The guys are friendly enough. Not sure how I like the drive in service but due to Covid, I understand and support the process. I like the speed and ease of going to Jiffy Lube but they are definitely not the most economical. I really liked that they didn't try to upswell me on additional services as I was these just to get an oil change. Once the oil change was done I wish they would have reset my computer to show my oil after the change was at 100%. Overall a good experience. Thank you. read more

Leaving a bad review for their manager, George. My car's battery was completely dead in an adjacent parking lot literally 20 feet away. Asked the guy if they could please help at least jump start the car to at least then pull into the service bay and have it checked / replaced as I would have gladly paid anything to just get it going Dude did not give two shits, and left us there to wait over 3 hours for AAA while they had barely any customers. Can't believe people exist like this, but ah well. Don't give them your money since they clearly won't help out anyone with actual car issues. read more

My car was a little low on the tire pressure and they made sure to top this off, saving me some time in this bitter cold weather! With the current COVID-19 situation I felt a little uneasy about going to get my oil changed. However, Dakota and the young man working there took time to explain to me all the measures they are taking to keep customers safe. I didn't have to get out of my car and they never entered it. They showed me how to reset the internal oil indicator. they took time to ask about my day and answered all my questions. They serviced my car within minutes and showed me my air filter and oil stick. By the end of my visit I felt safe and well taken care of. I don't go there anymore. One location in Omaha, years ago, left my oil cap off, resulting in oil everywhere under the hood. Luckily, my oil cap was still sitting on top of the engine when I got home. Their compensation, one free oil change. This location once left a spark plug removal tool on top of my engine, which luckily didn't get in my fan. I can't prove it, but I believe it to be true (since they were the only ones that had been doing my oil changes for years prior), screwed the oil plug on the pan so tightly that it stripped the pan, causing a leak. Luckily, my dealer was able to put in a slightly oversized plug with rubber sealer, and it worked. Had it not, I would have been faced with a new oil pan and plug for $500+ dollars. I strongly recommend you go elsewhere. read more

Quick oil change. Employees were curious. No issues there. Only real inconvenience i had was there lift wasn't able to lift my truck to change my tires. My truck is all stock, but their lift just isn't compatible with my vehicle. They did recommend a place to take my truck to to get the tires swapped. But all in all; easy for a quick oil change. This Jiffy Lube has a sign at the counter asking customers to write Yelp and Google reviews. Well, you ask for it, you get it. Bottom line: First impressions are lasting impressions, and my first impression was that it was my last visit to this place. It was like a very long clown show, only not funny or entertaining at all. I was very unimpressed and won't be back. Long version: My normal place in Millard gets me in/out in under 30 minutes. I had the silly idea that I could get my oil changed at Jiffy Lube during my lunch hour and still have time to grab some McDonald's or something on the way back to work. Wrong. Thank God I beat the rush. I pulled in and was greeted within 30 seconds. The employee asked was brought me in and I said I just needed an oil change, nothing else. He escorted me into the building where I watched two vehicles sit in the bays for 15-20 minutes, with little-to-no activity on either of them. Finally my truck was driven into the bay and it sat. And sat. It sat for a solid 20-30 minutes with not a drop of oil being put into it. Around that time an employee came in and spent 5 minutes trying to sell me all sorts of products/services I didn't want or need: -[shows me computer screen] "Do you do any of these types of driving?" [city, highway, mountains, desert, stop/go, towing, fast, slow, etc., etc.]. Anyone who drives a vehicle does at least one type of all those options, but it's just a ploy to up-sell more expensive oil. He offered me the "best" oil for $114! This is no V-12 Ferrari, it's a pickup truck in good shape; put down the crack pipe, dude! -A tire rotation for $22 (I get it done for free at Costco). -Differential or gear box or something service. Again, I just want an oil change, that's all. -And then he spent far too long telling me that they cleaned my windows and put air in my tires to 35psi (don't care, I came for an oil change, and the windows were pretty clean). I had to repeat, for the 3rd time, that I just wanted an oil change, nothing more, nothing less. The guy promised my truck would be done in the next 5-10 minutes. However, 20 minutes later they finally got around to closing my hood. And checked me out 5-10 minutes after that. I was there for over an hour. I observed at least 4 or 5 employees there, yet it looked like only 2 were doing work. One was out running errands. Not sure what the others were doing, but they weren't cranking out oil changes. The same guy checking people out was also working in the bays. I don't want an apology or explanation or incentive to come back. You asked for feedback and you're getting it. You reinforced that my usual oil change joint is faster, better service, cheaper, and doesn't try to up-sell me crap...which pisses me off. I shouldn't have to tell your people three (3) times that I just want an oil change. And I shouldn't have to sit and watch my truck sit in a bay for a total of nearly an hour. read more

They got me in and out pretty quickly and the first few times I went there the service was great. The last time, my car made a weird noise consistently after leaving and I took it to my cousin, a mechanic, and a knob had been busted off inside my vehicle. He told me the only way this could have happened was by someone doing an oil change who didn't know what they were doing and pulled too hard on the knob, thinking it was where the oil was. Now I admittedly know nothing about cars, but he assured me it had to have been when I got the oil change, especially since that was when the noise started. Jiffy Lube refused to take any responsibility for it. My cousin fixed it for cost, $75, but told me it would have cost probably about $150 at a mechanic I didn't know/wasn't related to. Employees are pleasant enough, but not honest. Slow, slow, slow! During my hour wait for one car in front of me, in their lobby while trying to tune out the Rated R movie that was playing on their TV, I overheard an employee trying to up sell windshield wipers. They told the customer that they would replace their wipers for $30 a pair for the "really good ones which are $30 a piece anywhere else." BS flag immediately went up. You could spend $30 ea. on Bosch if you had the longest ones. Couldn't find any Bosch in this store. If you can't trust the management, can you trust the work that is being done on something as important as your car? read more

