Had an oil change this morning. The crew was very, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. It was a good experience.

Went to jiffy lube on the 23rd of april and on the 29th my car wouldn't start. I had my private mechanic come to my house and look at my car and he informed I have no oil in my car. and it's impossible for me to have had an oil change. so I called the location where I was serviced and they sent out guys to come look at my car and they proceeded to add more oil. FYI I have no oil in my drive way so that mean I have no leaks. After adding oil my car still won't start. so I had to pay to get it towed to there lantana location to get it checked by a third party. He did the inspection and they refuse to give me my keys to my vehicle I had to pretend like I'm calling the police for them to rush and give me my keys. All they kept doing was giving me the run arounds to give me any information regarding my car. They told me i was going to be provided a copy of the diagnoses of the inspection and it's the 4th of May and they are now telling me that I have to wait on corporate to call me back. read more

Quick, Easy & Outstanding Service! Had an excellent experience at Jiffy Lube today! From start to finish, Jimmy and Brianna delivered amazing customer service friendly, informative, and professional. They walked me through everything without rushing, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood the services being done. Came in for an oil change Saturday morning, I left with a much better running car. They pointed out important things I had neglected, Transmission fluid change, the fluid was black, Car filter, air filter, Air is much colder now, windshield wipers. These are things we can penny pinch on that will cost you more money in the long run. It was quick and reasonable priced. Look nobody likes to spend money but money wisely spent is a good investment. Stopped by during my commute home, hoping to get a quick oil change that I've been putting off for too long. I was not dissapointed! They had me in and out in 10 minutes. Given, this was the day after the hurricane so there was no one else there, but I'm thankful they were open and acted extremely efficiently and professional. they even hooked me up with a 20 dollar coupon, so extra points there. read more

Called my neighborhood, Jiffy Lube that I've been to many times as they are a great spot. Ask them about my Groupon that I had saw, they informed me not to buy the Groupon that they would price match in House. After getting a different story from each of the four employees, I was charged in additional amount of money for no reason that they could explain whatsoever. Very bait and switch. This will be the last time that I visit Jiffy Lube with any of mine or our fleet vehicles. read more

Bait and switch. Prior to service I was told an oil change was $89 plus tax. After oil change price was $129 which included $4.83 sales tax. There were around $40 in junk fees added to the bill. My disagreement with the charges only brought a threatening atmospher. I am a Senior Citizen and over matched by 5 or 6 young mechanics. I came to this Jiffy Lube to get my oil change with my friend. He got charged but their system kept showing that he didn't. We had to called his bank so he wouldn't have to get charged twice. It was a very stressful and annoying situation because his bank shows the charge and their system apparently doesn't. I had issues with them in the past, in regards to customer service, but after this issue I won't be coming back to this place. read more

If Karen wasn't there I'd have given a 1star. Lots of hidden costs. Coupons didn't matter much as the once advertised too off of fluids and other services don't come included in your highly expensive services. I have lost faith that they are willing to be honest and trustworthy. No one told me or asked if the prices were reasonable and and If I agreed to pay them I'd have gone elsewhere had they. Highly disappointed in this location, the manager couldn't give a ***t about my dissatisfaction and only seemed concerned about how much they could get me for which was the highest amount I'd ever paid for an oil change. Critical: Professionalism, Quality Do not go to this location, they are a bunch of crooks. I brought my car in for an oil change and an air filter. I don't know what kind of oil they used but the oil did not last not even six weeks. The air filter they did not put into my car. I guess somebody else wanted it and took it home. They could've blown out my engine. They refused to give me a refund on the $120 that they charge me for this nonsense. I guess it's because I'm a woman they figure they can take advantage. There is video proof that they did not put in the air filter but there's also video proof that they put in oil that probably is not the oil I paid for. This place is on their "A" game. Dylan the technician took his time and even asked what tire pressure I preferred Checked my battery. Checked filters and fluid levels. He was ver diligent in checking everything as I am watching from inside my truck as this service is taking place. 5 stars Dylan! Great job! I came here because it was time to get the oil changed and drive back to NY. Do yourself a favor and find a coupon before you go here, otherwise you will be paying a bit more. Another thing you might wanna do is come here midweek or really early on the weekend. The wait is 15 minutes per car, which isn't bad, however they only have 3 car ports and if there is a 5 car wait it adds up. So do the math or call ahead to find out the wait. When I came I was next and didn't wait at all. I liked the fact that they did not push any services to be done. They just asked and when I told them no they just left it at that. Another added bonus is that there are Free Donuts & Coffee while you wait, TV to keep you occupied and a Clean bathroom inside. I had a very quick and good experience in this location. Keep in mind that they are only good for oil and filer. Don't look for much else here. read more

My 2018 Honda Accord has 31k miles. I took it to get a basic oil change. I told the gentleman that first approached me I wanted a basic oil change & that I had a coupon. I asked if I needed synthetic oil & he said he would check. Karen comes over & stated to me, you want the full synthetic oil. My fault, I never asked how much that would be but was SHOCKED to end up with a $126.95 oil change. They call it a Signature Service. I looked on their website & there is no pricing but there is a list of all of the services that should be performed. I can assure you they were not as I was in my car the entire time. They also never showed me the oil stick once the oil was changed which is something I've always experienced when getting oil changes. I am so disappointed that they did not disclose my options or the details including pricing. Again lesson learned for me but I would not recommend this company to anyone. Karen did try to make me feel special by saying she had a better coupon for me, $20 off bringing the total down to $113.74. All seems so underhanded and dishonest. read more

I went last minute to the Boynton Beach location right before they were going to close and they took me in with a smile. The guys went above and beyond my customer service expectations. They were helpful, knowledgeable and informative. Terry was the one who took care of me from the beginning. He was kind and welcoming. He definitely cares for his customers and his work shows.... Rohan, Sam and Welly also stepped in and they had great energy and worked well together. This location is the definition of TEAMWORK... I paid about $100 for a full synthetic oil change and I suddenly developed an oil leak on my clean garage floor. I immediately returned to JL remedy the situation. I watched the tech checking nervously, hands shaking, while the manager refused to let me see. They claimed there was no sign of a leak. My car continued to leak, so I brought it to an auto shop. The new shop informed me that my drain plug was leaking the oil (I guess nobody wiped it clean this time, so they saw the leak). I returned to JL with this news. Now, a different manager, I was told that the drain plug was never tightened properly with a special wrench and that it was now fine after they looked at it...my 3rd time there. As of now, no more leaks. They did not give me any reimbursement for lost oil or lost time. Very poor business. read more
