean bathroom inside. I had a very quick and good experience in this location. Keep in mind that they are only good for oil and filer. Don't look for much else here. read more

After a lengthy road trip I went here with no appointment. Car was promptly serviced. I stayed in car and they had cool air hose that you could enjoy even though engine was off. Nice people. Well run. read more

Lied about wait times. Turned into over one hour wait. Then kept making excuses. Lousy service.

This place is on their "A" game. Dylan the technician took his time and even asked what tire pressure I preferred Checked my battery. Checked filters and fluid levels. He was ver diligent in checking everything as I am watching from inside my truck as this service is taking place. 5 stars Dylan! Great job! The new store Manager Carl was very informative of any service that would be coming up or due. Very pleasant experience and I will be back again! read more

If Karen wasn't there I'd have given a 1star. Lots of hidden costs. Coupons didn't matter much as the once advertised too off of fluids and other services don't come included in your highly expensive services. I have lost faith that they are willing to be honest and trustworthy. No one told me or asked if the prices were reasonable and and If I agreed to pay them I'd have gone elsewhere had they. Highly disappointed in this location, the manager couldn't give a ***t about my dissatisfaction and only seemed concerned about how much they could get me for which was the highest amount I'd ever paid for an oil change. Run, there are plenty of other local shops that would be happy to do what they say they will. read more

What a great team, I was in and out within 30 minutes..didn't even have to get out of the car ! Customer service is 5 plus!!!

I had the pleasure of meeting Karen and Lamar who initially helped me with my oil change. Not only was my visit quick and efficient, but I received an education about the care of my car. I was so impressed. I then met Ashley and the the head boss( forgot his name) who actually took time out to talk with me. Who does that these days?? I must say I was also impressed with the fact that women were in supervisory positions. I will see you again in 7500 miles!!! Thanks again. read more

Waiting for my service wasn't at all a problem since I was able to remain inside my car for the oil change. The employees are very polite & friendly and Eddie was really superb with my service as well & I simply HAD to share how great this Jiffy Lube is!!!! I will be teturning‼ read more

Jeremiah and Ashley was kind and quick to help me! I truly appreciate the help!

So my normal place was closed early for some reason on Saturday where I pay $34 usually for a standard oil change! This was the closest place to my house, so I figured why not! Dropped my car off to the attendant, came back quickly because they finished fast (only good thing here) and they handed me a bill for $88 Like wow, what did they put in my car?!?!? Never again!!!! read more

This place is a rip off. I used my $20 Groupon that ended up costing me $107. They told me I needed a new engine filter at 10k miles, my 2018 car has under 20k. I should have said no, because according to the vehicle manufacturers website my car was NOT in need of one. Go to Tires Plus, they won't rip you off or sell you things you don't need. read more

Fuck you guys. I sent my wife here for an oil change, I forgot to warn her about your bullshit upsells. $40 for a $15 air filter. $23 for battery corrosion (its called fucking club soda) and $10 for oil system cleaner on a car with 24k miles. Go fuck yourselves. How do you sleep ripping off people that may not know any better. Last time this house visits any bendover lude ever. read more

Over priced. Long wait times. The same service can be done at Firestone, Good year or Apex for half the price.

Staff was super helpful and knowledgeable. Made my oil change a breeze. Sam is awesome!!!! He is very friendly and helpful.

Called them to see if they had my battery in stock, and they said yes. Came right over and they took care of it right away. Pedro the manger made sure everything was taken care of so I could get in and out as soon as possible. And the entire team there was very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this place !!!! read more

Been here twice so far, they take care of me quickly. They give you a discount of you mention Groupon, they rather give a little then get hit with that Groupon. Not that pushy to upsell those paper filters and gets you out. Sometimes really busy get there early read more

Wen yesterday at opening. They were super fast. I was out in 15 minutes! I found a $15 coupon online, so it was only $30.