I have had a really hard day today and this place mad it better I got jipped by a dealership with my oil change and radiator flush. But anyway jhardy was very helpful and knowledgeable even being a young man. He was very respectful when addressing me and gave me the honest truth which for me is hard to find with a mechanic. I got an engine flush and a radiator flush and oil change and a new filter. And they had it done correctly and quickly which has been amazing. 10/10 will come back and definitely appreciate Jhardy! My wife had the oil changed on her Toyota Camry at this location this afternoon. The gentleman at the counter informed her that it would be $76 for an oil and filter change. While Toyota does require 0w-20 synthetic (4.5 qts), this seems excessively high for an oil change at Jiffy Lube. As a normal consumer you can purchase 5 quarts of 0w-20 synthetic for $25 and the filter for $8. One can only assume that what we could buy for $33 they are getting at both bulk and corporate discount pricing so maybe they've got $20 wrapped up in materials? So basically $55 for 12 minutes of labor? Not to be confused for the 1.5 hour wait beforehand... I'd be more willing to pay extra if the process was completed in a 'jiffy.' I called the store and was informed their prices are higher than dealership prices because "dealerships lose money on oil changes and try to up-sell you on other products." He ignored the fact that they charged us upwards of $275/hr in labor citing they do a 'subjective' all-points inspection, vacuum the interior and top off fluids... I can only imagine how detailed that 12 minute 'inspection' is. Needless to say, I will take the indirect advise of the gentleman I spoke with today. Rather than pay extra and wait longer; I'll take it to the dealership where they are the brand experts and charge normal maintenance fees. Or in Simons words "lose money." No sustainable company in the world loses money but there is in fact a substantial difference in making money and gouging your customers. I used to take my old truck to this location years ago and the prices were fair, thought we'd give them a chance with her car... nope, never again. read more

So I got my oil changed here a while ago. They put oil in the car that I didn't ask for but expected me to pay for it anyways. I refused and after having quite the "discussion" with a manager I got the regular pricing. Then today my dad and I took my car to get a desperately needed an oil change, like my oil levels wasn't even registering on the oil stick. I wasn't sitting in the waiting room for two minutes before the receptionist (not even the mechanic) came in and told us that the guy "who no longer works there" tightened the oil plug cap to tightly and they can't get it off. So they refused us service. I don't even think they tried!! We then asked the lady if they would just put some oil in my car to get me through until Monday and she said that they couldn't do that. Then my dad ask them if they would put in a new filter and the girl said the manager said nope. Then we asked to talk to the manager and he was "busy doing something else." After spending $15 dollars at Walmart just to get enough oil to get me through the weekend I called our local Firestone (which I prefer) and asked them if they could get the cap off. They said that there are two reasons why they couldn't really get the cap off. 1) it was almost closing time (they closed about an hour and a half after we got there) or 2) the last time we got our oil changed there they damaged the cap and if that was the case I would have to get it repair, and they didn't want to take responsibility of what they did. Firestone offered to take a look at it on Monday (would have gotten in tomorrow but it's the Fourth of July) for free and if there was any damages they would work out a price with me. If it just needs an oil change then they would be more than happy to do that for me. So I can proudly say that I will be moving all my motor vehicle needs, recommendations and emergencies to Firestone. read more

I always take my vehicles to Beardmore for service but I couldn't make an appointment and needed an oil change that day before a vacation trip, so Jiffy Lub it was! I waited for almost an hour and I was the third vehicle in line to go. The guys working were very nice but no one was able to reset my oil service light and they DIDN'T PUT ENOUGH OIL IN MY PICKUP!! Yes it's my bad for not checking it every other fill up however there's no reason to not go 3000 miles and the engine running dry! Never again will I go to any Jiffy Lub and I suggest you don't either. read more

I took my jeep to jiffy lube today around 2:00pm to have the oil changed. I drove to the back of the building, just like always, waited for the attendant to come out and get my information and such, exchanged my keys and went inside to wait, as instructed. I was in the waiting area for about 20 minutes when my jeep was finally driven into the service area. I waited an additional 5 or 10 minutes and the manager (?) invited me into the service bay. As we approached my jeep, I noticed the hood had been popped, the manager (no names or positions were exchanged) told me that because the jeep had grill damage, they would not be able to service it. What? Okay, if that's policy, I get it...but you're telling me that at the time of my arrival, the drive into the service bay, and the initiation of unlatching my hood NOBODY noticed this damage? I waited for 30 minutes in the cold, sparsely furnished, uninviting waiting area just to be turned away? I find it hard to believe that in a state like Nebraska, with the winters and hazardous driving conditions, that a business, such as this, would turn away a paying customer because the vehicle body was not in perfect condition! I tried to find any information on the Internet to support this "policy", but as of yet have been unsuccessful. I have even reached out to corporate, without response. I guess I know why they are hurting as a company in whole! I will have my jeep serviced elsewhere from now on. And from this point forward, will not bring any family vehicle to another jiffy lube location. read more

I think most of us get pretty anxious when we have to go get our oil changed at one of these "jiffy" places. I usually go to the Valvoline IOC on 108th and Q but since moving to Bellevue, this Jiffy Lube is much closer. Had a $10.00 off coupon and it was still $35.00 but Valvoline is north of $40.00 with their coupon and you don't get your windows washed or carpets vacuumed. Folks that worked there were friendly and helpful and they were not overly salesy which was nice. They were not as quick as Valvoline and it was right at 25 minutes but all in all, I will be going back next time. read more

It can be very pricy, but they gave me an extension on a current promotion to change my rear differential fluid when I had the money to do so.
